Claims (37)
1. Поли(этиленоксидный) сополимер, включающий продукт реакции полимеризации от 95 до 5 мас.% этиленоксида и от 5 до 95 мас.% одного или более гидрофобного мономера с эпоксидными или простыми глицидилэфирными функциональными группами в присутствии катализатора на основе алкоксида цинка или катализатора на основе модифицированного гексамина щелочноземельного металла, при этом гидрофобный мономер с эпоксидными или простыми глицидилэфирными функциональными группами описывается одной или несколькими из следующих структур:
где R1 представляет -(СН2)nCH3 и n=0-15;
где Х представляет СН2 или О,
R2 представляет Н, -(СН2)mCH3 и m равно числу от 0 до 10, или -(CF2)nCF3 и n=0-10,
и
R3 представляет Н или -(СН2)pCH3 и р равно числу от 0 до 5;
или
где Х представляет СН2 или О
и
R4 представляет -CH2(С6Н5) или -(С6Н4)-СН2-(СН2)q-CH3 и q равно числу от 0 до 10, замещение на арильном кольце может быть в мета-, орто- или параположениях.
2. Поли(этиленоксидный) сополимер по п.1, в котором катализатор на основе модифицированного гексамин щелочноземельного металла является катализатором на основе модифицированного гексаммина кальция.
3. Поли(этиленоксидный) сополимер по п.1, где гидрофобный мономер с эпоксидными или простыми глицидилэфирными функциональными группами представляет собой 1,2-эпокситетрадекан; 2-этилгексилглицидиловый простой эфир; 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-октафторпентиловый простой эфир; бензилглицидиловый простой эфир и 4-нонилфенилглицидиловый простой эфир.
4. Поли(этиленоксидный) сополимер по п.1, дополнительно включающий один или несколько дополнительных мономеров.
5. Способ обезвоживания водной суспензии материала в форме частиц, включающий следующие стадии:
добавление к водной суспензии материала в форме частиц поли(этиленоксидного) сополимера, который представляет собой продукт реакции полимеризации от 95 до 5 мас.% этиленоксида и от 5 до 95 мас.% гидрофобного мономера с эпоксидными или простыми глицидилэфирными функциональными группами в присутствии катализатора на основе алкоксида цинка или катализатора на основе модифицированного гексамина щелочноземельного металла, где гидрофобный мономер с эпоксидными или простыми глицидилэфирными функциональными группами описывается одной или несколькими из следующих структур:

где Х представляет СН2 или О,
R2 представляет Н, -(СН2)mCH3 и m равно числу от 0 до 10, или
-(CF2)nCF3 и n=0-10,
и
R3 представляет Н или -(СН2)pCH3 и р равно числу от 0 до 5;
или
где Х представляет СН2 или О
и
R4 представляет -CH2(С6Н5) или -(С6Н4)-СН2-(СН2)q-CH3 и q равно числу от 0 до 10, замещение на арильном кольце может быть в мета-, орто- или параположениях;
флокуляция суспензии;
и
обезвоживание суспензии.
6. Способ по п.5, где катализатор на основе модифицированного гексамина щелочноземельного металла представляет катализатор на основе модифицированного гексамина кальция.
7. Способ по п.5, где водная суспензия материала в форме частиц содержит отвалы и другие отходы переработки, получаемые в результате переработки минерального сырья фосфатов, алмазов, золота, минеральных песков, цинка, свинца, меди, серебра, урана, никеля, железной руды, угля, нефтеносных песков или красного шлама.
8. Способ по п.5, где водная суспензия материала в форме частиц, включающего отвалы и другие отходы переработки, получаемые в результате переработки минеральных пород нефтеносных песков.
