Abstract
membro deslizante com múltiplas camadas e guia de cremalheira em aparelho de direção tipo engrenagem de cremalheira para automóveis que utiliza o mesmo a presente invenção refere-se a um membro deslizante com múltiplas camadas 51 que inclui: uma placa de suporte 52 formada por uma placa de aço; uma camada sinterizada de metal poroso 53 formada integralmente sobre a superfície da placa de suporte 52; e uma camada deslizante 54 constituída por uma composição de resina sintética que preenche os poros, e reveste a superfície, da camada sinterizada de metal poroso 53, sendo que a composição de resina sintética é composta por 5 a 30%, em peso, de um sulfato de bário, 1 a 15%, em peso, de um silicato de magnésio, 1 a 25%, em peso, de um fosfato, 0,5 a 3%, em peso, de um óxido de titânio, e o equilíbrio de uma resina de politetrafluoroetileno.
