Claims (19)

1. Способ обработки металлической подложки, содержащий приведение по меньшей мере одного участка поверхности подложки в контакт с герметизирующей композицией, имеющей pH от 9,5 до 12,5, по существу не содержащей фторида и содержащей литиевый металлический катион, причем по меньшей мере один участок поверхности подложки перед приведением в такой контакт подвергают анодированию, и контактирование по меньшей мере одного участка поверхности подложки с водной композицией, имеющей температуру выше 90°C, причем приведение в контакт с водной композицией происходит после приведения в контакт с герметизирующей композицией.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором контактирование с водным раствором происходит в течение от 5 минут до 45 минут.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором водная композиция имеет pH от 5 до 7.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором водная композиция имеет удельную электропроводность менее 20 мкС/см.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором литиевый металлический катион присутствует в виде соли лития.
6. Способ по п. 1, в котором литиевый металлический катион присутствует в герметизирующей композиции в количестве от 5 ч./млн до 5500 ч./млн (как металлический катион) по отношению к общей массе герметизирующей композиции.
7. Способ по п. 1, в котором герметизирующая композиция, кроме того, содержит карбонатный анион, гидроксидный анион или их комбинации.
8. Способ по п. 1, в котором герметизирующая композиция, кроме того, содержит катион металла Группы IA помимо лития, катион металла Группы VB, катион металла Группы VIB, антикоррозийную добавку, индикаторное соединение или их комбинации.
9. Способ по п. 1, в котором герметизирующая композиция по существу не содержит кобальта.
10. Способ по п. 1, в котором поверхность подложки не высушивают после контактирования с герметизирующей композицией и перед приведением в контакт с последующей композицией.
11. Способ по п. 1, в котором поверхность подложки высушивают после контактирования с герметизирующей композицией и перед приведением в контакт с последующей композицией.
12. Металлическая подложка, подвергнутая обработке способом по п. 1.
13. Подложка по п. 12, в которой подложка содержит алюминий, алюминиевые сплавы или их комбинации.
14. Подложка по п. 1, в которой подложка содержит алюминиевый сплав, содержащий медь в количестве от 1 мас.% до 10 мас.%.
15. Подложка по п. 12, в которой подложка, обработанная герметизирующей композицией, спустя 3 дня экспонирования в камере для испытаний с нейтральным соляным туманом, выполненным согласно стандарту ASTM B117, демонстрирует по меньшей мере 50% снижение количества язвин на поверхности подложки по сравнению с подложкой, которая герметизирующей композицией не обрабатывалась.
16. Подложка по п. 12, в которой подложка, обработанная герметизирующей композицией, лишена темных зон.
17. Подложка по п. 12, содержащая, кроме того, грунтовочный слой, слой электроосажденного покрытия или их комбинации.
18. Система, предназначенная для обработки металлической подложки, по меньшей мере один участок поверхности которой анодирован, содержащая герметизирующую композицию, имеющую pH от 9,5 до 12,5, по существу не содержащую фторида и содержащую литиевый металлический катион, и водную композицию, содержащую кондиционер.
19. Система по п. 18, в которой водная композиция предназначена для введения в контакт с поверхностью металлической подложки после введения в контакт с герметизирующей композицией.
