Description
本出願は、2017年11月28日に出願されたイタリア特許出願第102017000136495号に対する優先権を主張し、その開示全体は、参照により本明細書に組み入れられる。
様々な実施形態では、ポリウレタン/ポリイソシアヌレート層は、イソシアネート反応性成分をイソシアネート成分と反応させることによって形成され、1つ以上の膨張可能なガラスウェブで補強されたポリマーマトリックスから形成され得る。特に、ポリマーマトリックスは、ウレタン基、イソシアヌレート基、および/または尿素基を含み得る。ポリウレタン/ポリイソシアヌレート発泡体を形成するためのポリウレタン/ポリイソシアヌレート配合物は、ポリウレタン/ポリイソシアヌレートポリマーを形成するためにイソシアナート成分から提供されるイソシアナート部分とイソシアネート反応性成分から提供されるイソシアネート反応性部分との反応生成物であるポリウレタンポリマーの形成に依存する多成分系から調製することができる。得られるポリウレタン/ポリイソシアヌレート発泡体は、ASTM D-1622従って、25kg/m3~75kg/m3(例えば、30kg/m3~70kg/m3、30kg/m3~50kg/m3、35kg/m3~45kg/m3など)の適用密度を有する。
上記に提供されたように、いくつかの実施形態では、断熱構成要素106は、少なくとも1つのフェーシング層をさらに含むことができる。様々な実施形態では、フェーシング層は、ガラスフリースベースの材料などの非金属ベースのフェーシング層である。本明細書で使用される場合、「ガラスフリースベースの材料」は、ガラスフリース基材などのガラスフリースを含む材料を指す。ガラスフリースは、飽和ガラスフリースまたは非飽和ガラスフリースであり得る。
ポリオールBは、i)63.3pbwの、OH数215および官能価2を有するテレフタル酸ベースのポリエステルポリオール、ii)21pbwの、OH数315および機能性2.4を有するテレフタル酸ベースのポリエステルポリオール、iii)15pbwの非反応性難燃剤、iv)0.80pbwの水、v)4pbwのシロキサン-ポリエーテル界面活性剤、およびvii)1pbwのPOLYCAT(商標)5のポリオール混合物であり、
VORANATE(商標)M600は、The Dow Chemical Company(Midland、MI)から入手可能な高分子メチレンジフェニルジイソシアネート(PMDI)であり、
DABCO(商標)TMR7は、Evonikから入手可能な触媒であり、
DABCO(商標)K-2097は、Evonikから入手可能な触媒であり、
POLYCAT(商標)5は、Air Products and Chemicals Inc.から入手可能なペンタメチルジエチレントリアミン触媒であり、
FA-188は、3M(St.Paul、MN)から入手可能な発泡添加剤である。
ETICSシステムは、イソシアネートインデックスが350の高屈折率ポリウレタン/ポリイソシアヌレートガラスウェブ補強ポリウレタン/ポリイソシアヌレート配合物に基づく断熱構成要素を使用して構築された。特に、断熱構成要素は、100cmx50cm、厚さ100mmで、2.5x2mのETAG004試験リグに組み立てられた。リグの面の半分は断熱されていた。
以下に、本願の当初の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明を付記する。
[1] 外部断熱複合システムであって、
(i)コンクリートまたは石積み壁と、
(ii)前記コンクリートまたは石積み壁上の断熱ボードであって、前記断熱ボードがガラス繊維で補強されたポリイソシアヌレート硬質発泡体を含み、前記ガラス繊維で補強されたポリウレタン/ポリイソシアヌレート発泡体が、ASTM D 1622に従って70kg/m 3 未満の密度を有する、断熱ボードと、を備える、外部断熱複合システム。
[2] 前記ポリウレタン/ポリイソシアヌレート発泡体が、180~600のポリイソシアヌレート指数を有する、[1]に記載の外部断熱複合システム。
[3] 前記ポリウレタン/ ポリイソシアヌレート発泡体が、少なくとも第1のイソシアネート成分、第1のイソシアネート反応性成分、三量化触媒、界面活性剤、物理的発泡剤、および任意選択的に成核剤を含む混合物の反応生成物である、[1]または[2]に記載の外部断熱複合システム。
[4] 前記物理的発泡剤が、炭化水素、ヒドロクロロフルオロオレフィン、ヒドロフルオロオレフィン、およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、[3]に記載の外部断熱複合システム。
[5] 前記成核剤が、パーフルオロ炭化水素、パーフルオロエーテル、パーフルオロオレフィン、およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、[3]または[4]に記載の外部断熱複合システム。
[6] 前記断熱ボードが、飽和ガラスフリースおよび非飽和ガラスフリースのうちの少なくとも1つから選択される少なくとも1つのフェーシング層をさらに含む、[1]~[5]のいずれかに記載の外部断熱複合システム。
[7] 前記断熱ボードが、少なくとも除去可能なフェーシング材料をさらに含み、前記除去可能なフェーシング材料が、使用前に除去される、[1]~[6]のいずれかに記載の外部断熱複合システム。
[8] 前記断熱ボードが、70℃で2日間90%RHおよび70℃で2日間25%RHに曝されたときに、1.5%未満の絶対値の合計として測定される寸法変化を示す、[1]~[7]のいずれかに記載の外部断熱複合システム。
[9] [1]~[8]のいずれかに記載の外部断熱複合システムを調製する方法であって、
接着剤または機械的固定デバイスを使用して、前記断熱ボードを前記コンクリートまたは石積み壁の外面に取り付けることと、
前記コンクリートまたは石積み壁の前記外面に取り付けられた前記断熱ボードにガラス繊維メッシュを含む補強コーティングを施すことと、を含む、方法。
[10] 前記断熱ボードが、ガラス繊維ウェブ補強材の形態の前記ガラス繊維の存在下、2つの離間した対向する成形コンベヤの下で、前記ポリウレタン/ポリイソシアヌレート発泡体を硬化することを含む連続プロセスで製造される、[9]に記載の方法。
Claims (9)
- 外部断熱複合システムであって、
(i)コンクリートまたは石積み壁と、
(ii)前記コンクリートまたは石積み壁の外面上の断熱ボードであって、前記断熱ボードがガラス繊維で補強されたポリウレタンおよびポリイソシアヌレートを含む硬質発泡体を含み、前記硬質発泡体が、ASTM D 1622に従って70kg/m3未満の密度を有し、
前記硬質発泡体が、180~600のポリイソシアヌレート指数を有し、
前記硬質発泡体が、1つ以上のガラス繊維マットの存在下で硬化されてなる補強構造を有する
断熱ボードと、を備える、外部断熱複合システム。 - 前記硬質発泡体が、第1のイソシアネート成分、第1のイソシアネート反応性成分、三量化触媒、界面活性剤、物理的発泡剤、および任意に成核剤を含む混合物の反応生成物である、請求項1に記載の外部断熱複合システム。
- 前記物理的発泡剤が、炭化水素、ヒドロクロロフルオロオレフィン、ヒドロフルオロオレフィン、およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項2に記載の外部断熱複合システム。
- 前記成核剤が、パーフルオロ炭化水素、パーフルオロエーテル、パーフルオロオレフィン、およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項2または3に記載の外部断熱複合システム。
- 前記断熱ボードが、飽和ガラスフリースおよび非飽和ガラスフリースのうちの少なくとも1つから選択される少なくとも1つのフェーシング層をさらに含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の外部断熱複合システム。
- 前記断熱ボードが、少なくとも除去可能なフェーシング材料をさらに含み、前記除去可能なフェーシング材料が、使用前に除去される、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の外部断熱複合システム。
- 前記断熱ボードが、70℃で2日間90%RHおよび70℃で2日間25%RHに曝されたときに、1.5%未満の絶対値の合計として測定される寸法変化を示す、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の外部断熱複合システム。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の外部断熱複合システムを作製する方法であって、
接着剤または機械的固定デバイスを使用して、前記断熱ボードを前記コンクリートまたは石積み壁の外面に取り付けることと、
前記コンクリートまたは石積み壁の前記外面に取り付けられた前記断熱ボードにガラス繊維メッシュを含む補強コーティングを施すことと、を含む、方法。 - 前記断熱ボードが、ガラス繊維ウェブ補強材の形態の前記ガラス繊維の存在下、2つの離間した対向する成形コンベヤの下で、前記硬質発泡体を硬化することを含む連続プロセスで製造される、請求項8に記載の方法。
