Abstract
1. Способ лечения пациента со злокачественной опухолью, которая происходит из яичника, указанный способ включает введение указанному пациенту эффективного количества конъюгата, содержащего:(а) противоопухолевое средство; и(б) полипептид, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность, по крайней мере, на 80% идентичную TFFYGGSRGKRNNFKTEEY (SEQ ID NO:97), где указанный полипептид конъюгирован с указанным противоопухолевым средством.2. Способ по п.1, в котором противоопухолевое средство выбрано из группы, состоящей из паклитаксела, винбластина, винкристина, этопозида, доксорубицина циклофосфамида, таксотера, мелфалана и хлорамбуцила.3. Способ по п.2, в котором указанное противоопухолевое средство представляет собой паклитаксел.4. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором указанный полипептид содержит аминокислотную последовательность, по крайней мере, на 90% идентичную последовательности SEQ ID NO:97.5. Способ по п.4, в котором указанный полипептид содержит аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO:97.6. Способ по п.5, в котором указанный полипептид состоит из аминокислотной последовательности SEQ ID NO:97.7. Способ по п.1, в котором указанный конъюгат вводят в дозе от 100 мг/ми 2000 мг/м.8. Способ по п.7, в котором указанный конъюгат вводят в дозе 300 мг/мдо 1000 мг/м.9. Способ по п.1, в котором указанный конъюгат вводят внутривенно.10. Способ по п.1, в котором указанная злокачественная опухоль метастазировала по крайней мере, в одно место вне яичника и указанный способ эффективен в лечении указанных метастазов.11. Claims (24)
1. Способ лечения пациента со злокачественной опухолью, которая происходит из яичника, указанный способ включает введение указанному пациенту эффективного количества конъюгата, содержащего:
(а) противоопухолевое средство; и
(б) полипептид, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность, по крайней мере, на 80% идентичную TFFYGGSRGKRNNFKTEEY (SEQ ID NO:97), где указанный полипептид конъюгирован с указанным противоопухолевым средством.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором противоопухолевое средство выбрано из группы, состоящей из паклитаксела, винбластина, винкристина, этопозида, доксорубицина циклофосфамида, таксотера, мелфалана и хлорамбуцила.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором указанное противоопухолевое средство представляет собой паклитаксел.
4. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором указанный полипептид содержит аминокислотную последовательность, по крайней мере, на 90% идентичную последовательности SEQ ID NO:97.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором указанный полипептид содержит аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO:97.
6. Способ по п.5, в котором указанный полипептид состоит из аминокислотной последовательности SEQ ID NO:97.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором указанный конъюгат вводят в дозе от 100 мг/м2 и 2000 мг/м2.
8. Способ по п.7, в котором указанный конъюгат вводят в дозе 300 мг/м2 до 1000 мг/м2.
9. Способ по п.1, в котором указанный конъюгат вводят внутривенно.
10. Способ по п.1, в котором указанная злокачественная опухоль метастазировала по крайней мере, в одно место вне яичника и указанный способ эффективен в лечении указанных метастазов.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором указанная злокачественная опухоль метастазировала, по крайней мере, в одно место вне головного мозга указанного пациента.
12. Способ по п.10, в котором указанная злокачественная опухоль метастазировала вне области таза указанного пациента.
13. Способ по п.10, в котором указанная злокачественная опухоль метастазировала в головной мозг, легкие, печень или их сочетание.
14. Способ по п.10, в котором указанная злокачественная опухоль метастазировала в лимфатическую систему.
15. Способ по п.1, в котором указанная злокачественная опухоль включает в себя клетки идентифицируемые как резистентные к действию лекарственных средств.
16. Способ по п.15, в котором указанная злокачественная клетка экспрессирует MDR1.
17. Способ по п.15 или 16, в котором указанные клетки резистентны к лечению пакпитакселом или к лечению производным таксана.
18. Способ по п.1, в котором указанный способ дополнительно включает применение другой противоопухолевой терапии.
19. Способ по п.1, в котором указанный пациент ранее принимал другое химиотерапевтическое средство.
20. Способ по п.19, в котором указанная злокачественная опухоль является резистентной к указанному ранее принимаемому химиотерапевтическому средству.
21. Способ по п.19 или 20, в котором указанное ранее принимаемое химиотерапевтическое средство представляет собой паклитаксел, средство на основе платины, алкилирующий агент или их сочетание.
22. Способ по п.21, в котором указанное средство на основе платины представляет собой карбоплатин или цисплатин.
23. Способ по п.21, в котором указанный пациент ранее получал комбинированную терапию карбоплатин-паклитакселом.
24. Способ по п.1, в котором указанная злокачественная опухоль представляет собой эпителиальную карциному яичников, или аденокарциному яичников, или ее метастазирующую форму.
