Description
内側の空間部に対して複数本のワイヤが断面円形に均一に配置され、且つ各ワイヤ間に軸線方向に間隙部を開けて螺旋巻きした内側螺旋体とし、
前記内側螺旋体の外側に複数本のワイヤが断面円形に均一に配置され、且つ該内側螺旋体と螺旋方向が逆方向になるように各ワイヤ間に間隙部を設けて螺旋巻きにした外側螺旋体を複層構造に配置する医療用線状部材であって、
前記内側螺旋体の内径および外径が軸線方向のいずれにおいてもそれぞれ同一の円形であると共に、前記外側螺旋体の内径および外径が軸線方向のいずれにおいてもそれぞれ同一の円形であり、
一方の端から250mmをハング端として他端を固定させ、該ハング端を自重でたわませたときのハング量(H)とたわみ量(δ)との比が、δ/H≒1.0であることを特徴とする。
〔実施例〕
図1は、本発明の医療用線状部材を模式的に示す外観図であり、(A)は正面図、(B)は(A)に示したI−I線に沿った端面図である。
図2は比較例の医療用線状部材11を模式的に示す外観図であり、(A)は正面図、(B)は(A)に示したI−I線に沿った端面図である。

Claims (4)
- 内側の空間部に対して複数本のワイヤが断面円形に均一に配置され、且つ各ワイヤ間に軸線方向に間隙部を開けて螺旋巻きした内側螺旋体とし、
前記内側螺旋体の外側に複数本のワイヤが断面円形に均一に配置され、且つ該内側螺旋体と螺旋方向が逆方向になるように各ワイヤ間に間隙部を設けて螺旋巻きにした外側螺旋体を複層構造に配置する医療用線状部材であって、
前記内側螺旋体の内径および外径が軸線方向のいずれにおいてもそれぞれ同一の円形であると共に、前記外側螺旋体の内径および外径が軸線方向のいずれにおいてもそれぞれ同一の円形であり、
一方の端から250mmをハング端として他端を固定させ、該ハング端を自重でたわませたときのハング量(H)とたわみ量(δ)との比が、δ/H≒1.0であることを特徴とする医療用線状部材。 - 請求項1に記載の医療用線状部材であって、
前記内側螺旋体と外側螺旋体を形成するワイヤの直径が同一であり、
外側螺旋耐を形成するワイヤの本数が、内側螺旋体を形成するワイヤの本数より多いことを特徴とする医療用線状部材。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の医療用線状部材であって、
前記外側螺旋体のピッチが前記内側螺旋体のピッチに比べて長いことを特徴する医療用線上部材。 - 請求項1〜請求項3いずれか1項記載の医療用線状部材であって、
ワイヤにチタンを含む金属を用いることを特徴とする医療用線状部材。
