Abstract

1. Применение термоплавкого клея, имеющего вязкость от 10000 миллипаскаль-секунда до 150000 миллипаскаль-секунда при 140°С, содержащего, по меньшей мере, 75 мас.% термопластичного полиуретана (TPU), имеющего среднюю молекуляррную массу от 5000 до 40000 г/моль, в качестве клея для клеевого соединения пленочных субстратов.2. Применение по п.1, где термоплавкий клей дополнительно содержит вплоть до 25% масс. добавок и дополнительных веществ.3. Применение по п.1, где термоплавкий клей свободен от растворителей, пластификаторов, восков и смол.4. Применение по п.1, где термопластичный полиуретан изготавливают из ароматических полиизоцианатов и диолов на основе сложных полиэфиров с соотношением NCO:OH от 0,75-0,95:1.5. Применение по п.1, где толщина слоя нанесенного клея составляет менее, чем 20 мкм.6. Применение по п.1, где термопластичный полиуретан содержит полиолы на основе сложных полиэфиров в качестве полиольного компонента.7. Применение по п.6, где термопластичный полиуретан дополнительно содержит 0,5-10 мас.% алифатических диолов и/или триолов, имеющих вплоть до 8 атомов углерода.8. Claims (15)

1. Применение термоплавкого клея, имеющего вязкость от 10000 миллипаскаль-секунда до 150000 миллипаскаль-секунда при 140°С, содержащего, по меньшей мере, 75 мас.% термопластичного полиуретана (TPU), имеющего среднюю молекуляррную массу от 5000 до 40000 г/моль, в качестве клея для клеевого соединения пленочных субстратов.
2. Применение по п.1, где термоплавкий клей дополнительно содержит вплоть до 25% масс. добавок и дополнительных веществ.
3. Применение по п.1, где термоплавкий клей свободен от растворителей, пластификаторов, восков и смол.
4. Применение по п.1, где термопластичный полиуретан изготавливают из ароматических полиизоцианатов и диолов на основе сложных полиэфиров с соотношением NCO:OH от 0,75-0,95:1.
5. Применение по п.1, где толщина слоя нанесенного клея составляет менее, чем 20 мкм.
6. Применение по п.1, где термопластичный полиуретан содержит полиолы на основе сложных полиэфиров в качестве полиольного компонента.
7. Применение по п.6, где термопластичный полиуретан дополнительно содержит 0,5-10 мас.% алифатических диолов и/или триолов, имеющих вплоть до 8 атомов углерода.
8. Применение по п.6, где охлажденный термоплавкий клей обладает устойчивостью к слипанию после нанесения тонким слоем.
9. Применение по п.8, где слой термоплавкого клея, присоединенный с обеих сторон, можно разделить в результате разрушения клеевого соединения по клеевому шву (когезионное разрушение).
10. Применение по пп.6-9, где соотношение NCO-OH составляет от 0,85 до 0,99:1.
11. Применение по п.1, где клеевой слой является термически активируемым.
12. Композиционная пленка, содержащая пластиковую пленку и металлизированную или металлическую фольгу, которые прикреплены по всей площади друг к другу посредством клея на основе термопластичного полиуретана в соответствии с применением по п.п.1-6.
13. Композиционная пленка, изготовленная из пластикового субстрата и пленки, которые прикреплены друг к другу, по меньшей мере, по одному краевому участку с помощью клея на основе термопластичного полиуретана в соответствии с применением по пп.6-11.
14. Композиционная пленка по п.13, где пленки могут быть разделены в результате разрушения клеевого соединения по клеевому шву (когезионное разрушение).
15. Композиционная пленка по одному из пп.12-14 для изготовления упаковок для пищевых продуктов или в фармацевтической промышленности.
