Claims (31)
1. Наружная композитная теплоизоляционная система, содержащая:
(i) стену из бетона или кладочного материала;
(ii) многослойную теплоизоляционную плиту, расположенную на стене из бетона или кладочного материала, включающую по меньшей мере один слой пенопласта с закрытыми порами, содержащий полиуретан, имеющий объем открытых пор менее 20% по объему согласно ASTM D 6226, и по меньшей мере один слой пенопласта с открытыми порами, содержащий полиуретан, имеющий объем открытых пор более 80% по объему согласно ASTM D 6226.
2. Наружная композитная теплоизоляционная система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что указанный по меньшей мере один слой пенопласта с закрытыми порами имеет плотность менее 50 кг/м3 согласно ASTM D 1622, а по меньшей мере один слой пенопласта с открытыми порами имеет плотность от 30 кг/м3 до 80 кг/м3 согласно ASTM D 1622.
3. Наружная композитная теплоизоляционная система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая армированное покрытие, содержащее сетку из стекловолокна, расположенную на многослойной теплоизоляционной плите.
4. Наружная композитная теплоизоляционная система по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что указанный по меньшей мере один слой пенопласта с закрытыми порами имеет теплопроводность (коэффициент k) менее 24 мВт/м·K при измерении при 10°C.
5. Наружная композитная теплоизоляционная система по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающаяся тем, что указанная многослойная теплоизоляционная плита дополнительно включает по меньшей мере один облицовочный слой, выбранный из по меньшей мере одного материала, выбранного из пропитанной стекловаты и непропитанной стекловаты.
6. Наружная композитная теплоизоляционная система по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающаяся тем, что указанный по меньшей мере один слой пенопласта с закрытыми порами расположен между двумя слоями пенопласта с открытыми порами.
7. Способ получения наружной композитной теплоизоляционной системы, включающий:
обеспечение стены из бетона или кладочного материала;
обеспечение многослойной теплоизоляционной плиты, содержащей по меньшей мере один слой пенопласта с закрытыми порами, содержащий полиуретан, имеющий объем открытых пор менее 20% по объему согласно ASTM D 6226, и по меньшей мере один слой пенопласта с открытыми порами, содержащий полиуретан и полиизоцианурат, имеющий объем открытых пор более 80% по объему согласно ASTM D 6226;
прикрепление многослойной теплоизоляционной плиты к наружной поверхности стены из бетона или кладочного материала; и
нанесение армированного покрытия, содержащего сетку из стекловолокна, на многослойную теплоизоляционную плиту, прикрепленную к наружной поверхности стены из бетона или кладочного материала.
8. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что указанный по меньшей мере один слой пенопласта с закрытыми порами имеет плотность менее 40 кг/м3 согласно ASTM D 1622 и теплопроводность (коэффициент k) менее 22 мВт/м·K при измерении при 10°C, а по меньшей мере один слой пенопласта с открытыми порами имеет плотность от 30 кг/м3 до 70 кг/м3 согласно ASTM D 1622.
9. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что указанную многослойную теплоизоляционную плиту получают согласно непрерывному способу, включающему:
обеспечение первого облицовочного материала в качестве самого нижнего слоя;
нанесение первой реакционной смеси для получения по меньшей мере одного слоя пенопласта с закрытыми порами на поверхности первого облицовочного материала;
необязательно обеспечение второго облицовочного материала по меньшей мере на одном слое пенопласта с закрытыми порами;
необязательно пропускание первого облицовочного материала, необязательного второго облицовочного материала и по меньшей мере одного расположенного между ними слоя пенопласта с закрытыми порами через два вращающихся вала;
нанесение второй реакционной смеси для получения по меньшей мере одного слоя пенопласта с открытыми порами на втором облицовочном материале;
обеспечение третьего облицовочного слоя по меньшей мере на одном слое пенопласта с открытыми порами в качестве самого верхнего слоя; и
обеспечение отверждения многослойной теплоизоляционной плиты между двумя разделенными движущимися в противоположных направлениях формовочными конвейерами.
10. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что указанную многослойную теплоизоляционную плиту получают согласно непрерывному способу, включающему:
обеспечение первого облицовочного материала в качестве самого нижнего слоя;
нанесение первой реакционной смеси для получения по меньшей мере одного слоя пенопласта с открытыми порами на поверхности первого облицовочного материала;
необязательно обеспечение второго облицовочного материала по меньшей мере на одном слое пенопласта с открытыми порами;
необязательно пропускание первого облицовочного материала, необязательного второго облицовочного материала и по меньшей мере одного расположенного между ними слоя пенопласта с открытыми порами через два вращающихся вала;
нанесение второй реакционной смеси для получения по меньшей мере одного слоя пенопласта с закрытыми порами на втором облицовочном материале;
обеспечение третьего облицовочного слоя по меньшей мере на одном слое пенопласта с закрытыми порами в качестве самого верхнего слоя; и
обеспечение отверждения многослойной теплоизоляционной плиты между двумя разделенными движущимися в противоположных направлениях формовочными конвейерами.
11. Способ по п. 9 или 10, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере один из указанного первого облицовочного материала и третьего облицовочного материала представляет собой удаляемую пленку, которую удаляют перед прикреплением многослойной теплоизоляционной плиты к наружной поверхности стены из бетона или кладочного материала.
