Abstract

本发明提供一种仿古铜拉丝铝单板的喷涂工艺,步骤如下:喷涂白色底漆,并烘干;喷涂紫铜色中层漆,并烘干;喷涂黑色表层漆,并拉丝。本发明采用底漆、中层漆以及表层漆分开喷涂式,再通过拉丝形成的仿古铜色更加美观;通过百洁布进行拉丝,所形成的拉丝表面更加自然,且拉丝所涉及到的设备成本大大降低,人工成本少许增加;以氟碳油漆作为添加至白色底漆、紫铜色中层漆以及黑色表层,保证具有良好抗紫外线功能,有助于保持表面美观。

仿古铜拉丝铝单板的喷涂工艺
技术领域
本发明属于板材喷涂工艺领域,具体涉及一种仿古铜拉丝铝单板的喷涂工艺。
背景技术
在板材表面仿古铜拉丝能够大大提升原板材的美观度,现有的仿古铜拉丝大致为:先将板材表面泡水至发黑,再次过水后进行拉丝,拉丝完成后再一次过水,调古铜漆,喷漆后进行烘干,至此完成整套仿古铜拉丝工艺,即先拉丝后上漆。该工艺为了保持拉丝表面,古铜漆只能涂覆较薄一层,经过一段时间后古铜漆易发生破损,影响整体美观。
因此,针对以上问题研制出一种能够长久保持美观度的板材仿古铜拉丝工艺是本领域技术人员所急需解决的难题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种仿古铜拉丝铝单板的喷涂工艺。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种仿古铜拉丝铝单板的喷涂工艺,步骤如下:
(1)喷涂白色底漆,并烘干;
(2)喷涂紫铜色中层漆,并烘干;
(3)喷涂黑色表层漆,并拉丝。
进一步地,步骤(3)中的拉丝通过使用百洁布进行涂抹拉丝。
进一步地,步骤(3)拉丝完成后,还需喷涂一层罩光漆,并烘干。
进一步地,罩光漆在喷涂完成后,其表面呈弧线形。
进一步地,罩光漆的弧形表面的矢高为1~2㎜。
进一步地,白色底漆、紫铜色中层漆以及黑色表层漆中均加入抗紫外线组份。
进一步地,抗紫外线组份为氟碳油漆。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
1、采用底漆、中层漆以及表层漆分开喷涂式,再通过拉丝形成的仿古铜色更加美观;
2、通过百洁布进行拉丝,所形成的拉丝表面更加自然,且拉丝所涉及到的设备成本大大降低,人工成本少许增加;
3、以氟碳油漆作为添加至白色底漆、紫铜色中层漆以及黑色表层,保证具有良好抗紫外线功能,有助于保持表面美观。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细说明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
本实施例为一种仿古铜拉丝铝单板的喷涂工艺,步骤如下:
(1)喷涂白色底漆,并烘干;
(2)喷涂紫铜色中层漆,并烘干;
(3)喷涂黑色表层漆,使用百洁布进行涂抹拉丝;
(4)喷涂一层罩光漆,并烘干;罩光漆在喷涂完成后,其表面呈弧线形;并且成型之后罩光漆的弧形表面的矢高为1㎜。
以上步骤(1)至(3)中的白色底漆、紫铜色中层漆以及黑色表层漆中均加入抗紫外线组份,抗紫外线组份选择为氟碳油漆。
实施例2:
本实施例为一种仿古铜拉丝铝单板的喷涂工艺,步骤如下:
(1)喷涂白色底漆,并烘干;
(2)喷涂紫铜色中层漆,并烘干;
(3)喷涂黑色表层漆,使用百洁布进行涂抹拉丝;
(4)喷涂一层罩光漆,并烘干;罩光漆在喷涂完成后,其表面呈弧线形;并且成型之后罩光漆的弧形表面的矢高为2㎜。
以上步骤(1)至(3)中的白色底漆、紫铜色中层漆以及黑色表层漆中均加入抗紫外线组份,抗紫外线组份选择为氟碳油漆。
实施例3:
本实施例为一种仿古铜拉丝铝单板的喷涂工艺,步骤如下:
(1)喷涂白色底漆,并烘干;
(2)喷涂紫铜色中层漆,并烘干;
(3)喷涂黑色表层漆,使用百洁布进行涂抹拉丝;
(4)喷涂一层罩光漆,并烘干;罩光漆在喷涂完成后,其表面呈弧线形;并且成型之后罩光漆的弧形表面的矢高为1.5㎜。
以上步骤(1)至(3)中的白色底漆、紫铜色中层漆以及黑色表层漆中均加入抗紫外线组份,抗紫外线组份选择为氟碳油漆。
通过以上三个实施例中所提供的方法对铝单板进行仿古铜拉丝,均能够获得色彩艳丽美观的仿古铜拉丝表面,能够有效取代现有通过机器进行喷色拉丝的工艺,同时在照射实验下依旧能够保证良好的仿古铜色。
实施例4:
本实施例基于实施例3中的内容进行进一步改进,具体如下:
白色底漆、紫铜色中层漆以及黑色表层漆中所添加的抗紫外线组分的占比逐渐提升,保证越处于外侧,所添加的抗紫外线组分越多。

1.一种仿古铜拉丝铝单板的喷涂工艺,其特征在于:步骤如下:
(1)喷涂白色底漆,并烘干;
(2)喷涂紫铜色中层漆,并烘干;
(3)喷涂黑色表层漆,并拉丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿古铜拉丝铝单板的喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中的拉丝通过使用百洁布进行涂抹拉丝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿古铜拉丝铝单板的喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)拉丝完成后,还需喷涂一层罩光漆,并烘干。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种仿古铜拉丝铝单板的喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述罩光漆在喷涂完成后,其表面呈弧线形。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种仿古铜拉丝铝单板的喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述罩光漆的弧形表面的矢高为1~2㎜。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿古铜拉丝铝单板的喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述白色底漆、紫铜色中层漆以及黑色表层漆中均加入抗紫外线组份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种仿古铜拉丝铝单板的喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述抗紫外线组份为氟碳油漆。
