Abstract
1. Многослойный окклюдер для лечения заданного участка внутри организма, окклюдер содержит: ! первый слой, имеющий заданную расширенную форму, содержащий плетеные пряди металлического материала; и ! второй слой, соединенный с указанным первым слоем и содержащий плетеные пряди полимерного материала и металлического материала, при этом второй слой сплетен таким образом, что пряди полимерного материала по меньшей мере частично уплощены из по существу круглого сечения, причем окклюдер выполнен с возможностью сжатия до уменьшенной формы путем приложения внешней силы, и с последующим принятием расширенной формы при снятии внешней силы. ! 2. Окклюдер по п.1, в котором указанные пряди металлического материала или полимерного материала представляет собой по меньшей мере одно из нити, шнура, пряжи или провода. ! 3. Окклюдер по п.1, в котором указанный первый слой расположен по радиусу внутри второго слоя или вокруг него. ! 4. Окклюдер по п.3, в котором указанные первый и второй слои расположены в целом концентрически относительно друг друга. ! 5. Окклюдер по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере один из первого и второго слоев выполнен с возможностью облегчения тромбоза. ! 6. Окклюдер по п.1, в котором полимерный материал включает в себя термофиксируемый полимер. ! 7. Окклюдер по п.6, в котором указанный термофиксируемый полимер является полимером с эффектом памяти формы. ! 8. Окклюдер по п.1, в котором указанные первый и второй слои соответственно содержат пряди, плетеные под общим углом наклона таким образом, что первый и второй слои сохраняют по существу одинаковое отношение длины уменьшенной формы к длине расширенной формы при удлине�
Claims (35)
1. Многослойный окклюдер для лечения заданного участка внутри организма, окклюдер содержит:
первый слой, имеющий заданную расширенную форму, содержащий плетеные пряди металлического материала; и
второй слой, соединенный с указанным первым слоем и содержащий плетеные пряди полимерного материала и металлического материала, при этом второй слой сплетен таким образом, что пряди полимерного материала по меньшей мере частично уплощены из по существу круглого сечения, причем окклюдер выполнен с возможностью сжатия до уменьшенной формы путем приложения внешней силы, и с последующим принятием расширенной формы при снятии внешней силы.
2. Окклюдер по п.1, в котором указанные пряди металлического материала или полимерного материала представляет собой по меньшей мере одно из нити, шнура, пряжи или провода.
3. Окклюдер по п.1, в котором указанный первый слой расположен по радиусу внутри второго слоя или вокруг него.
4. Окклюдер по п.3, в котором указанные первый и второй слои расположены в целом концентрически относительно друг друга.
5. Окклюдер по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере один из первого и второго слоев выполнен с возможностью облегчения тромбоза.
6. Окклюдер по п.1, в котором полимерный материал включает в себя термофиксируемый полимер.
7. Окклюдер по п.6, в котором указанный термофиксируемый полимер является полимером с эффектом памяти формы.
8. Окклюдер по п.1, в котором указанные первый и второй слои соответственно содержат пряди, плетеные под общим углом наклона таким образом, что первый и второй слои сохраняют по существу одинаковое отношение длины уменьшенной формы к длине расширенной формы при удлинении по оси до уменьшенной формы.
9. Окклюдер по п.1, в котором указанный полимерный материал представляет собой по меньшей мере одно из полиэстера, полиолефина, полиамида, полисульфоната, поликарбоната или полиуретана.
10. Окклюдер по п.1, в котором указанный металлический материал содержит сплав с эффектом памяти формы или суперупругий сплав.
11. Окклюдер по п.1, в котором указанный второй слой содержит пряди металлического материала, плетеного или скрученного с прядями полимерного материала.
12. Окклюдер по п.1, в котором указанные пряди металлического материала второго слоя имеют диаметр меньший, чем диаметр прядей металлического материала первого слоя.
13. Окклюдер по п.1, в котором металлические пряди первого слоя выполнены из материала, отличающегося от материала металлических прядей второго слоя.
14. Окклюдер по п.1, дополнительно содержащий соединитель, который соединяет первый и второй слои, причем указанный соединитель содержит по меньшей мере один концевой зажим, выполненный с возможностью фиксации свободных концов плетеных прядей первого и второго слоев.
15. Окклюдер по п.1, дополнительно содержащий третий слой, содержащий плетеные пряди металлического материала, в котором третий слой расположен по радиусу внутри первого и второго слоев, по радиусу вокруг первого и второго слоев, или по радиусу между первым и вторым слоями.
16. Окклюдер по п.15, в котором указанный второй слой расположен внутри первого слоя или вокруг него.
17. Окклюдер по п.15, в котором указанный третий слой выполнен с возможностью сжатия до уменьшенной формы путем приложения внешней силы и последующего принятия расширенной формы при снятии внешней силы, причем расширенная форма имеет по меньшей мере участок, подобный расширенной форме первого слоя.
18. Окклюдер по п.15, дополнительно содержащий соединитель, который соединяет указанные первый, второй и третьи слои, причем соединитель содержит по меньшей мере один концевой зажим, выполненный с возможностью фиксации свободных концов плетеных прядей первого, второго и третьего слоев.
19. Окклюдер по п.15, в котором указанный третий слой имеет плотность металлической пряди, отличную от плотности металлической пряди в первом слое.
20. Окклюдер по п.15, в котором пряди металлического материала третьего слоя имеют диаметр, отличный от диаметра прядей металлического материала первого слоя.
21. Окклюдер по п.1, дополнительно содержащий эластомерное покрытие, связывающее точки пересечения соответствующих прядей по меньшей мере одного из первого и второго слоев, причем эластомерное покрытие является сжимаемым до уменьшенной формы при приложении внешней силы и выполнено с возможностью последующего принятия расширенной формы при снятии внешней силы.
22. Окклюдер по п.1, в котором указанные пряди первого слоя и второго слоя сплетены с приблизительно одинаковым наклоном.
23. Окклюдер по п.1, в котором пряди полимерного материала имеют по существу прямоугольное сечение.
24. Окклюдер по п.1, в котором указанный второй слой сплетен с чередующимися прядями металлического и полимерного материала в противоположных или обоих спиральных направлениях.
25. Окклюдер по п.1, в котором указанный второй слой сплетен с многоволоконными полимерными прядями.
26. Способ изготовления многослойного окклюдера, согласно которому:
обеспечивают первый слой, содержащий плетеные пряди металлического материала;
выполняют термофиксацию первого слоя в расширенной форме;
обеспечивают второй плетеный слой, содержащий пряди полимерного и пряди металлического материала; при этом первый слой сплетен таким образом, что пряди полимерного материала по меньшей мере частично уплощены из по существу круглого сечения, и
соединяют вместе первый и второй слои.
27. Способ по п.26, согласно которому при обеспечении первого слоя обеспечивают первый трубчатый слой, при обеспечении второго слоя обеспечивают второй трубчатый слой, и при соединении первого и второго слоев располагают второй трубчатый слой по радиусу внутри или вокруг первого трубчатого слоя.
28. Способ по п.26, согласно которому дополнительно выполняют термофиксацию второго слоя в расширенной форме, подобной расширенной форме первого слоя.
29. Способ по п.26, согласно которому дополнительно выполняют соединение первого слоя и второго слоя на свободных концах соответствующих прядей.
30. Способ по п.26, согласно которому дополнительно обеспечивают третий слой, содержащий плетеные пряди из металлического материала, и располагают третий слой по радиусу внутри первого и второго слоев по радиусу вокруг первого и второго слоев, или по радиусу между первым и вторым слоями, и соединяют вместе первый слой, второй слой и третий слой.
31. Способ по п.30, согласно которому второй слой расположен по радиусу внутри первого слоя или вокруг первого слоя.
32. Способ по п.30, согласно которому дополнительно выполняется плетение по меньшей мере одного из первого слоя, второго слоя или третьего слоя по первой оправке и плетение другого из оставшихся первого слоя, второго слоя или третьего слоя по второй оправке, имеющей диаметр, отличный от диаметра первой оправки.
33. Способ по п.30, согласно которому при обеспечении третьего слоя обеспечивают третий слой, содержащий плетеные пряди металлического материала, имеющего диаметр, отличный от диаметра прядей первого слоя.
34. Способ по п.30, согласно которому дополнительно выполняют термофиксацию третьего слоя в расширенной форме, имеющий по меньшей мере участок, подобный расширенной форме первого слоя.
35. Способ по п.28, согласно которому при термофиксации второго слоя в расширенной форме покрывают второй слой жидким эластомерным материалом и отверждают эластомерный материал при фиксации второго слоя в расширенной форме.
