Abstract

本发明涉及一种表面涂覆有抗冲击耐磨涂层的CBN刀片,属于机械和超硬工具技术领域,刀片的CBN层上涂覆有抗冲击耐磨涂层,CBN层上涂覆有至少一层的抗冲击耐磨涂层,抗冲击耐磨涂层的材料为TiN、TiC、Ti(C,N)、(Al,Cr)N,抗冲击耐磨涂层的厚度范围在0.8‑8微米时为薄膜涂层,抗冲击耐磨涂层的厚度范围在8‑20微米时为厚膜涂层,本发明的益处为可用于淬硬钢、轴承钢、高速钢、冷硬铸铁的粗车和精车,高温合金、热喷涂材料、硬质合金及其他难加工材料的高速切削加工,比无涂层刀具能容忍更高的切削速度,且具有更长的使用寿命,因此可以大大提高加工效率、降低加工成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种表面涂覆有抗冲击耐磨涂层的CBN刀片,属于机械和超硬工具技术领域。
背景技术
立方氮化硼(CBN)是氮化硼的同素异构体,其结构与金刚石相似,硬度高达8000~9000HV,耐热度达1400℃,但对于淬硬钢(45~65HRC)、轴承钢(60~64HRC)、高速钢(63~66HRC)、冷硬铸铁的粗车和精车,高温合金、热喷涂材料、硬质合金及其他难加工材料进行高速切削加工会使刀片加速磨损,刀片寿命变短,降低了工作效率,增加加工成本。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术结构的不足,本发明提供一种表面涂覆有抗冲击耐磨涂层的CBN刀片。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:刀片的CBN层上涂覆有抗冲击耐磨涂层。
刀片的CBN层下还包含合金层。
CBN层上涂覆有至少一层的抗冲击耐磨涂层。
抗冲击耐磨涂层的材料为TiN、TiC、Ti(C,N)、(Al,Cr)N。
多层抗冲击耐磨涂层采用PVD技术沉积所产生的涂层和CVD技术沉积所产生的涂层。
抗冲击耐磨涂层的厚度范围在0.8-8微米时为薄膜涂层。
抗冲击耐磨涂层的厚度范围在8-20微米时为厚膜涂层。
多层抗冲击耐磨涂层按粒度分为纳米涂层和微米涂层。
本发明的益处为可用于淬硬钢、轴承钢、高速钢、冷硬铸铁的粗车和精车,高温合金、热喷涂材料、硬质合金及其他难加工材料的高速切削加工,比无涂层刀具能容忍更高的切削速度,且具有更长的使用寿命,因此可以大大提高加工效率、降低加工成本。

具体实施方式
实施例1:如图1所示,刀片的CBN层1上涂覆有抗冲击耐磨涂层2,抗冲击耐磨涂层2的材料为TiN、TiC、Ti(C,N)、(Al,Cr)N,多层抗冲击耐磨涂层2采用PVD技术沉积所产生的涂层和CVD技术沉积所产生的涂层,抗冲击耐磨涂层2的厚度范围在0.8-8微米时为薄膜涂层,抗冲击耐磨涂层2的厚度范围在8-20微米时为厚膜涂层,多层抗冲击耐磨涂层2按粒度分为纳米涂层和微米涂层。
实施例2:如图2所示,刀片由合金层3及合金层上的CBN层1组成,CBN层1上涂覆有抗冲击耐磨涂层2。

1.一种表面涂覆有抗冲击耐磨涂层的CBN刀片,其特征在于:刀片的CBN层上涂覆有抗冲击耐磨涂层;抗冲击耐磨涂层采用PVD技术沉积所产生的涂层;刀片的CBN层下还包含合金层;抗冲击耐磨涂层的材料为(Al,Cr)N;抗冲击耐磨涂层的厚度范围为0.8-8微米;多层抗冲击耐磨涂层按粒度分为纳米涂层和微米涂层。
