Claims (30)
1. Применение эффективного количества композиции rLP2086 N. meningitidis и, по меньшей мере, одной дополнительной иммуногенной композиции совместно для индуцирования бактерицидного иммунного ответа против штамма подсемейства А N. meningitidis серологической группы В, и против штамма подсемейства В N. meningitidis серологической группы В у человека, где указанная композиция rLP2086 N. meningitidis содержит а) первый липидированный полипептид, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность, представленную SEQ ID NO: 1, и b) второй липидированный полипептид, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность, представленную SEQ ID NO: 2, где, по меньшей мере, одна дополнительная иммуногенная композиция включает: (i) иммуногенную композицию против штамма Neisseria meningitidis серологической группы А, штамма Neisseria meningitidis серологической группы С, штамма Neisseria meningitidis серологической группы Y и/или штамма Neisseria meningitidis серологической группы W135; (ii) иммуногенную композицию против дифтерии, столбняка и коклюша; (iii) иммуногенную композицию против вируса гепатита А; (iv) иммуногенную композицию против вируса папилломы человека; (v) иммуногенную композицию против дифтерии, столбняка, коклюша и полиомиелита; или (vi) какие-либо их комбинации.
2. Применение по п. 1, где композиция rLP2086 N. meningitidis дополнительно включает полисорбат-80.
3. Применение по п. 1 или 2, где композиция rLP2086 N. meningitidis дополнительно включает алюминий.
4. Применение по какому-либо одному из пп. 1-3, где композиция rLP2086 N. meningitidis дополнительно включает гистидиновый буфер.
5. Применение по какому-либо одному из пп. 1-4, где композиция rLP2086 N. meningitidis дополнительно включает хлорид натрия.
6. Применение по какому-либо одному из пп. 1-5, где композиция rLP2086 N. meningitidis содержит приблизительно 120 мкг/мл первого полипептида; приблизительно 120 мкг/мл второго полипептида; молярное соотношение полисорбата-80 - приблизительно 2,8; приблизительно 0,5 мг/мл алюминия; приблизительно 10 мМ гистидина; и приблизительно 150 мМ хлорида натрия.
7. Применение по какому-либо одному из пп. 1-6, где композиция rLP2086 N. meningitidis содержит приблизительно 60 мкг первого полипептида; приблизительно 60 мкг второго полипептида; приблизительно 18 мкг полисорбата-80; приблизительно 250 мкг алюминия; приблизительно 780 мкг гистидина; и приблизительно 4380 мкг хлорида натрия.
8. Применение по какому-либо одному из пп. 1-7, где композиция rLP2086 N. meningitidis индуцирует бактерицидный иммунный ответ против, по меньшей мере, одного из штаммов N. meningitidis серологической группы В А22, А56, В24, В44, или какой-либо их комбинации.
9. Применение по какому-либо одному из пп. 1-8, где композиция rLP2086 N. meningitidis индуцирует бактерицидный иммунный ответ против А22 N. meningitidis серологической группы В.
10. Применение по какому-либо одному из пп. 1-8, где композиция rLP2086 N. meningitidis индуцирует бактерицидный иммунный ответ против В24 N. meningitidis серологической группы В.
11. Применение по какому-либо одному из пп. 1-10, где композиция rLP2086 N. meningitidis индуцирует бактерицидный иммунный ответ против, по меньшей мере, одного из штаммов В24, В16, В44, А22, В03, В09, А12, А19, А05, А07, В153 N. meningitidis серологической группы В, или какой-либо их комбинации.
12. Применение по какому-либо одному из пп. 1-11, где, по меньшей мере, одна дополнительная иммуногенная композиция содержит смесь из четырех различных и отдельно полученных белково-капсульных полисахаридных конъюгатов, где первый конъюгат содержит капсульный полисахарид N. meningitidis серологической группы W-135, конъюгированный с белком-носителем, второй конъюгат содержит капсульный полисахарид N. meningitidis серологической группы Y, конъюгированный с белком-носителем, третий конъюгат содержит капсульный полисахарид N. meningitidis серологической группы А, конъюгированный с белком-носителем, и четвертый конъюгат содержит капсульный полисахарид N. meningitidis серологической группы С, конъюгированный с белком-носителем, где белок-носитель выбирают из группы, состоящей из дифтерийного анатоксина, CRM197, и столбнячного анатоксина.
13. Применение по п. 12, где белок-носитель представляет собой дифтерийный анатоксин.
14. Применение по п. 12, где, по меньшей мере, одна дополнительная иммуногенная композиция представляет собой жидкую композицию.
15. Применение по п. 12, где, по меньшей мере, одна дополнительная иммуногенная композиция не является лиофилизированной.
16. Применение по какому-либо одному из пп. 12-15, которая индуцирует иммунный ответ против, по меньшей мере, одного из штаммов Neisseria meningitidis серологической группы А, штамма Neisseria meningitidis серологической группы С, штамма Neisseria meningitidis серологической группы Y и/или штамма Neisseria meningitidis серологической группы W135, или какой-либо их комбинации.
17. Применение по какому-либо одному из пп. 1-11, где по меньшей мере, одна дополнительная иммуногенная композиция содержит иммуногенную композицию против вируса папилломы человека.
18. Применение по п. 17, которое индуцирует иммунный ответ против, по меньшей мере, одного из вирусов папилломы человека типа 6, 11, 16, 18, или какой-либо их комбинации.
19. Применение по какому-либо одному из пп. 1-11, где по меньшей мере, одна дополнительная иммуногенная композиция содержит иммуногенную композицию против дифтерии, столбняка, коклюша и полиомиелита.
20. Применение по п. 19, которое индуцирует иммунный ответ против, по меньшей мере, одного из дифтерии, столбняка, коклюша, полиомиелита, или какой-либо их комбинации у человека.
21. Применение по какому-либо одному из пп. 1-11, где по меньшей мере, одна дополнительная иммуногенная композиция содержит комбинацию из иммуногенной композиции против штамма Neisseria meningitidis серологической группы А, штамма Neisseria meningitidis серологической группы С, штамма Neisseria meningitidis серологической группы Y, и/или штамма Neisseria meningitidis серологической группы W135 и иммуногенной композиции против дифтерии, столбняка и коклюша.
22. Применение по п. 21, которое индуцирует иммунный ответ против, по меньшей мере, одного из штаммов Neisseria meningitidis серологической группы А, штамма Neisseria meningitidis серологической группы С, штамма Neisseria meningitidis серологической группы Y и/или штамма Neisseria meningitidis серологической группы W135, или какой-либо их комбинации, и иммунный ответ против дифтерии, столбняка и коклюша.
23. Применение по какому-либо одному из пп. 1-22, где эффективное количество композиции rLP2086 N. meningitidis включает одну дозу.
24. Применение по какому-либо одному из пп. 1-23, где эффективное количество композиции rLP2086 N. meningitidis включает две дозы.
25. Применение по п. 24, где эффективное количество композиции rLP2086 N. meningitidis дополнительно включает ревакцинирующую дозу.
26. Применение по какому-либо одному из пп. 1-25, где эффективное количество композиции rLP2086 N. meningitidis включает не больше трех доз.
27. Применение по какому-либо одному из пп. 1-26, где композиция rLP2086 N. meningitidis в пределах 24 часов от применения, по меньшей мере, одной дополнительной иммуногенной композиции.
28. Применение по какому-либо одному из пп. 1-27, где композиция rLP2086 N. meningitidis применяется одновременно с, по меньшей мере, одной дополнительной иммуногенной композицией.
29. Применение по какому-либо одному из пп. 1-27, где первую дозу композиции rLP2086 N. meningitidis применяют совместно с, по меньшей мере, одной дополнительной иммуногенной композицией.
30. Применение по п. 29, где первую дозу композиция rLP2086 N. meningitidis применяют одновременно с, по меньшей мере, одной дополнительной иммуногенной композицией.
