Abstract
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for anticorrosion-treating aluminum or an aluminum alloy, which gives aluminum or the aluminum alloy superior gas-emission characteristics by making a barrier-type anodic oxide coating for imparting corrosion resistance to aluminum or the aluminum alloy dense. SOLUTION: This anticorrosion treatment method comprises the steps of: forming a dense oxidized layer with a thickness of 5 to 20 nm on the surface of aluminum or the aluminum alloy; and then forming a barrier-type anodic oxide coating.
