Abstract

本发明提供一种水性UV清底漆和水性UV亮光清面漆的涂装方法,包括以下步骤:(1)素材砂光;(2)擦色至颜色均匀,45~50℃下干燥20~30分钟;(3)喷涂底漆:涂布量为120~140g/m2;置于常温下流平待干10~15分钟后,放置45~50℃下干燥40~50分钟;再进行紫外光固化;(4)砂光;(5)修色;(6)修色砂光;(7)喷涂亮光清面:涂布量为120~130g/m2;置于常温下流平待干10~15分钟后,放置45~50℃下干燥40~50分钟;再进行紫外光固化;即可完成涂装。本发明工艺简便,涂装效率高,产品导管纹理清晰、硬度高、涂膜丰满、可抛光、光泽度高。

Description

一种水性UV清底漆和水性UV亮光清面漆的涂装方法
技术领域
本发明属于水性木器涂料领域,具体涉及一种水性UV清底漆和水性UV亮光清面漆的涂装方法。
技术背景
随着国家环保政策的出台,以及“后疫情时代”人们追求更加健康环保的生活方式及家具产品,对涂料的性能的要求也在不断的提高,特别是对于健康的需求也是更为的迫切,家具涂装领域全面“油改水”已渐成为行业趋势。为响应国家环保政策,顺应市场形势,围绕客户市场需求,提高终端客户的市场吸引力。
但是,现有技术中,同时采用水性清底和水性清面漆施工时,在涂膜的高填充、快速打磨、耐化学介质性能上,比溶剂型聚氨酯产品要差。文献《与溶剂型面漆配套的高性能水性木器白底漆的开发与应用》虽然解决了在密度板上具有良好的封闭和填充,但其施工高效性、打磨性和环保性略显不足。
本申请人经过反复推敲实验,研究市场需求,在确保环保、创新、流行的前提下推出一种水性UV清底漆和水性UV亮光清面漆的涂装方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水性UV清底漆和水性UV亮光清面漆的涂装方法,以解决现有技术中存在的涂膜高填充不佳、不好打磨、耐化学介质性能不良等问题,将水性UV的涂装高效率与水性漆的环保性完美结合,具有独特的漆膜之感,可抛光的高鲜映性,彰显刚柔并济之美。
本发明的一种水性UV清底漆和水性UV亮光清面漆的涂装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)素材砂光:用砂纸打磨木材板面,去除毛刺,平整表面;
(2)擦色:用布蘸取水性UV擦色漆,顺木材纹理顺时针旋转擦拭,至颜色均匀且无发花状态;再将所述木材置于温度45~50℃下干燥20~30分钟;
(3)喷涂底漆:在所述木材表面均匀喷涂水性UV清底漆,涂布量为120~140g/m2;置于常温下流平待干10~15分钟后,放置45~50℃下干燥40~50分钟;再进行紫外光固化,固化能量为QUA 300~500MJ/cm2
(4)砂光:采用320#~600#规格的砂纸进行砂光,至表面打磨平整、无砂穿、无砂痕印;
(5)修色:根据色板整体效果,采用水性修色漆进行修色,涂布量为60~80g/m2;待干温度为35~45℃,时间为3~4小时;
(6)修色砂光:采用600#~1000#规格的砂纸,进行修色砂光;
(7)喷涂亮光清面:在所述木材表面均匀喷涂水性UV亮光清面漆,涂布量为120~130g/m2;置于常温下流平待干10~15分钟后,放置45~50℃下干燥40~50分钟;再进行紫外光固化,固化能量为QUA 300~500MJ/cm2;即可完成涂装。
进一步地,所述水性UV清底漆为水性丙烯酸光固化乳液,例如:上海展辰涂料有限公司生产的牌号为ZU46502产品,其粘度为25℃下涂4杯40~45秒。
进一步地,所述步骤(3)和(4)交替进行2~4次。
进一步地,所述步骤(1)的砂纸规格为240#~320#。
进一步地,所述水性UV擦色漆为水性聚氨酯光固化乳液与水性色浆调配而成,例如:上海展辰涂料有限公司生产的牌号为ZU49501水性聚氨酯光固化乳液产品。
进一步地,所述水性UV清底漆为水性丙烯酸光固化乳液,例如:上海展辰涂料有限公司生产的牌号为ZU46502产品。
进一步地,所述水性修色漆为水性丙烯酸乳液修色漆与水性色浆和水性交联剂按质量比100:(1~10):(0.5~2)调配而成;例如:上海展辰涂料有限公司生产的牌号为ZW76043水性修色漆,所述水性交联剂为上海展辰涂料有限公司生产的牌号为ZWH9610。
进一步地,所述水性UV亮光清面漆为水性丙烯酸光固化乳液亮光清面漆,25℃下涂4杯粘度为40~45秒,例如:上海展辰涂料有限公司生产的牌号为ZU56510产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
本发明填补了市场上水性UV清底水性UV亮光清面涂装工艺的空白,将水性UV的涂装高效率与水性漆的环保性完美结合,工艺简便、易施工、涂装效率高,产品导管纹理清晰、硬度高、涂膜丰满、可抛光、光泽度高;具有独特的漆膜之感,可抛光的高鲜映性,彰显刚柔并济之美。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本发明,应注意本发明的实施例只是对本发明的内容予以解释说明,并不构成对本发明技术方案的限制。
实施例1
采用本发明的涂装方法,对樱桃木素材板面进行水性UV清底漆和水性UV亮光清面漆的涂装,过程如下:
(1)素材砂光:依次采用240#、320#规格的砂纸打磨木材板面,去除毛刺,平整表面;
(2)擦色:采用洁净的纯棉白布蘸取水性UV擦色漆,顺木材纹理顺时针旋转擦拭,至颜色均匀且无发花状态;
所述水性UV擦色漆为上海展辰涂料有限公司生产的牌号为ZU49501的水性UV附着力增强底漆、水性红色浆ZW75405、水性黄色浆ZW75305和水性黑色浆ZW75205,按100:2.5:6:2的比例调配;
(3)干燥:在所述木材送入红外流平干燥机中,在温度40~50℃下干燥20~30分钟;
(4)喷涂第一遍底漆:在所述木材表面采用手工均匀喷涂上海展辰涂料有限公司生产的牌号为ZU46502的水性UV清底漆,其粘度为25℃下涂4杯42秒,涂布量为140g/m2;常温流平待干15分钟后,放置在50℃的红外烘干机中干燥45分钟;然后送入紫外光固化机固化,固化能量为QUA 300~500MJ/cm2
(5)砂光:采用320#规格的砂纸进行砂光,要求表面打磨平整、无砂穿、无砂痕印;
(6)喷涂第二遍底漆:采用手工均匀喷涂上海展辰涂料有限公司生产的牌号为ZU46502的水性UV清底漆,其粘度为25℃下涂4杯40秒,涂布量为130g/m2;常温流平待干13分钟后,放置在45℃的红外烘干机中干燥50分钟;然后送入紫外光固化机固化,固化能量为QUA 300~500MJ/cm2
(7)砂光:采用320#规格的砂纸进行砂光,要求表面打磨平整、无砂穿、无砂痕印;
(8)喷涂第三遍底漆:采用手工均匀喷涂上海展辰涂料有限公司生产的牌号为ZU46502的水性UV清底漆,其粘度为25℃下涂4杯45秒,涂布量为120g/m2;常温流平待干10分钟后,放置在45℃的红外烘干机中干燥40分钟;然后送入紫外光固化机固化,固化能量为QUA 300~500MJ/cm2
(9)砂光:采用500#规格的砂纸进行砂光,要求表面打磨平整、无砂穿、无砂痕印;
(10)修色:根据色板整体效果采用水性修色漆进行修色,涂布量为75g/m2,待干温度为35℃,时间为3小时;
所述水性修色漆为上海展辰涂料有限公司生产的牌号为ZW76043的水性修色基料,与水性红色浆ZW75405、水性黄色浆ZW75305、水性黑色浆ZW75205、水性交联剂ZWH9610,按100:2:5:2:1的比例调配;
(11)修色砂光:采用800#或1000#规格的砂纸进行修色砂光,要求顺木纹轻砂光,无砂穿现象;
(12)喷涂亮光清面:采用手工均匀喷涂上海展辰涂料有限公司生产的牌号为ZU56510的水性UV亮光清面漆,其粘度为25℃下涂4杯41秒,涂布量为128 g/m2;常温流平待干12分钟后,放置在45℃的红外烘干机中干燥48分钟;然后送入紫外光固化机固化,固化能量为QUA 300~500MJ/cm2;完成涂装。
涂装后的板面,导管纹理清晰、硬度高、涂膜丰满、可抛光、光泽度高。具体实测数据表现为:面漆漆膜硬度:H~2H,面漆鲜映性(DOI):97,面漆光泽度:94;底漆、面漆附着力:≥1级;底漆砂光性:优异。
实施例2
采用本发明的涂装方法,对樱桃木素材板面进行水性UV清底漆和水性UV亮光清面漆的涂装,过程如下:
(1)素材砂光:依次采用240#、320#规格的砂纸打磨木材板面,去除毛刺,平整表面;
(2)喷涂第一遍底漆:在所述木材表面采用手工均匀喷涂上海展辰涂料有限公司生产的牌号为ZU46502的水性UV清底漆,其粘度为25℃下涂4杯40秒,涂布量为120g/m2;常温流平待干10分钟后,放置在45℃的红外烘干机中干燥45分钟;然后送入紫外光固化机固化,固化能量为QUA 300~500MJ/cm2
(3)砂光:采用320#规格的砂纸进行砂光,要求表面打磨平整、无砂穿、无砂痕印;
(4)喷涂第二遍底漆:采用手工均匀喷涂上海展辰涂料有限公司生产的牌号为ZU46502的水性UV清底漆,其粘度为25℃下涂4杯40秒,涂布量为120g/m2;常温流平待干10分钟后,放置在45℃的红外烘干机中干燥45分钟;然后送入紫外光固化机固化,固化能量为QUA 300~500MJ/cm2
(5)砂光:采用320#规格的砂纸进行砂光,要求表面打磨平整、无砂穿、无砂痕印;
(6)喷涂第三遍底漆:采用手工均匀喷涂上海展辰涂料有限公司生产的牌号为ZU46502的水性UV清底漆,其粘度为25℃下涂4杯43秒,涂布量为130g/m2;常温流平待干14分钟后,放置在48℃的红外烘干机中干燥50分钟;然后送入紫外光固化机固化,固化能量为QUA 300~500MJ/cm2
(7)砂光:采用500#规格的砂纸进行砂光,要求表面打磨平整、无砂穿、无砂痕印;
(8)喷涂亮光清面:采用手工均匀喷涂上海展辰涂料有限公司生产的牌号为ZU56510的水性UV亮光清面漆,其粘度为25℃下涂4杯44秒,涂布量为135g/m2;常温流平待干15分钟后,放置在45℃的红外烘干机中干燥42分钟;然后送入紫外光固化机固化,固化能量为QUA 300~500MJ/cm2;完成涂装。
涂装后的板面,导管纹理清晰、硬度高、涂膜丰满、可抛光、光泽度高。具体实测数据表现为:面漆漆膜硬度:H~2H,面漆鲜映性(DOI)为95,面漆光泽度:93;底漆、面漆附着力:≥1级;底漆砂光性:优异。

Claims (9)

1.一种水性UV清底漆和水性UV亮光清面漆的涂装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)素材砂光:用砂纸打磨木材板面,去除毛刺,平整表面;
(2)擦色:用布蘸取水性UV擦色漆,顺木材纹理顺时针旋转擦拭,至颜色均匀且无发花状态;再将所述木材置于温度45~50℃下干燥20~30分钟;
(3)喷涂底漆:在所述木材表面均匀喷涂水性UV清底漆,涂布量为120~140g/m2;置于常温下流平待干10~15分钟后,放置45~50℃下干燥40~50分钟;再进行紫外光固化,固化能量为QUA 300~500MJ/cm2
(4)砂光:采用320#~600#规格的砂纸进行砂光,至表面打磨平整、无砂穿、无砂痕印;
(5)修色:根据色板整体效果,采用水性修色漆进行修色,涂布量为60~80g/m2;待干温度为35~45℃,时间为3~4小时。
2.(6)修色砂光:采用600#~1000#规格的砂纸,进行修色砂光;
(7)喷涂亮光清面:在所述木材表面均匀喷涂水性UV亮光清面漆,涂布量为120~130g/m2;置于常温下流平待干10~15分钟后,放置45~50℃下干燥40~50分钟;再进行紫外光固化,固化能量为QUA 300~500MJ/cm2;即可完成涂装。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性UV清底漆和水性UV亮光清面漆的涂装方法,其特征在于,所述水性UV清底漆为水性丙烯酸光固化乳液,其粘度为25℃下涂4杯40~45秒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性UV清底漆和水性UV亮光清面漆的涂装方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)和(4)交替进行2~4次。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性UV清底漆和水性UV亮光清面漆的涂装方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)的砂纸规格为240#~320#。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水性UV清底漆和水性UV亮光清面漆的涂装方法,其特征在于,所述水性UV擦色漆为水性聚氨酯光固化乳液与水性色浆调配而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水性UV清底漆和水性UV亮光清面漆的涂装方法,其特征在于,所述水性UV清底漆为水性丙烯酸光固化乳液。
8.根据权利要求1所述的水性UV清底漆和水性UV亮光清面漆的涂装方法,其特征在于,所述水性修色漆为水性丙烯酸乳液修色漆与水性色浆和水性交联剂按质量比100:(1~10):(0.5~2)调配而成。
