Abstract
1. Многослойный ползун, содержащий: ! опорную пластину из листовой стали; ! пористый металлокерамический слой, выполненный за одно целое на поверхности опорной пластины; и ! слой скольжения, образованный композицией на основе синтетической смолы, которая заполняет поры пористого металлокерамического слоя и покрывает его поверхность; ! при этом композиция на основе синтетической смолы содержит 5-30% по весу сульфата бария, 1-15% по весу силиката магния, 1-25% по весу фосфата, 0,5-3% по весу окиси титана, а остальная часть приходится на политетрафторэтиленовую смолу. ! 2. Многослойный ползун по п.1, в котором упомянутой окисью титана является окись титана анатазной формы с твердостью по шкале Мооса 5,5-6,0. ! 3. Многослойный ползун по п.1 или 2, в котором упомянутая синтетическая композиция на основе смолы содержит в качестве дополнительного компонента 0,1-2% по весу твердого смазочного материала, выбранного из группы, включающей графит, дисульфид молибдена, дисульфид вольфрама и нитрид бора. ! 4. Многослойный ползун по п.1 или 2, в котором упомянутая синтетическая композиция на основе смолы содержит в качестве дополнительного компонента 1-10% по весу низкомолекулярного политетрафторэтилена. ! 5. Реечный рулевой механизм, содержащий коробку передач, шестерню, с возможностью вращения опирающуюся на упомянутую коробку передач, зубчатую рейку, на которой выполнены реечные зубья, входящие в зацепление с упомянутой шестерней, направляющую зубчатой рейки, на которую с возможностью скольжения опирается упомянутая зубчатая рейка, и пружину, прижимающую упомянутую направляющую зубчатой рейки к упомянутой зубчатой рейке, в котором использ�
Claims (9)
1. Многослойный ползун, содержащий:
опорную пластину из листовой стали;
пористый металлокерамический слой, выполненный за одно целое на поверхности опорной пластины; и
слой скольжения, образованный композицией на основе синтетической смолы, которая заполняет поры пористого металлокерамического слоя и покрывает его поверхность;
при этом композиция на основе синтетической смолы содержит 5-30% по весу сульфата бария, 1-15% по весу силиката магния, 1-25% по весу фосфата, 0,5-3% по весу окиси титана, а остальная часть приходится на политетрафторэтиленовую смолу.
2. Многослойный ползун по п.1, в котором упомянутой окисью титана является окись титана анатазной формы с твердостью по шкале Мооса 5,5-6,0.
3. Многослойный ползун по п.1 или 2, в котором упомянутая синтетическая композиция на основе смолы содержит в качестве дополнительного компонента 0,1-2% по весу твердого смазочного материала, выбранного из группы, включающей графит, дисульфид молибдена, дисульфид вольфрама и нитрид бора.
4. Многослойный ползун по п.1 или 2, в котором упомянутая синтетическая композиция на основе смолы содержит в качестве дополнительного компонента 1-10% по весу низкомолекулярного политетрафторэтилена.
5. Реечный рулевой механизм, содержащий коробку передач, шестерню, с возможностью вращения опирающуюся на упомянутую коробку передач, зубчатую рейку, на которой выполнены реечные зубья, входящие в зацепление с упомянутой шестерней, направляющую зубчатой рейки, на которую с возможностью скольжения опирается упомянутая зубчатая рейка, и пружину, прижимающую упомянутую направляющую зубчатой рейки к упомянутой зубчатой рейке, в котором используется направляющая зубчатой рейки, содержащая основной корпус, имеющий цилиндрическую наружную краевую поверхность, которая входит в скользящий контакт с цилиндрической внутренней краевой поверхностью упомянутой коробки передач, и упомянутый многослойный ползун по любому из пп.1-4, который своей опорной пластиной прикреплен к упомянутому основному корпусу направляющей зубчатой рейки, при этом на упомянутом слое скольжения упомянутого многослойного ползуна находится утопленная поверхность, входящая в скользящий контакт с наружной краевой поверхностью упомянутой зубчатой рейки и служит скользящей опорой для упомянутой зубчатой рейки.
6. Направляющая зубчатой рейки в реечном рулевом механизме по п.5, в котором упомянутый основной корпус направляющей зубчатой рейки имеет круглую дугообразную утопленную поверхность со сквозным отверстием в центре нижней части круглой дугообразной утопленной поверхности.
7. Направляющая зубчатой рейки в реечном рулевом механизме по п.5 или 6, в котором на упомянутом слое скольжения упомянутого многослойного ползуна расположена круглая дугообразная утопленная поверхность, а в центре нижней части круглой дугообразной утопленной поверхности расположен полый цилиндрический выступающий участок, который отходит от упомянутой нижней части в сторону опорной пластины.
8. Направляющая зубчатой рейки в реечном рулевом механизме по п.5, в котором упомянутый основной корпус направляющей зубчатой рейки имеет утопленную поверхность, содержащую пару противолежащих друг другу плоских поверхностей, пару наклонных поверхностей, соответственно отходящих от пары плоских поверхностей и противолежащих друг другу, и нижнюю плоскую поверхность, отходящую за одно целое от пары плоских поверхностей, а также имеет круглое отверстие в центре нижней части утопленной поверхности.
9. Направляющая зубчатой рейки в реечном рулевом механизме по п.5 или 8, в котором упомянутый многослойный ползун имеет пару противолежащих друг другу наклонных участков поверхности, пару плоских участков поверхности, соответственно непрерывно проходящих от наклонных участков поверхности, и нижний участок поверхности, непрерывный по отношению к каждому из плоских участков поверхности, а также имеет полый цилиндрический выступающий участок, который расположен в центре нижнего участка поверхности и отходит в сторону опорной пластины.
