1. Режущий инструмент, содержащий ! спеченное тело из цементированного карбида, кубического нитрида бора, металлокерамики или керамики, имеющее режущую кромку с радиусом Re, боковую и переднюю поверхность, и ! однослойное или многослойное PVD-покрытие, покрывающее по меньшей мере часть поверхности спеченного тела и содержащее по меньшей мере один оксидный слой, ! отличающийся тем, что ! радиус кромки Re меньше 40 мкм, предпочтительно меньше или равен 30 мкм. ! 2. Инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что PVD-покрытие не имеет термических трещин. ! 3. Инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что PVD-покрытие не содержит галогенидов. ! 4. Инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что оксидный слой содержит электроизолирующий оксид, содержащий по меньшей мере один элемент, выбранный из группы переходных металлов IV, V, VI группы Периодической системы и Al, Si, Fe, Ni, Со, Y, La. ! 5. Инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что оксидный слой содержит кубическую или гексагональную кристаллическую структуру. ! 6. Инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что оксидный слой содержит соединение (Al1-xCrx)2O3. ! 7. Инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что оксидный слой содержит структуру типа корунда. ! 8. Инструмент по п.7, отличающийся тем, чаю структура типа корунда является корундом или смешанным оксидом, имеющим следующий состав: (Me11-xMe2x)2O3, при этом 0,2≤х≤0,98, где Me1 и Ме2 являются разными элементами из группы Al, Cr, Fe, Li, Mg, Mn, Nb, Ti, Sb, V. ! 9. Инструмент по п.7, отличающийся тем, что структура типа корунда представляет собой (АlСr)2O3 или (AlV)2O3. ! 10. Инструмент по любому из пп.1-9, отличающийся тем, что PVD-покрытие является многослойным. ! 11. Инструмент по п.10, отличающийся тем, что оксидный слой содержит
Claims (29)
1. Режущий инструмент, содержащий
спеченное тело из цементированного карбида, кубического нитрида бора, металлокерамики или керамики, имеющее режущую кромку с радиусом Re, боковую и переднюю поверхность, и
однослойное или многослойное PVD-покрытие, покрывающее по меньшей мере часть поверхности спеченного тела и содержащее по меньшей мере один оксидный слой,
отличающийся тем, что
радиус кромки Re меньше 40 мкм, предпочтительно меньше или равен 30 мкм.
2. Инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что PVD-покрытие не имеет термических трещин.
3. Инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что PVD-покрытие не содержит галогенидов.
4. Инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что оксидный слой содержит электроизолирующий оксид, содержащий по меньшей мере один элемент, выбранный из группы переходных металлов IV, V, VI группы Периодической системы и Al, Si, Fe, Ni, Со, Y, La.
5. Инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что оксидный слой содержит кубическую или гексагональную кристаллическую структуру.
6. Инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что оксидный слой содержит соединение (Al1-xCrx)2O3.
7. Инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что оксидный слой содержит структуру типа корунда.
8. Инструмент по п.7, отличающийся тем, чаю структура типа корунда является корундом или смешанным оксидом, имеющим следующий состав: (Me11-xMe2x)2O3, при этом 0,2≤х≤0,98, где Me1 и Ме2 являются разными элементами из группы Al, Cr, Fe, Li, Mg, Mn, Nb, Ti, Sb, V.
9. Инструмент по п.7, отличающийся тем, что структура типа корунда представляет собой (АlСr)2O3 или (AlV)2O3.
10. Инструмент по любому из пп.1-9, отличающийся тем, что PVD-покрытие является многослойным.
11. Инструмент по п.10, отличающийся тем, что оксидный слой содержит пленки разных оксидов.
12. Инструмент по п.11, отличающийся тем, что PVD-покрытие содержит
адгезионный слой, расположенный непосредственно на поверхности спеченного тела, и/или
по меньшей мере один твердый износостойкий слой, расположенный между спеченным телом и оксидным слоем, или между двумя или более последовательными оксидными слоями, и/или является наиболее удаленным слоем PVD-покрытия,
причем адгезионный слой и твердый защитный слой, соответственно, предпочтительно содержат по меньшей мере один элемент из группы переходных металлов IV, V, VI группы Периодической системы элементов и Al, Si, Fe, Ni, Со, Y, La.
13. Инструмент по п.12, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере один элемент износостойкого слоя содержится в соединении вместе с N, С, О, В или их смесью, причем N, С и CN являются предпочтительными.
14. Инструмент по п.12, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере один износостойкий слой содержит по меньшей мере одну композиционно-сегрегированную пленку.
15. Инструмент по п.12, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере один элемент адгезионного слоя содержится в соединении вместе с N, С, О или их смесью, причем N и О являются предпочтительными.
16. Инструмент по п.12, отличающийся тем, что адгезионный слой имеет толщину от 0,1 до 1,5 мкм.
17. Инструмент по п.12, отличающийся тем, что адгезионный слой содержит тонкий металлический слой, расположенный непосредственно на поверхности спеченного тела.
18. Инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что общая толщина покрытия составляет от 2 до 30 мкм, предпочтительно от 3 до 10 мкм.
19. Инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что спеченное тело не обогащено связующим.
20. Инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что спеченное тело обогащено связующим.
21. Инструмент по любому из пп.1-9 или 12-20, отличающийся тем, что толщина покрытия на боковой поверхности отличается от толщины покрытия на передней поверхности.
22. Инструмент по п.21, отличающийся тем, что инструмент представляет собой фрезу, при этом удовлетворяется
QR/F=dRake/dFlank<1,
где dRake - общая толщина покрытия на передней поверхности, а dFlank - общая толщина покрытия на боковой поверхности.
23. Инструмент по п.21, отличающийся тем, что инструмент представляет собой токарный инструмент, при этом удовлетворяется
QR/F=dRake/dFlank>1,
где dRake - общая толщина покрытия на передней поверхности, а dFlank - общая толщина покрытия на боковой поверхности.
24. Инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что инструмент содержит или представляет собой индексируемую режущую пластину.
25. Инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что инструмент представляет собой инструмент для по меньшей мере одного из следующих рабочих материалов: металл, цветной металл, черный металл, чугун.
26. Инструмент по п.12, отличающийся тем, что инструмент представляет собой зубострогальный резец или червячную или концевую фрезу, у которых оксидный слой является наиболее удаленным слоем системы покрытий.
27. Инструмент по п.26, отличающийся тем, что износостойкий слой представляет собой слой типа TiN, TiC или TiCN, TiAlN или TiAlCN, AlCrN или AlCrCN и расположен между спеченным телом и оксидным слоем.
28. Инструмент по п.21, отличающийся тем, что PVD-покрытие является многослойным.
29. Инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что тело выполнено из металлокерамики или цементированного карбида.
