Description
様々な実施形態では、独立気泡ポリウレタン/ポリイソシアヌレート発泡体層は、イソシアネート反応性成分をイソシアネート成分と反応させることによって形成されたポリマーマトリックスから形成され得る。特に、ポリマーマトリックスは、ウレタン基、イソシアヌレート基、および/または尿素基を含み得る。
様々な実施形態では、連続気泡ポリウレタン/ポリイソシアヌレート発泡体層は、イソシアネート反応性成分をイソシアネート成分と反応させることによって形成されたポリマーマトリックスから形成され得る。特に、ポリマーマトリックスは、ウレタン基、イソシアヌレート基、および/または尿素基を含み得る。
上記の通り、いくつかの実施形態では、断熱層106は、少なくとも1つのフェーシング層206をさらに含み得る。実施形態では、フェーシング層206は、連続気泡ポリウレタン/ポリイソシアヌレート発泡体層204と独立気泡ポリウレタン/ポリイソシアヌレート発泡体層202との間に配置してもよく、または連続気泡ポリウレタン/ポリイソシアヌレート発泡体層204および独立気泡ポリウレタン/ポリイソシアヌレート発泡体層202のうちの1つだけに隣接して配置してもよい。例えば、図2に示すように、フェーシング層206aは、連続気泡ポリウレタン/ポリイソシアヌレート発泡体層204によって、独立気泡ポリウレタン/ポリイソシアヌレート発泡体層202から分離されていてもよく、フェーシング層206bは、独立気泡ポリウレタン/ポリイソシアヌレート発泡体層202と連続気泡ポリウレタン/ポリイソシアヌレート発泡体層204との間に配置されていてもよく、フェーシング層206cは、独立気泡ポリウレタン/ポリイソシアヌレート発泡体層202によって、連続気泡ポリウレタン/ポリイソシアヌレート発泡体層204から分離されていてもよい。フェーシング層206が断熱層106に含まれる場合、図2に記載した位置のいずれかに配置できることを理解すべきである。例えば、断熱層106は、フェーシング層206a、206b、および206cを含んでいてもよく、または断熱層106は、フェーシング層206aおよび206c、フェーシング層206aおよび206b、もしくはフェーシング層206bおよび206cを含んでいてもよく、またはフェーシング層106は、フェーシング層206a、206b、もしくは206cの1つのみを含んでいてもよい。

Claims (11)
- 外部断熱複合システムであって、
(i)コンクリート壁または石積み壁と、
(ii)前記コンクリート壁または石積み壁上に配置された多層断熱ボードであって、ASTM D 6226に従って20体積%未満の連続気泡体積を有するポリウレタンを含む少なくとも1つの独立気泡発泡体層と、ASTM D 6226に従って80体積%を超える連続気泡体積を有するポリウレタンを含む少なくとも1つの連続気泡発泡体層と、を含む多層断熱ボードと、を含む、外部断熱複合システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの独立気泡発泡体層が、ASTM D 1622に従って50kg/m3未満の密度を有し、前記少なくとも1つの連続気泡発泡体層が、ASTM D 1622に従って30kg/m3~80kg/m3の密度を有する、請求項1に記載の外部断熱複合システム。
- 前記多層断熱ボード上に配置されたガラス繊維メッシュを含む補強コーティングをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の外部断熱複合システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの独立気泡発泡体層が、10℃で測定された24mW/m*K未満の熱伝導率値(kファクター)を有する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の外部断熱複合システム。
- 前記多層断熱ボードが、飽和ガラスフリースおよび不飽和ガラスフリースのうちの少なくとも1つから選択される少なくとも1つのフェーシング層をさらに含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の外部断熱複合システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの独立気泡発泡体層が、2つの連続気泡発泡体層の間に配置される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の外部断熱複合システム。
- 外部断熱複合システムを調製する方法であって、
コンクリート壁または石積み壁を提供することと、
ASTM D 6226に従って20体積%未満の連続気泡体積を有するポリウレタンを含む少なくとも1つの独立気泡発泡体層と、ASTM D 6226に従って80体積%を超える連続気泡体積を有するポリウレタンおよびポリイソシアヌレートを含む少なくとも1つの連続気泡発泡体層と、を含む多層断熱ボードを提供することと、
前記多層断熱ボードを、前記コンクリート壁または石積み壁の外面に取り付けることと、
前記コンクリート壁または石積み壁の前記外面に取り付けられた前記多層断熱ボード上にガラス繊維メッシュを含む補強コーティングを適用することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの独立気泡発泡体層が、ASTM D 1622に従って40kg/m3未満の密度および10℃で測定された22mW/m*K未満の熱伝導率値(kファクター)を有し、前記少なくとも1つの連続気泡発泡体層が、ASTM D 1622に従って30kg/m3~70kg/m3の密度を有する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記多層断熱ボードが、
最下層として第1のフェーシングを提供することと、
第1の反応混合物を分配して、前記第1のフェーシングの表面上に前記少なくとも1つの独立気泡発泡体層を形成することと、
任意選択で、前記少なくとも1つの独立気泡発泡体層上に第2のフェーシングを提供することと、
任意選択で、前記第1のフェーシング、前記任意選択の第2のフェーシング、およびそれらの間にある前記少なくとも1つの独立気泡発泡体層を、2つの回転ロールに通すことと、
第2の反応混合物を分配して、前記第2のフェーシング上に前記少なくとも1つの連続気泡発泡体層を形成することと、
最上層として前記少なくとも1つの連続気泡発泡体層上に第3のフェーシング層を提供することと、
前記多層断熱ボードを、2つの離間した対向する成形コンベヤ間で硬化させることと、を含む連続プロセスに従って調製される、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記多層断熱ボードが
最下層として第1のフェーシングを提供することと、
第1の反応混合物を分配して、前記第1のフェーシングの表面上に前記少なくとも1つの連続気泡発泡体層を形成することと、
任意選択で、前記少なくとも1つの連続気泡発泡体層上に第2のフェーシングを提供することと、
任意選択で、前記第1のフェーシング、前記任意選択の第2のフェーシング、およびそれらの間にある前記少なくとも1つの連続気泡発泡体層を、2つの回転ロールに通すことと、
第2の反応混合物を分配して、前記第2のフェーシング上に前記少なくとも1つの独立気泡発泡体層を形成することと、
最上層として前記少なくとも1つの独立気泡発泡体層上に第3のフェーシング層を提供することと、
前記多層断熱ボードを、2つの離間した対向する成形コンベヤ間で硬化させることと、を含む、連続プロセスに従って調製される、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のフェーシングおよび前記第3のフェーシングのうちの少なくとも1つが、前記多層断熱ボードがコンクリート壁または石積み壁の外面に取り付けられる前に除去される除去可能なフィルムである、請求項9または請求項10に記載の方法。
