Abstract

Claims (19)
1. Липосома, в которую инкапсулирована иммуноген-кодирующая РНК, где липосома содержит катионный липид, и соотношение N:P липосомы и РНК составляет от 1:1 до 20:1.
2. Липосома по п.1, диаметр которой находится в интервале от 50 до 220 нм.

4. Липосома по п.3, в которой самореплицирующаяся РНК кодирует (i) РНК-зависимую РНК-полимеазу, которая может транскрибировать РНК из самореплицирующейся молекулы РНК и (ii) иммуноген.

17. Липосома по любому из пп.1-8, где соотношение N:P липосомы и РНК составляет 2:1, 4:1, 8:1 или 10:1.
18. Фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая липосому по любому из пп.1-17.
19. Способ повышения защитного иммунного ответа у позвоночного, включающий стадию введения позвоночному эффективного количества липосомы по пп.1-17, или фармацевтической композиции по п.18.
