акрилатный мономер, включающий акриловый сложный эфир моноола или полиола, метакриловый сложный эфир моноола или полиола, полиакриловый или полиметакриловый сложный эфир полиола, или их комбинацию;
отвердительного компонента, содержащего:
где каждый из R1, R2, R4 и R5 может независимо представлять собой атом водорода, алкильную группу или арильную группу; и
необязательно соотвердитель для соединения, содержащего имидазольную группу, содержащий фенольное мономерное соединение, разветвленно-цепочечную карбоновую кислоту или их комбинации; и
неароматического полиольного соединения, причем указанное неароматическое полиольное соединение включает гликоль, выбранный из группы, состоящей из поли(этиленоксид)гликоля, поли(пропиленоксид)гликоля, поли(бутиленоксид)гликоля, политетрагидрофурангликолей, поли(этиленадипинат)гликоля, поли(пропиленсебацинат)гликоля, поли(гексаметиленкарбонат)гликоля, силикон-алкиленоксидного сополимера, сополи(бутадиен-акрилонитрил)гликоля и их комбинаций;
причем указанная система эпоксидной смолы является свободной от радикального инициатора.
2. Система эпоксидной смолы по п. 1, в которой компонент на основе жидкой эпоксидной смолы содержит ароматическую или неароматическую эпоксидную смолу на основе бисфенола А, бисфенола F, фенольных новолаков, гидрированного бисфенола А, неароматических диолов или их комбинаций.
3. Система эпоксидной смолы по п. 1, в которой компонент на основе жидкой эпоксидной смолы содержит:
от 50 до 99 частей эпоксидной смолы; и
от 1 до 50 частей акрилового сложного эфира моноола или полиола, метакрилового сложного эфира моноола или полиола или их комбинации.
4. Система эпоксидной смолы по п. 1, в которой акрилатный мономер включают акриловый сложный эфир моноола или полиола, метакриловый сложный эфир моноола или полиола или их комбинацию.
5. Система эпоксидной смолы по п. 1, в которой соединение, содержащее имидазольную группу, представляет собой соединение, выбранное из группы, состоящей из имидазола, 1-метилимидазола, 2-метилимидазола, 2-пропилимидазола, 2-этил-4-метилимидазола, 2-фенилимидазола, бензимидазола, толуимидазола и их комбинаций.
6. Система эпоксидной смолы по п. 1, в которой соединение, содержащее имидазольную группу, присутствует в количестве в диапазоне от 1 до 15 частей при расчете на совокупное количество из 100 частей компонента на основе жидкой эпоксидной смолы.
7. Система эпоксидной смолы по п. 1, в которой неароматическое полиольное соединение характеризуется среднечисленной молекулярной массой в диапазоне приблизительно от 1000 до 10000.
8. Система эпоксидной смолы по п. 1, в которой неароматическое полиольное соединение включает гликоль, выбранный из группы, состоящей из поли(этиленоксид)гликоля, поли(пропиленоксид)гликоля, поли(бутиленоксид)гликоля, и их комбинаций.
9. Система эпоксидной смолы по п. 1, в которой фенольное мономерное соединение, если присутствует, выбрано из группы, состоящей из бензолдиолов, бисфенолов и их комбинаций.
10. Система эпоксидной смолы по п. 1, в которой разветвленно-цепочечная карбоновая кислота, если присутствует, содержит 5-40 атомов углерода.
11. Система эпоксидной смолы по п. 1, которая является свободной от ангидридных соединений, является свободной от частиц каучука со структурой «ядро-оболочка» или их комбинации.
12. Композит, полученный при использовании системы эпоксидной смолы по п. 1.
13. Композит по п. 15, который имеет форму компонента лопасти ветроэнергетической установки.
14. Способ изготовления композита, включающий:
обеспечение подложки на основе армирующего волокна;
смешивание системы эпоксидной смолы, содержащей:
компонент на основе жидкой эпоксидной смолы, содержащий:
жидкую эпоксидную смолу; и
акрилатный мономер;
отвердительный компонент, содержащий:
соединение, содержащее имидазольную группу; и
необязательно соотвердитель для соединения, содержащего имидазольную группу, содержащий фенольное мономерное соединение, разветвленно-цепочечную карбоновую кислоту или их комбинации; и
неароматическое полиольное соединение;
причем указанная система эпоксидной смолы является свободной от радикального инициатора;
введение подложки на основе армирующего волокна в контакт с указанной системой эпоксидной смолы; и
отверждение системы эпоксидной смолы для получения композита.
15. Способ по п. 14, в котором введение подложки на основе армирующего волокна в контакт с системой эпоксидной смолы включает технологический процесс пултрузии.
16. Способ по п. 14, в котором неароматическое полиольное соединение обеспечивают совместно с компонентом на основе жидкой эпоксидной смолы, отвердительным компонентом или обоими этими компонентами.
17. Способ по п. 14, в котором система эпоксидной смолы является свободной от ангидридных соединений, является свободной от частиц каучука со структурой «ядро-оболочка» или их комбинации.
