Abstract
1. Смазочная композиция, содержащая:(а) органическое соединение молибдена,(б) одну или более чем одну противоизносную и противозадирную присадку, выбранную из тиа(ди)азолов,(в) одну или более чем одну фосфорсодержащую и/или фосфорно-сернистую противоизносную и противозадирную присадку, выбранную из фосфитов, фосфатов, фосфонатов, тиофосфатов или тиофосфитов;причем указанная смазочная композиция имеет массовую долю молибдена, составляющую от 90 до 180 м.д.2. Смазочная композиция по п.1, имеющая массовую долю молибдена, составляющую от 140 до 180 м.д.3. Смазочная композиция по п.1, имеющая массовую долю фосфора, составляющую от 500 до 700 м.д.4. Смазочная композиция по п.1, содержащая по меньшей мере один тиофосфат или по меньшей мере один дитиофосфат в качестве соединения (в).5. Смазочная композиция по п.1, содержащая по меньшей мере один тиадиазол в качестве соединения (б).6. Смазочная композиция по п.5, содержащая от 0,35 до 1 мас.% тиазола.7. Смазочная композиция по п.1, содержащая по меньшей мере один димеркаптотиадиазол в качестве соединения (б).8. Смазочная композиция по п.7, содержащая от 0,35 до 1 мас.% димеркаптотиадиазола.9. Смазочная композиция по любому из пп.1-8, содержащая в качестве соединения (а) по меньшей мере один органический комплекс молибдена, полученный путем реакции:(i) жира типа моно-, ди- или триглицерида или жирной кислоты,(ii) источника амина формулы (I):,где Xи Xпредставляют собой O или N, а n и m равны 1, если Xили Xпредставляет собой O, и n и m равны 2, если Xили Xпредставляет собой N, и(iii) источника молибдена, выбранного из триоксида молибдена или молибдатов, в достаточном количестве для обеспечения от 0,1 до 20,0% молибдена в расчете на мас�
Claims (16)
1. Смазочная композиция, содержащая:
(а) органическое соединение молибдена,
(б) одну или более чем одну противоизносную и противозадирную присадку, выбранную из тиа(ди)азолов,
(в) одну или более чем одну фосфорсодержащую и/или фосфорно-сернистую противоизносную и противозадирную присадку, выбранную из фосфитов, фосфатов, фосфонатов, тиофосфатов или тиофосфитов;
причем указанная смазочная композиция имеет массовую долю молибдена, составляющую от 90 до 180 м.д.
2. Смазочная композиция по п.1, имеющая массовую долю молибдена, составляющую от 140 до 180 м.д.
3. Смазочная композиция по п.1, имеющая массовую долю фосфора, составляющую от 500 до 700 м.д.
4. Смазочная композиция по п.1, содержащая по меньшей мере один тиофосфат или по меньшей мере один дитиофосфат в качестве соединения (в).
5. Смазочная композиция по п.1, содержащая по меньшей мере один тиадиазол в качестве соединения (б).
6. Смазочная композиция по п.5, содержащая от 0,35 до 1 мас.% тиазола.
7. Смазочная композиция по п.1, содержащая по меньшей мере один димеркаптотиадиазол в качестве соединения (б).
8. Смазочная композиция по п.7, содержащая от 0,35 до 1 мас.% димеркаптотиадиазола.
9. Смазочная композиция по любому из пп.1-8, содержащая в качестве соединения (а) по меньшей мере один органический комплекс молибдена, полученный путем реакции:
(i) жира типа моно-, ди- или триглицерида или жирной кислоты,
(ii) источника амина формулы (I):
где X1 и X2 представляют собой O или N, а n и m равны 1, если X1 или X2 представляет собой O, и n и m равны 2, если X1 или X2 представляет собой N, и
(iii) источника молибдена, выбранного из триоксида молибдена или молибдатов, в достаточном количестве для обеспечения от 0,1 до 20,0% молибдена в расчете на массу комплекса.
10. Смазочная композиция по п.9, где соединение (ii) представляет собой диэтаноламин или 2-(2-аминоэтил)аминоэтанол.
11. Смазочная композиция по п.9, где жир (i) представляет собой моно-, ди- или триглицерид жирных кислот, включающих от 4 до 28 атомов углерода, предпочтительно от 8 до 18 атомов углерода, или жирную кислоту, включающую от 4 до 28 атомов углерода, предпочтительно от 8 до 18 атомов углерода.
12. Смазочная композиция по п.9, где комплекс молибдена (а) состоит из по меньшей мере одного из следующих соединений, по отдельности или в виде смеси:
где X1 и Х2 представляют собой O или N, и
- n равно 1, если X1 представляет собой O, и m равно 1, если X2 представляет собой O,
- n равно 2, если X1 представляет собой N, и m равно 2, если X2 представляет собой N,
где R1 и R2 представляют собой жирные углеводородные цепи, содержащие от 3 до 27 атомов углерода, предпочтительно от 7 до 17 атомов углерода.
15. Применение композиции по любому из пп.1-14 для смазывания коробок передач.
16. Применение по п.15, где коробка передач представляет собой коробку передач с ручным переключением.
