Abstract

La invención se refiere a los copolímeros en bloque elastoméricos con una arquitectura molecular en forma de estrella, la arquitectura molecular en forma de estrella teniendo la estrella al menos dos brazos diferentes. Al menos un brazo de la estrella está compuesto de al menos un bloque A el cual tiene unidades de al menos un monómero vinil aromático, siendo las unidades incorporadas por polimerización, y las cuales forman una fase dura; como una opción, al menos un bloque B que tiene uno o más monómeros dienos diferentes y que forma una primera fase elastomérica (blanda); y al menos un bloque elastomérico B/A que tiene unidades de al menos un monómero vinil aromático así como al menos un dieno, siendo las unidades incorporadas por polimerización, y las cuales forman una fase blanda. La invención también se refiere a un método para producir los copolímeros en bloque elastoméricos de acuerdo con la invención, al uso de los copolímeros en bloque elastoméricos de acuerdo con la invención para producir piezas moldeadas, como pueden ser películas, espumas, partes termoformadas y piezas moldeadas por inyección; tubos o perfiles extruidos, como puede ser una capa adhesiva en películas multicapa; como un sellado; como un promotor de la adhesión o componente termoplástico en compuestos de madera-plástico; como un componente adhesivo de fusión en caliente; y para la modificación por choque de termoplásticos o elastómeros o para la promoción de la compatibilidad, y a las películas, espumas, piezas termoformadas, piezas moldeadas por inyección, tubos o perfiles extruidos fabricados de al menos un copolímero en bloque eleastomérico de acuerdo con al invención.
