背景技术
多层滑动部件(参见专利文献1、2和3)被广泛用作支承装置,用来以圆筒轴承衬套的形式(即所谓的卷绕衬套,其通过卷绕成圆筒的形式而形成,将合成树脂层置于内侧之上)、或者滑动板的形式在各种机械设备中平滑地支承轴,或者作为齿条导承(参见专利文献4),作为支承装置,用来在用于汽车的齿条-齿轮型操控设备中平滑地支承齿条,该多层滑动部件由以下部分组成:钢板形成的背衬板,整体化地形成在所述背衬板的表面上的多孔金属烧结层,填充在所述多孔金属烧结层的孔内以及涂覆在所述多孔金属烧结层的表面上的合成树脂层。
在专利文献1-3中所述的多层滑动部件所用的聚四氟乙烯树脂(下文缩写为PTFE)被广泛用于轴承之类的滑动部件,这是因为此种树脂具有极佳的以下性质:自动润滑性质,具有低摩擦系数,具有耐化学性和耐热性。但是,由于单单由PTFE组成的滑动部件的耐磨性和承重能力很差,人们根据所述滑动部件的用途,通过添加各种填料来弥补其缺点。
在专利文献1中,将铅用作PTFE的填料,而在专利文献2中,使用以下的组分:选自含磷酸盐和硫酸钡的组分,选自硅酸镁和云母的组分,以及选自铅、锡和铅-锡合金的组分,以及它们的混合物。

发明概述
本发明所要解决的问题
在用于各种用途的多层滑动部件中,将铅或铅合金作为填料,广泛用来改进合成树脂层的耐磨性。但是,近年来,出于环境因素的考虑,人们开发材料的趋势是不要将铅或铅合金用作填料。因为铅或铅合金会对环境造成危害,从环境污染的角度出发人们不可避免地不对其进行使用。
在专利文献3中,人们使用四氟乙烯-全氟烷基乙烯基醚共聚物树脂代替铅或铅合金,作为PTFE的填料,但是只有对于特定的用途才可以这样做,由于其承重能力以及耐磨性方面的原因,很难应用于上述用于汽车的齿条-齿轮型操控设备中的齿条导承。
鉴于以上描述,提出了本发明,本发明的目的是提供一种多层滑动部件,该滑动部件不采用铅或铅合金之类的会污染环境的物质作为填料,其耐磨性和承重能力优于包含铅或铅合金的多层滑动部件,以及用于汽车的齿条-齿轮型操控设备中的使用所述多层滑动部件的齿条导承。
用来解决问题的方法
本发明人通过反复地进行深入的研究,发现通过在PTFE中配混特定量的硫酸钡、硅酸镁、含磷酸盐和氧化钛,能够提供一种多层滑动部件,其耐磨性和承重能力优于包含铅或铅合金的多层滑动部件,使用该多层滑动部件的用于汽车的齿条-齿轮型操控设备中的齿条导承具有极佳的耐磨性和承重能力,因此可以使得齿条平滑地滑动。
我们基于上述发现考虑了本发明,根据本发明的多层滑动部件包括:由钢板形成的背衬板;整体化地形成于背衬板的表面上的多孔金属烧结层;由合成树脂组合物组成的滑动层,该滑动层填充所述多孔金属烧结层的孔并且涂覆该多孔金属烧结层的表面,所述合成树脂组合物由以下组分组成:5-30重量%的硫酸钡,1-15重量%的硅酸镁,1-25重量%的含磷酸盐,0.5-3重量%的氧化钛,以及余量的聚四氟乙烯树脂。
在这些组分中,硫酸钡(BaSO4)能够改进耐磨性和承重能力,而这是以PTFE简单物质作为主要组分的缺点。因此,所述硫酸钡能够用来显著改进耐磨性和承重能力。对于硫酸钡,可以使用沉降的或过筛的硫酸钡。这些硫酸钡可以商业购得,例如购自堺化工有限公司(Sakai Chemical IndustryCo.,Ltd.),很容易获得。所用的硫酸钡的平均粒度不大于10微米,优选为1-5微米。配混的硫酸钡的量为5-30重量%,优选为5-20重量%,更优选为10-15重量%。如果配混量小于5重量%,则难以实现提高PTFE的耐磨性和承重能力的效果,如果配混量超过30重量%,则耐磨性会变差。
因为硅酸镁的晶体结构为层状结构,因此很容易发生剪切,其具有以下的效果:能够充分地表现出PTFE特有的低磨擦性以及改进耐磨性。对于硅酸镁,优选包含通常不小于40.0重量%的二氧化硅(SiO2)以及通常不小于10.0重量%的氧化镁(MgO),其中二氧化硅与氧化镁的重量比通常为2.1至5.0,其松密度较小,具有低的比表面积。具体来说,可以使用例如2MgO·3SiO2·nH2O,2MgO·6SiO2·nH2O等。如果二氧化硅与氧化镁的重量比小于2.1或超过5.0,则PTFE的低磨擦性和耐磨性会变差。
所述硅酸镁的配混量为1-15重量%,优选3-13重量%,更优选3-10重量%。如果配混量小于1重量%,则无法充分体现出上述效果,而如果配混量超过15重量%,则会降低由于上述配混硫酸钡而改进PTFE的耐磨性和承重能力的效果。
所述含磷酸盐本身不是像石墨和二硫化钼那样具有润滑性的物质,但是当含磷酸盐与PTFE配混的时候,在配合部件滑动的时候,所述含磷酸盐(phosphate)能够促进在配合部件的表面(滑动摩擦表面)上形成PTFE的润滑膜的效果。
所述含磷酸盐的例子可以包括以下的酸的金属盐:例如正磷酸,焦磷酸,亚磷酸和偏磷酸以及它们的混合物。其中,优选的是焦磷酸和偏磷酸的金属盐。对于金属,优选碱金属和碱土金属,更优选锂(Li)、钙(Ca)和镁(Mg)。具体来说,可以包括例如磷酸三锂(Li3PO4),焦磷酸锂(Li4P2O7),焦磷酸钙(Ca2P2O7),焦磷酸镁(Mg2P2O7),偏磷酸锂(LiPO3),偏磷酸钙(Ca(PO3)2),偏磷酸镁([Mg(PO3)2]n)等。其中优选偏磷酸镁。
对于含磷酸盐,通过将少量(例如1重量%)含磷酸盐与PTFE配混,开始出现促进配合部件表面上形成PTFE润滑膜的效果,直到高达25重量%的范围保持该效果。但是,如果含磷酸盐配混量超过25重量%,则在配合部件的表面上形成的润滑膜的量过多,造成相反的耐磨性下降效果。因此,配混的含磷酸盐的量为1-25重量%,优选为5-20重量%,更优选为10-15重量%。
氧化钛(TiO2)具有进一步改进PTFE的耐磨性的效果。根据晶型,氧化钛包括三种,即金红石型和锐钛矿型(此二种均为四方晶系)以及板钛矿型(为斜方晶系),本发明优选使用四方晶系的锐钛矿型。对于所述锐钛矿型氧化钛,优选其莫氏硬度为5.5-6.0,平均粒度不大于10μm,优选不大于5μm。配混的氧化钛的量为0.5-3重量%,优选为0.5-2重量%,更优选为1-1.5重量%。如果氧化钛的配混量小于0.5重量%,则无法体现出改进PTFE的耐磨性的效果,而如果配混量超过3重量%,则有可能在配合部件滑动的时候破坏配合部件的表面。
对于构成所述多层滑动部件的树脂层的主要组分的PTFE,使用主要以模塑粉末或细粉末的形式用于模塑的PTFE。模塑粉末可以包括杜邦三井氟化学有限公司(Du Pont-Mitsui Fluorochemicals Co.,Ltd.)生产的“特氟隆(注册商标)7-J(商品名),”“特氟隆(注册商标)70-J(商品名),”等,大金工业有限公司(Daikin Industries,Ltd.)生产的“POLYFLON(注册商标)M-12(商品名)”等,以及旭硝子玻璃有限公司(Asahi Glass Co.,Ltd.)生产的“Fluon(注册商标)G163(商品名),”“Fluon(注册商标)G190(商品名)”等。用于细粉末的PTFE可以包括杜邦三井氟化学有限公司(Du Pont-Mitsui FluorochemicalsCo.,Ltd.)生产的“特氟隆(注册商标)6CJ(商品名)”等,大金工业有限公司(Daikin Industries,Ltd.)生产的“POLYFLON(注册商标)F201(商品名)”等,以及旭硝子玻璃有限公司(Asahi Glass Co.,Ltd.)生产的“Fluon(注册商标)CD076(商品名),”“Fluon(注册商标)CD090(商品名)”等。
用来形成滑动层的合成树脂组合物中PTFE的配混量是从树脂组合物的量中减去填料的配混量得到的剩余的量,优选不小于50重量%,更优选为50-75重量%。
作为另外的组分,可以将固体润滑剂和/或低分子量PTFE加入合成树脂组合物中,用来形成本发明的多层滑动部件的滑动层,从而进一步改进耐磨性。
所述固体润滑剂可以包括石墨、二硫化钼等。固体润滑剂的配混量为0.1-2重量%,优选0.5-1重量%。这些固体润滑剂可以单独使用,或者两种或更多种混合使用。
该低分子量PTFE是一种具有以下性质的PTFE:通过使得高分子量PTFE(上文所述的模塑粉末或细粉末)受到辐射照射而使其降解,从而降低其分子量而得到该低分子量PTFE,或者通过在PTFE聚合过程中调节其分子量而制得该低分子量PTFE。具体来说,其例子可以包括杜邦-三井氟化学有限公司(Du Pont-Mitsui Fluorochemicals Co.,Ltd.)生产的“TLP-10F(商品名)”等,大金工业有限公司(Daikin Industries,Ltd.)生产的“Lubron L-5(商品名)”等,旭硝子玻璃有限公司(Asahi Glass Co.,Ltd.)生产的“Fluon(注册商标)L169J(商品名)”等,以及北村有限公司(KITAMURA LIMITED)生产的“KTL-8N(商品名)”等。所述低分子量PTFE的配混量为1-10重量%,优选2-7重量%。
接下来描述一种制造多层滑动部件的方法,该多层滑动部件包括钢背衬板,在所述钢背衬板的表面上整体化形成的多孔金属烧结层,以及由合成树脂组合物组成的滑动层,该滑动层填充所述多孔金属烧结层的孔并且涂覆在所述多孔金属烧结层的表面上。
对于钢背衬板,使用用于常规结构的轧钢板。对于钢板,优选使用作为环带卷绕成盘的形式提供的连续带。但是,钢板不一定仅限于连续的带,还可以使用切割成合适长度的带。可以根据需要对这些带进行镀铜或镀锡,以改进耐腐蚀性。用作钢背衬板的钢板的厚度应当通常优选为0.5-1.5毫米。
所述用来形成多孔金属烧结层的金属粉末可以使用通常能够通过100目的筛网的铜合金粉末,例如青铜、铅青铜或磷青铜,其中金属本身具有极佳的摩擦系数和耐磨性。但是,根据用途,还可以使用不同于铜合金的例如铝合金或铁的粉末。对于微粒形式的该金属粉末,可以使用块状形状、球形或其它不规则形状的金属粉末。所述多孔金属烧结层应当使得相应的金属粉末牢固地互相结合,以及与上述钢板等的带结合,应当具有固定的厚度以及所需的孔隙率。该多孔金属烧结层的厚度优选为0.15-0.40mm,特别优选为0.2-0.3mm。推荐的孔隙率通常不小于10体积%,特别优选为15-40体积%。
对于用来形成所述多层滑动部件的滑动层的合成树脂组合物,可以通过以下方法制得赋予了可浸润性的树脂组合物,该方法包括将PTFE与上述填料混合,然后在制得的混合物中加入基于石油的溶剂,在搅拌条件下进行混合。PTFE和填料的混合在不高于PTFE的室温转变点(19℃)的温度下进行,优选10-18℃。另外,还在与上文所述相同的温度下,在搅拌条件下,将制得的混合物与基于石油的溶剂混合。通过采用这样的温度条件,从而可以抑制PTFE的纤丝化,由此可以获得均一的混合物。
可以使用的基于石油的溶剂包括例如石脑油,甲苯,二甲苯或者脂族溶剂或环烷族溶剂的混合溶剂。所述基于石油的溶剂的使用比例为15-30重量份/100重量份PTFE粉末与填料的混合物。如果基于石油的溶剂的比例小于15重量份,则在下述对多孔金属烧结层的填充和涂覆步骤中,赋予了可浸润性的合成树脂组合物的延性很差,结果可能使得烧结的层发生不均匀的填充和涂覆。另一方面,如果基于石油的溶剂的使用比例超过30重量份,则不仅难以进行填充和涂覆操作,而且可能降低合成树脂组合物涂层厚度的均一性,合成树脂组合物和烧结层之间的粘着性会变差。
本发明的多层滑动部件通过以下步骤(a)-(d)制造。
(a)供应被赋予了可浸润性的合成树脂组合物并将其铺展在多孔金属烧结层的表面上,所述多孔金属烧结层形成在背衬板的表面上,所述背衬板由薄钢板形成,用辊对其进行辊压,由此将所述合成树脂组合物填充在所述多孔金属烧结层中,在多孔金属烧结层的表面上形成涂层,作为具有均匀厚度的由合成树脂组合物形成的滑动层。在此步骤中,作为滑动层的涂层的厚度设定为最终产品中所需的合成树脂组合物的滑动层厚度的2-2.2倍。在此步骤中,所述树脂组合物填充入所述多孔金属烧结层的孔中的过程充分地进行。
(b)在步骤(a)中如此处理的背衬板在干燥炉中,在200-250℃的温度下保持几分钟,以除去基于石油的溶剂。然后,使用辊,在29.4-58.8MPa(300-600kgf/cm2)的压力下对干燥的合成树脂组合物进行压力辊处理,以获得预期的厚度。
(c)将如此在步骤(b)中处理过的背衬板引入加热炉内,在360-380℃的温度下加热数分钟至十数分钟,以进行烧结。然后将所述背衬板从加热炉中取出,再次进行辊处理,以调节尺寸的变化。
(d)对于在步骤(c)中进行尺寸调节的背衬板进行冷却(空气冷却或自然冷却),然后根据需要进行校正辊处理,以校正背衬板的起伏度等情况,从而制得所需的滑动部件。
在通过步骤(a)-(d)制得的多层滑动部件中,多孔金属烧结层的厚度设定为0.10-0.40mm,由合成树脂组合物形成的用作滑动层的涂层的厚度设定为0.02-0.15mm。将由此制得的滑动部件切割成合适的尺寸,在平板状态下用作滑动板,或者通过弯曲成圆形而作为圆筒形卷绕衬套使用。
在包括齿轮箱的齿条-齿轮型操控设备中,齿轮以可旋转的方式被齿轮箱支承,形成齿条,所述齿条上具有齿条齿,该齿条齿可以与齿轮啮合,齿条导承用来可滑动地支承所述齿条,弹簧用来将齿条导承压向齿条,本发明的齿条导承具有圆筒形的外周边表面,该表面可滑动地与齿轮箱的圆筒形内周边表面接触,所述多层滑动部件在滑动层上具有凹陷的表面,该凹陷的表面与齿条的外周边表面可滑动地邻接,从而可滑动地支承齿条导承。
在本发明中,所述齿条导承基体可以具有圆弧形的凹陷表面,在圆弧形凹陷表面的底部中心可以具有圆形的孔,所述多层滑动部件在其滑动层上可以具有圆弧形凹陷表面,可以具有中空的圆筒形突出部分,其以一种方式形成于所述圆弧形凹陷表面的底部部分的中心,从底部部分向着背衬板侧延伸。
所述多层滑动部件具有圆弧形凹陷表面,其形状与所述齿条导承基体的圆弧形凹陷表面的形状互补,该多层滑动部件设置在所述齿条导承基体的圆弧形凹陷表面上,使得从所述圆弧形凹陷表面的后表面突出的中空圆筒形突出部分与齿条导承基体的圆弧形凹陷表面的底部部分的中心形成的圆孔配合,从而形成齿条导承,其中多层滑动部件固定于所述齿条导承主体。
在本发明中,所述齿条导承基体可以包括凹陷的表面,包括相对的成对平坦表面,以相反的方式从所述成对平坦表面分别整体化地延伸出来的一对倾斜表面,以及从所述成对平坦表面整体化地延伸出来的底部平坦表面,在所述凹陷表面的底部部分的中心可以形成有圆孔。另外,所述多层滑动部件可以具有相反的成对的倾斜表面部分,一对平坦表面部分分别从所述倾斜表面部分连续延伸,底部表面部分从各个平坦表面部分连续延伸,在底部表面部分的中心形成中空的圆筒形突出部分,其向着背衬板侧延伸。
所述多层滑动部件包括相反的成对的倾斜表面部分,从所述倾斜表面部分分别连续延伸的成对平坦表面部分,连续延伸到各个平坦表面部分的底部表面部分,以及以一定方式形成于所述底部表面部分的中心的中空圆筒形突出部分,其向着所述背衬板侧延伸,该多层滑动部件设置在所述齿条导承基体的凹陷表面上,使得底部表面部分中心的突出部分适于安装在所述齿条导承基体的凹陷表面的底部部分的中心的孔内,由此形成齿条导承,其中多层滑动部件固定于所述齿条导承主体。
发明的优点
根据本发明,可以提供一种多层滑动部件,其不含铅之类的会带来环境污染问题的物质,但是仍然能够表现出优于包含铅等的多层滑动部件的耐磨性和承重能力,本发明还提供了用于汽车的齿条-齿轮型操控设备中的使用所述多层滑动部件的齿条导承。

实施本发明的具体实施方式
下面将基于实施例对本发明进行详细描述。但是,这些实施例仅仅是用于举例说明,不会对本发明范围构成限制。
实施例
实施例1-5
使用过筛的硫酸钡(堺化学工业有限公司(Sakai Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.)生产)作为硫酸钡,使用SiO2/MgO=2.2的重质硅酸镁(共和化学工业有限公司(Kyowa Chemical Industry Co.Ltd.)生产)作为硅酸镁,使用偏磷酸镁作为含磷酸盐,使用四方晶系的锐钛矿型氧化钛作为氧化钛,使用大金工业有限公司(Daikin Industries,Ltd.)生产的细粉末PTFE(“POLYFLON(注册商标)F201(商品名)”)作为PTFE,将表2所示的合成树脂组合物各自加入亨舍尔混合器中,在搅拌条件下混合。将20重量份的脂族溶剂和环烷族溶剂的混合溶剂(埃克森化学公司(Exxon Chemical Company)生产的“Exxsol(商品名)”)作为基于石油的溶剂,将其与100重量份的所得的混合物配混,在低于PTFE的室温转化点的温度(15℃)下混合,从而制得可浸润的合成树脂组合物。
供应由此制得的合成树脂组合物并将其铺展在多孔金属(黄铜)烧结层(厚度为0.25毫米)的表面上,所述烧结层形成于作为钢背衬板的钢板(厚度0.7毫米)的表面上,用辊进行辊压,使得所述合成树脂组合物的厚度变为0.25mm,从而制得多层板,其中合成树脂组合物填入多孔金属烧结层的孔内并涂覆在所述多孔金属烧结层的表面上。如此制得的多层板在热空气干燥烘箱中,在200℃保持5分钟,以除去溶剂。然后,用辊以39.2MPa(400kgf/cm2)的压力对干燥的合成树脂组合物进行辊压,使得涂覆在多孔金属烧结层表面上的合成树脂组合物的厚度设定为0.10mm。
然后在加热炉中,在370℃的温度下对如此压力处理过的多层板进行10分钟的加热和烧结,然后进行尺寸调节以及起伏度校正等,由此制得多层滑动部件。图1是由此制得的多层滑动部件51的截面图。在此附图中,附图标记52表示由钢板形成的背衬板;53表示在背衬板52的表面上整体化形成的多孔金属烧结层;54表示由合成树脂组合物组成的滑动层,其填充所述多孔金属烧结层53的孔并且涂覆所述多孔金属烧结层53的表面。所述多层滑动部件在校正完成的时候进行切割和弯曲,从而制得半圆筒形多层滑动部件试件,其半径为10.0mm,长度为20.0mm,厚度为1.05mm。
实施例6-10
将另一种组分,即用作固体润滑剂的石墨或二硫化钼和/或用作低分子量PTFE的大金工业有限公司(Daikin Industries,Ltd.)生产的“Lubron L-5(商品名)”与上述实施例1-3的各种合成树脂组合物(表2)配混,从而制得表3所示的合成树脂组合物。通过与上述实施例所述方法类似的方法制得半圆筒形多层滑动部件试件,其各自的半径为10.0mm,长度为20.0mm,厚度为1.05mm。
比较例1
如表4所示,将80重量%的PTFE(与上述实施例的PTFE相同)和20重量%的铅粉加入亨舍尔混合器中,在搅拌条件下进行混合。将20重量份的脂族溶剂和环烷族溶剂的混合溶剂(与上述实施例相同)作为基于石油的溶剂,将其与100重量份的所得的混合物配混,在低于PTFE的室温转化点的温度(15℃)下混合,从而制得合成树脂组合物。接下来,通过与上述实施例所述方法类似的方法制得半圆筒形多层滑动部件试件,其半径为10.0mm,长度为20.0mm,厚度为1.05mm。
比较例2
如表4所示,将15重量%的过筛的硫酸钡(与上述实施例的硫酸钡相同)作为硫酸钡,将15重量%的SiO2/MgO=2.2的重质硅酸镁(与上述实施例的相同)作为硅酸镁,20重量%的铅粉,余量为细粉末PTFE(与以上实施例1所述相同)作为PTFE,将其加入亨舍尔混合器中,在搅拌条件下进行混合。将20重量份的脂族溶剂和环烷族溶剂的混合溶剂(与上述实施例相同)作为基于石油的溶剂,将其与100重量份的所得的混合物配混,在低于PTFE的室温转化点的温度(15℃)下混合,从而制得合成树脂组合物。接下来,通过与上述实施例所述方法类似的方法制得半圆筒形多层滑动部件试件,其半径为10.0mm,长度为20.0mm,厚度为1.05mm。
比较例3
如表4所示,将10重量%的过筛的硫酸钡(与上述实施例的硫酸钡相同)作为硫酸钡,将7重量%的SiO2/MgO=2.2的重质硅酸镁(与上述实施例的相同)作为硅酸镁,10重量%的偏磷酸镁作为含磷酸盐,余量为细粉末PTFE(与以上实施例1所述相同)作为PTFE,将其加入亨舍尔混合器中,在搅拌条件下进行混合。将20重量份的脂族溶剂和环烷族溶剂的混合溶剂(与上述实施例相同)作为基于石油的溶剂,将其与100重量份的所得的混合物配混,在低于PTFE的室温转化点的温度(15℃)下混合,从而制得合成树脂组合物。接下来,通过与上述实施例所述方法类似的方法制得半圆筒形多层滑动部件试件,其半径为10.0mm,长度为20.0mm,厚度为1.05mm。
通过以下测试方法,对上述实施例1-10以及比较例1-3制得的半圆筒形多层滑动部件试件的滑动特性进行评价。
往复滑动测试
在表1所列出的条件下测量了摩擦系数以及磨损的量。摩擦系数显示从测试开始一小时之后到测试完成时的摩擦系数的变化值。磨损量表现为测试(8小时)完成之后的滑动表面的尺寸变化量。测试结果列于表2-表4。

由上述的测试结果,如果在实施例1-10的多层滑动部件以及比较例1-3的多层滑动部件之间进行比较的话,二者都表现出实际上相等的摩擦系数性能,但是本发明实施例的多层滑动部件的磨损量较小,因此可以理解本发明实施例的多层滑动部件具有极佳的耐磨性。
接下来,将对对齿条-齿轮型操控设备中的使用上述多层滑动部件的齿条导承进行描述。
在图2-4中,齿条-齿轮型操控设备1由以下部件组成:齿轮箱3,其由铝或铝合金制成,具有中空部分2;操控轴6,其通过滚动轴承4和5被齿轮箱3可旋转地支承;齿轮7,其设置在中空部分2中,整体化地提供在操控轴6的轴端部(齿轮轴)上;齿条9,在其上形成了齿条齿8,所述齿条齿8与齿轮7啮合;齿条导承10,其设置在所述齿轮箱3内的中空部分2中,可滑动地支承所述齿条9;卷簧11,其将所述齿条导承10压向所述齿条9。
所述齿轮箱3包括圆筒形部分12和齿条9,所述齿条9沿着与操控轴6的轴正交的方向通过所述齿轮箱3,沿着该正交方向可移动地设置,在其与形成有齿条齿8的表面相反的后表面侧上具有圆弧形外周边表面13。
所述齿条导承10由以下部分组成:齿条导承基体17,其具有圆弧形凹陷表面14,具有凹陷15,以及形成于所述圆弧形凹陷表面14的底部部分中心并且与所述凹陷15连通的圆形孔16,该齿条导承基体由以下材料中的一种形成:铝或铝合金,锌或锌合金,以及基于铁的烧结金属;以及弯曲的滑动板片21,其具有形状与所述圆弧形凹陷表面14互补的圆弧形凹陷表面18,以及中空圆筒形突出部分20,该突出部分20以一种方式形成于所述凹陷表面18的底部部分中心,因此从所述底部部分向着背衬板侧延伸,其上整体化地形成了作为强化部分的远端封闭部分19,所述弯曲的滑动板片21固定于所述齿条导承基体17,从而当所述突出部分20匹配并固定于由通孔构成的孔16的时候,紧密地设置在所述圆弧形凹陷表面14上。如图1所示,将多层滑动部件51用作所述滑动板片21,所述多层滑动部件51具有由钢板形成的背衬板52;整体化地形成在所述背衬板52的表面上的多孔金属烧结层53;所述滑动层54由合成树脂组合物组成,该合成树脂组合物填充所述多孔金属烧结层53的孔并且涂覆所述多孔金属烧结层53的表面,所述合成树脂组合物由以下组分组成:5-30重量%的硫酸钡,1-15重量%的硅酸镁,1-25重量%的含磷酸盐,0.5-3重量%的氧化钛,以及余量的聚四氟乙烯树脂。作为多层滑动部件51的滑动板片21在其滑动层54上具有凹陷表面18,该凹陷表面可滑动地与齿条9的外周边表面相邻,也即是说,在此实施方式中,与所示圆弧形外周边表面13相邻,从而可滑动地支承所述齿条9。所述齿条导承基体17在其圆筒形外周边表面22上以一定的滑动间距可滑动地与所述齿轮箱3的圆筒形部分12的内周边表面23接触,从而齿条导承10可以沿着与操控轴6的轴正交的方向移动。
图5和图6显示了可以用于齿条-齿轮型操控设备1的齿条导承的另一个例子,该齿条导承10由以下部分组成:齿条导承基体30,其在一个轴端侧具有凹陷表面27,该表面包括相反的成对平坦表面24,分别从所述成对平坦表面24以相反的方式整体化地延伸出来的成对倾斜表面25,以及从所述成对平坦表面24整体化地延伸出来的底部平坦表面26,在另一个轴端侧上具有凹陷28,在凹陷表面27的底部部分中心形成有圆形的孔29,所述齿条导承基体30由以下材料中的一种形成:铝或铝合金,锌或锌合金,以及基于铁的烧结金属;以及滑动板片36,其具有相反的成对倾斜表面部分31,分别从倾斜表面部分31连续延伸的成对的平坦表面部分32,以及与各个平坦表面部分32连续的底部表面部分33,以及中空的圆筒形突出部分35,其以一定的方式形成于所述底部表面部分33的中心,从而朝着所述背衬板侧延伸,其上整体化地形成作为强化部分的远端封闭部分34,所述滑动板片36固定于齿条导承基体30,从而当所述突出部分35匹配并固定于孔29的时候设置在凹陷表面27上。通过所述成对的倾斜表面部分31、成对的平坦表面部分32以及底部表面部分33的外部裸露表面形成了凹陷表面38,上述多层滑动部件51用作所述滑动板片36。作为多层滑动部件51的滑动板片36在其滑动层54上具有凹陷表面38,该凹陷表面可滑动地与齿条9的外周边表面相邻,也即是说,在此实施方式中,与外周边表面(图中未显示,其形状与凹陷表面38的形状互补)相邻,从而可滑动地支承所述齿条9。所述齿条导承基体30在其圆筒形外周边表面37以一定的滑动间距可滑动地与所述齿轮箱3的圆筒形部分12的内周边表面23接触,从而齿条导承10可以沿着与操控轴6的轴正交的方向移动。
通过使用上述齿条-齿轮型操控设备1,在操控轴6旋转的时候,所述齿条导承10确保所述齿条齿8与齿轮7啮合,基于啮合引导齿条9沿着与操控轴6的轴正交的方向移动。
本发明的多层滑动部件表现出更佳的摩擦系数和耐磨性,特别是其耐磨性优于包含铅(即会造成环境问题的物质)作为用于PTFE的填料的常规多层滑动部件。另外,当具有极佳的摩擦系数和耐磨性的多层滑动部件用于齿条导承的滑动板片的时候,可以类似地表现出极佳的摩擦系数和耐磨性,因此能够长时间保证齿条平滑地滑动。

Claims (9)

1.一种多层滑动部件,其包括:由钢板形成的背衬板;整体化地形成于背衬板的表面上的多孔金属烧结层;由合成树脂组合物组成的滑动层,该滑动层填充所述多孔金属烧结层的孔并且涂覆该多孔金属烧结层的表面,所述合成树脂组合物由以下组分组成:5-30重量%的硫酸钡,1-15重量%的硅酸镁,1-25重量%的含磷酸盐,0.5-3重量%的氧化钛,以及余量的聚四氟乙烯树脂。
2.如权利要求1所述的多层滑动部件,其特征在于,所述氧化钛是莫氏硬度为5.5-6.0的锐钛矿型氧化钛。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的多层滑动部件,其特征在于,所述合成树脂组合物包含0.1-2重量%的固体润滑剂作为另外的组分,所述固体润滑剂选自石墨、二硫化钼、二硫化钨和氮化硼。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的多层滑动部件,其特征在于,所述合成树脂组合物包含1-10重量%的低分子量聚四氟乙烯作为另外的组分。
5.在一种齿条-齿轮型操控设备中,该设备包括齿轮箱,被所述齿轮箱可旋转地支承的齿轮,其上形成有与所述齿轮啮合的齿条齿的齿条,用来可滑动地支承所述齿条的齿条导承,以及用来将所述齿条导承压向所述齿条的弹簧,所述齿条-齿轮型操控设备中的齿条导承包括:齿条导承基体,其具有圆筒形外周边表面,该圆筒形外周边表面与所述齿轮箱的圆筒形内周边表面可滑动地接触;如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的多层滑动部件在其背衬板侧固定于所述齿条导承基体,其中所述多层滑动部件在所述滑动层上具有凹陷表面,该凹陷表面可滑动地与所述齿条的外周表面滑动接触,从而可滑动地支承所述齿条。
6.如权利要求5所述的齿条-齿轮型操控设备中的齿条导承,其特征在于,所述齿条导承基体具有圆弧形的凹陷表面,在所述圆弧形凹陷表面的底部部分中心具有通孔。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的齿条-齿轮型操控设备中的齿条导承,其特征在于,所述多层滑动部件在其滑动层上具有圆弧形的凹陷表面,具有中空的圆筒形突出部分,该圆筒形突出部分以一种方式形成于所述圆弧形凹陷表面的底部部分中心,由此从所述底部部分向着所述背衬板侧延伸出来。
8.如权利要求5所述的齿条-齿轮型操控设备中的齿条导承,其特征在于,所述齿条导承基体具有凹陷的表面,其包括相反的成对平坦表面,分别以相反的方式从所述成对平坦表面延伸出来的成对倾斜表面,以及从所述成对平坦表面整体化地延伸的底部平坦表面,以及形成于所述凹陷表面的底部部分中心的通孔。
9.如权利要求5或8所述的齿条-齿轮型操控设备中的齿条导承,其特征在于,所以多层滑动部件包括相反的成对倾斜表面部分,分别从所述倾斜表面部分连续延伸的成对平坦表面部分,以及与各个平坦表面部分连续的底部表面部分,包括中空的圆筒形突出部分,其以一种方式形成于底部表面部分的中心,从而向着背衬板侧延伸。
