Abstract
1. Способ получения сжиженного горючего, содержащий добавление растворителя, содержащего органический растворитель и имеющего содержание влаги, доведенное до 10-25 мас.%, включая содержащуюся в биомассе влагу, к биомассе, содержащей лигноцеллюлозу, и сжижение биомассы при температуре от 250 до 350°С. ! 2. Способ получения сжиженного горючего по п.1, в котором растворитель добавляют в количестве, от 5 до 20 раз превышающем массу сухих веществ в биомассе. ! 3. Способ получения сжиженного горючего по п.1, в котором растворитель не содержит ни кислотный катализатор, ни щелочной катализатор. ! 4. Способ получения сжиженного горючего по п.1, в котором растворитель содержит органический растворитель с 3-12 атомами углерода. ! 5. Способ получения сжиженного горючего по п.1, в котором растворитель содержит ароматический углеводородный растворитель в качестве органического растворителя. ! 6. Способ получения сжиженного горючего по п.1, в котором после сжижения осуществляют контакт сжиженного горючего с катализатором обезвоживания, тем самым обезвоживая сжиженное горючее. ! 7. Способ получения сжиженного горючего по п.5, в котором после сжижения осуществляют контакт сжиженного горючего, содержащего ароматический углеводородный растворитель, с катализатором обезвоживания для обезвоживания; полученное в результате сжиженное горючее, содержащее ароматический углеводородный растворитель, разделяют на ароматический углеводородный растворитель и сжиженное горючее; а отделенный ароматический углеводородный растворитель возвращают в цикл для использования при сжижении биомассы. ! 8. Claims (8)
1. Способ получения сжиженного горючего, содержащий добавление растворителя, содержащего органический растворитель и имеющего содержание влаги, доведенное до 10-25 мас.%, включая содержащуюся в биомассе влагу, к биомассе, содержащей лигноцеллюлозу, и сжижение биомассы при температуре от 250 до 350°С.
2. Способ получения сжиженного горючего по п.1, в котором растворитель добавляют в количестве, от 5 до 20 раз превышающем массу сухих веществ в биомассе.
3. Способ получения сжиженного горючего по п.1, в котором растворитель не содержит ни кислотный катализатор, ни щелочной катализатор.
4. Способ получения сжиженного горючего по п.1, в котором растворитель содержит органический растворитель с 3-12 атомами углерода.
5. Способ получения сжиженного горючего по п.1, в котором растворитель содержит ароматический углеводородный растворитель в качестве органического растворителя.
6. Способ получения сжиженного горючего по п.1, в котором после сжижения осуществляют контакт сжиженного горючего с катализатором обезвоживания, тем самым обезвоживая сжиженное горючее.
7. Способ получения сжиженного горючего по п.5, в котором после сжижения осуществляют контакт сжиженного горючего, содержащего ароматический углеводородный растворитель, с катализатором обезвоживания для обезвоживания; полученное в результате сжиженное горючее, содержащее ароматический углеводородный растворитель, разделяют на ароматический углеводородный растворитель и сжиженное горючее; а отделенный ароматический углеводородный растворитель возвращают в цикл для использования при сжижении биомассы.
8. Способ получения сжиженного горючего по п.5, в котором ароматический углеводородный растворитель является ксилолом.
