Claims (33)

1. Полимерное волокно, полученное из сополимера полиакрилонитрила и сомономера, содержащее ион металла и/или кремний в количестве от примерно 1 до примерно 15% мас., причем указанное волокно не имеет заметной кристалличности, по результатам измерения с помощью рентгеновского рассеяния.
2. Полимерное волокно по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что указанный сополимер содержит от примерно 10 до примерно 30% мол. сомономера.
3. Полимерное волокно по п. 1 или п. 2, отличающееся тем, что сомономер представляет собой акриловый или метакриловый сомономер.
4. Полимерное волокно по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающееся тем, что сомономер не содержит галоген.
5. Полимерное волокно по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающееся тем, что ион металла представляет собой ион металла группы 3-16.
6. Полимерное волокно по п. 5, отличающееся тем, что ион металла представляет собой цинк (II).
7. Полимерное волокно по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающееся тем, что указанный сополимер представляет собой статистический сополимер.
8. Полимерное волокно по любому из пп. 1-7, отличающееся тем, что сополимер имеет средневесовую молекулярную массу от примерно 10 до примерно 100 кДа.
9. Полимерное волокно по любому из пп. 1-8, отличающееся тем, что сополимер имеет бимодальное молекулярно-массовое распределение.
10. Полимерное волокно по любому из пп. 1-9, содержащее наполнитель.
11. Полимерное волокно по любому из пп. 1-10, которое является поперечно-сшитым.
12. Полимерное волокно по любому из пп. 1-11, которое является поперечно-сшитым с помощью иона металла и/или кремния.
13. Полимерное волокно по любому из пп. 1-12, имеющее предельный кислородный индекс (LOI) по меньшей мере 40, измеренный с помощью ASTM D2863-13.
14. Полимерное волокно по любому из пп. 1-13, которое не поддерживает горение в воздухе окружающей среды.
15. Способ получения полимерного волокна, включающий:
получение расплава сополимера, содержащего (i) сополимер полиакрилонитрила и сомономера и (ii) добавку иона металла и/или кремнийсодержащую добавку в количестве от примерно 1 до примерно 15% мас.; и
экструзию расплава сополимера через формующую головку с получением указанного волокна.
16. Способ по п. 15, отличающийся тем, что стадия получения расплава сополимера включает плавление сополимера до температуры выше его температуры плавления, добавление добавки и диспергирование указанной добавки в расплавленном сополимере.
17. Способ по п. 16, отличающийся тем, что перемешивание осуществляют с помощью шнекового экструдера.
18. Способ по любому из пп. 15-17, отличающийся тем, что указанная добавка содержит добавку иона металла, и указанная добавка представляет собой соль указанного иона металла.
19. Способ по любому из пп. 15-18, отличающийся тем, что добавка содержит кремнийсодержащую добавку, и указанная добавка представляет собой алкоксисилан, содержащий функциональную алкильную группу, присоединенную к атому кремния.
20. Способ по п. 19, отличающийся тем, что функциональная алкильная группа содержит радикально полимеризуемую группу, и указанный способ включает добавление к сополимеру термоинициатора до добавления указанной добавки.
21. Способ получения полимерного волокна, включающий:
получение расплава сополимера, содержащего сополимер полиакрилонитрила и сомномера;
экструзию расплава сополимера через формующую головку с получением волокна-предшественника; и
обработку волокна-предшественника добавкой иона металла и/или кремнийсодержащей добавкой с получением полимерного волокна.
22. Способ по п. 21, отличающийся тем, что стадия обработки включает обработку волокна-предшественника раствором добавки в течение времени достаточного для внедрения в волокно от примерно 1 до примерно 15% мас. иона металла и/или кремния.
23. Способ по любому из пп. 15-22, отличающийся тем, что расплав сополимера содержит разбавитель.
24. Способ по п. 23, отличающийся тем, что разбавитель представляет собой диол или триол.
25. Способ по любому из пп. 15-24, отличающийся тем, что расплав сополимера содержит винил-функциональный сшивающий агент, посредством которого сополимер сшивается в процессе указанной экструзии.
26. Способ по любому из пп. 15-25, отличающийся тем, что расплав сополимера содержит наполнитель, способный к сшиванию с указанным сополимером.
27. Применение волокна по любому из пп. 1-14 или волокна, полученного способом по любому из пп. 15-26 для производства огнестойкой или негорючей ткани.
28. Применение волокна по любому из пп. 1-14 или волокна, полученного способом по любому из пп. 15-26 для производства противомикробной ткани.
