本发明涉及铝板生产的技术领域,特别是一种铝板滚涂工艺的技术领域。
【背景技术】
铝板在现代生活中的应用十分广泛,在铝板的加工过程中通常需要对铝板进行涂漆,从而对铝板起到更好的保护。现有技术中在对铝板进行涂漆时通常是由涂漆辊直接与铝板表面接触进行涂漆工作,由于铝板表面不平整、粘附杂物等现象,容易导致涂漆面不均匀甚至与铝板表面脱离起皮,同时滚涂面没有有效的防护措施,容易在滚涂后被刮花,影响铝板的美观性。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种铝板滚涂工艺,能够使铝板在滚涂前进行修正处理,提升铝板滚涂面的滚涂效果,同时还能够对铝板滚涂面进行快速定型防护,保证铝板滚涂面的美观持久,滚涂品质稳定。利于推广应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种铝板滚涂工艺,依次包括以下步骤:
步骤一:抛光处理,将铝板导入喷砂机,向铝板表面喷射含沙有机溶剂,使铝板表面光滑、无锈、无油脂;
步骤二:水洗处理,将步骤一处理后的铝板放入去离子水中进行鼓泡浸泡,浸泡过程中采用超声波震荡加速水洗过程;
步骤三:干燥处理,将步骤二处理后的铝板放入热风炉中进行干燥处理;
步骤四:滚涂处理,将步骤三处理后的铝板放入滚涂机进行滚涂,滚涂过程中采用紫外线灯进行固化;
步骤五:烘烤处理,将步骤四处理后的铝板放入氮气干燥箱中进行烘烤处理;
步骤六:贴膜处理,将步骤五处理后的铝板放入贴膜机进行贴膜处理;
步骤七:印花处理,将步骤六处理后的铝板放入印花机,在贴膜面进行印花,完成整个滚涂工艺。
作为优选,所述步骤一中的有机溶剂是浓度为5%~7%的盐酸溶液,有机溶剂的含沙量为总质量的三分之一。
作为优选,所述步骤二中的浸泡时间为5~10min,浸泡温度为60℃~70℃,浸泡次数为两次。
作为优选,所述步骤三中热风炉内的热风速度为20~30m/s,热风炉内的温度为50℃~60℃。
作为优选,所述步骤五中氮气干燥箱内的烘烤温度180℃~220℃,烘烤时间为5~10min。
