Claims (38)
1. Композиция термоплавкого клея, содержащая два термопластических полиуретановых сополимера (А) и (В),
где термопластический полиуретановый сополимер (А) содержит продукт реакции между,
по меньшей мере, одним полиэфирполиолом на основе сложного эфира; и,
по меньшей мере, одним полиизоцианатом; и
имеет среднечисленную молекулярную массу (Mn), составляющую, по меньшей мере, 25000 г/моль;
где термопластический полиуретановый сополимер (В) содержит продукт реакции между,
по меньшей мере, одним полиэфирполиолом на основе сложного эфира; и,
по меньшей мере, одним полиизоцианатом; и
имеет среднечисленную молекулярную массу (Mn), меньшую, чем 25000 г/моль; и
где композиция термоплавкого клея характеризуется вязкостью расплава в диапазоне от 1000 до 100000 МПа/с при 160°С.
2. Композиция термоплавкого клея по п. 1, где массовое соотношение (А) к (В) находится в диапазоне от 5: 95 до 95: 5.
3. Композиция термоплавкого клея по пп. 1 или 2, где сополимер (А) имеет среднечисленную молекулярную массу (Mn), составляющую, по меньшей мере, 30000 г/моль, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, 35000 г/моль.
4. Композиция термоплавкого клея по любому одному из пп. от 1 до 3, где сополимер (В) имеет среднечисленную молекулярную массу (Mn), меньшую, чем 20000 г/моль, предпочтительно меньшую, чем 15000 г/моль.
5. Композиция термоплавкого клея по любому одному из пп. от 1 до 4, где композиция термоплавкого клея, кроме того, содержит от 0,1 до 50% (масс.) добавок при расчете на совокупную массу композиции термоплавкого клея, и где добавки предпочтительно выбирают из стабилизаторов, усилителей адгезии, пластификаторов, добавок, придающих клейкость, наполнителей, термопластических полимеров, которые отличаются от сополимеров (А) и (В), и их комбинаций.
6. Композиция термоплавкого клея по любому одному из пп. от 1 до 5, где композиция термоплавкого клея при расчете на совокупную массу композиции содержит:
от 50 до 93,5% (масс.) двух термопластических полиуретановых сополимеров (А) и (В);
от 0,5 до 5% (масс.), по меньшей мере, одного стабилизатора;
от 1 до 20% (масс.), по меньшей мере, одного пластификатора;
от 5 до 45% (масс.), по меньшей мере, одной добавки, придающей клейкость;
вплоть до 43,5% (масс.), по меньшей мере, одного термопластического полимера, который отличается от сополимеров (А) и (В).
7. Композиция термоплавкого клея по любому одному из пп. от 1 до 6, где, по меньшей мере, один полиэфирполиол на основе сложного эфира для термопластического полиуретанового сополимера (A) и/или (В) включает орто-фталат.
8. Композиция термоплавкого клея по п. 7, где орто-фталат включают, по меньшей мере, в один полиэфирполиол на основе сложного эфира для термопластического полиуретанового сополимера (В).
9. Композиция термоплавкого клея по любому одному из пп. от 1 до 8, где,
по меньшей мере, один полиэфирполиол на основе сложного эфира для термопластического полиуретанового сополимера (A) и/или (В) включает
а) по меньшей мере, один полукристаллический полиэфирполиол на основе сложного эфира, характеризующийся температурой плавления (Tm) в диапазоне от 40 до 150°С; и
b) по меньшей мере, один некристаллический полиэфирполиол на основе сложного эфира.
10. Композиция термоплавкого клея по п. 9, где,
по меньшей мере, один некристаллический полиэфирполиол на основе сложного эфира b) включает
с) некристаллический полиэфирполиол на основе сложного эфира, имеющий среднечисленную молекулярную массу (Mn), меньшую, чем 750 г/моль; и
d) некристаллический полиэфирполиол на основе сложного эфира, имеющий среднечисленную молекулярную массу (Mn), составляющую, по меньшей мере, 750 г/моль.
11. Композиция термоплавкого клея по п. 9, где орто-фталат включается в соединение b) в виде полиэфирполиола на основе сложного эфира.
12. Композиция термоплавкого клея по п. 10, где орто-фталат включается в соединение с) в виде полиэфирполиола на основе сложного эфира.
13. Композиция термоплавкого клея по любому одному из пп. от 5 до 12, где, по меньшей мере, один термопластический полимер, который отличается от сополимеров (А) и (В), выбирают из сополимера EVA, полимеров, относящихся к типу каучуков, стирольных сополимеров, сополимерных сложных полиэфиров, поликарбонатов, полиамидов, акриловых полимеров и термопластических полиуретанов или их комбинаций.
14. Способ нанесения композиции термоплавкого клея по любому одному из пп. от 1 до 13 на подложку, включающий стадии
1) плавления композиции термоплавкого клея в нагретом контейнере без перемешивания или сдвигового воздействия;
2) перекачивания расплавленной композиции термоплавкого клея стадии 1) при использовании шестеренного или поршневого насоса через обогреваемый шланг; и
3) нанесения композиции термоплавкого клея при использовании сопла, валика или распылительной головки на подложку.
15. Применение композиции термоплавкого клея по любому одному из пп. от 1 до 13 при переплетении книг, склеивании древесины, плоском ламинировании, упаковывании в эластичные материалы, облицовывании профилей, облицовывании кромок, получении текстолита, формовании при низком давлении и для обуви.
