Claims (18)

1. Способ получения Соединения 1, имеющего структуру:

где способ включает:
контакт могрозида IIIE с первым ферментом, способным катализировать получение соединения 1, из могрозида IIIE.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором контакт могрозида IIIE с первым ферментом включает контакт могрозида IIIE с рекомбинантной клеткой-хозяином, которая включает первый ген, кодирующий первый фермент.
3. Способ по п. 2, в котором первый ген гетерологичен рекомбинантной клетке-хозяину.
4. Способ по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором первый фермент представляет собой одну или несколько из числа UDP-гликозилтрансфераз, цикломальтодекстрин-глюканотрансфераз (ЦГТаз), гликотрансфераз, декстрансукраз, целлюлаз, β-глюкозидаз, амилаз, трансглюкозидаз, пектиназ и декстраназ.
5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, включающий контакт могрозида IIA со вторым ферментом, способным катализировать образование могрозида IIIE из могрозида IIA.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 1-5, включающий контакт могрола с одним или несколькими ферментами, способными катализировать образование могрозида IIIE из могрола.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 1-6, включающий контакт соединения могрозида с одним или несколькими ферментами, способными катализировать образование могрозида IIIE из соединения могрозидов, с получением могрозида IIIE, где соединение могрозидов представляет собой один или несколько из числа могрозида IA1, могрозида IE1, могрозида IIA1, могрозида IIE, могрозида IIA, могрозида IIIA1, могрозида IIIA2, могрозида III, могрозида IV, могрозида IVA, могрозида V и сиаменозида.
8. Способ по п.7, в котором один или несколько ферментов, способных катализировать продуцирование могрозида IIIE из соединения могрозидов, включают одну или несколько из числа UDP-гликозилтрансфераз, ЦГТаз, гликотрансфераз, декстрансукраз, целлюлаз, β-глюкозидаз, амилаз, трансглюкозидаз, пектиназ и декстраназ.
9. Способ по любому из пп. 7 и 8, в котором соединение могрозида представляет собой моргрозид IIA или Могрозид IIE и где при контакте с одним или несколькими ферментами образуется один или несколько из числа могрозида IIIA, могрозида IVE и могрозида V.
10. Способ по любому из пп. 2-3, в котором способ включает контакт 11-гидрокси-24,25 эпоксикукурбитадиенола с рекомбинантной клеткой-хозяином, где рекомбинантная клетка-хозяин содержит третий ген, кодирующий эпоксидгидролазу, где 11-гидрокси-24,25 эпокси-кукурбитадиенол присутствует в и/или продуцируется рекомбинантной клеткой-хозяином, и где 11-гидрокси-кукурбитадиенол присутствует в и/или продуцируется рекомбинантной клеткой-хозяином.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором контакт приводит к продуцированию Могрола в рекомбинантной клетке-хозяине.
12. Способ по любому из пп. 2, 3, 10 и 11, в котором способ включает контакт кукурбитадиенола с рекомбинантной клеткой-хозяином, и где рекомбинантная клетка-хозяин содержит ген, кодирующий цитохром Р450, где контакт приводит к получению 11-гидроксикукурбитадиенола.
13. Способ по любому из пп. 2-3, и 10-12, в котором способ включает контакт одного или нескольких из числа 2,3-оксидосквалена, диоксидоксидвалена и диэпоксисквалена с рекомбинантной клеткой-хозяином, где рекомбинантная клетка-хозяин содержит седьмой ген, кодирующий полипептид, имеющий активность кукурбитадиенолсинтазы, в котором контакт приводит к получению кукурбитадиенола и/или 24,25-эпокси-кукурбитадиенола.
14. Способ по п.13, в котором один или несколько из 2,3-оксидосквалена, диоксидоксидвалена и диэпоксисквалена продуцируются и/или присутствуют в рекомбинантной клетке-хозяине.
15. Способ по любому из пп. 2, 3, и 10-14, в котором способ включает контакт фарнезилпирофосфата с рекомбинантной клеткой-хозяином, где рекомбинантная клетка-хозяин содержит девятый ген, кодирующий скваленсинтазу, где контакт приводит к получению сквалена.
