Abstract
1. Способ изготовления слоистой детали из термопластичного материала, включающий: ! а) формирование из нескольких слоев термопластичного материала пакета, имеющего непостоянную толщину, ! б) отрезание от пакета, сформированного на стадии (а), изогнутой заготовки, ! в) пропускание изогнутой заготовки по криволинейной траектории через устройство предварительного формования с получением предварительно отформованной детали, ! г) пропускание предварительно отформованной детали по криволинейной траектории через пресс, и ! д) прессование предварительно отформованной детали для уплотнения слоев. ! 2. Способ по п.1, в котором при формировании пакета слои в пакете скрепляют с получением скрепленного пакета, в котором слои удерживаются в зафиксированном положении относительно друг друга. ! 3. Способ по п.2, в котором скрепление слоев осуществляют сплавлением противолежащих частей слоев в пакете. ! 4. Способ по п.1, в котором на стадии (в) деформируют по меньшей мере части изогнутой заготовки при перемещении изогнутой заготовки по криволинейной траектории. ! 5. Способ по п.1, в котором к изогнутой заготовке дополнительно прикладывают оснастку и пропускают оснастку вместе с изогнутой заготовкой по криволинейной траектории через устройство предварительного формования. ! 6. Способ по п.5, в котором оснастку вместе с предварительно отформованной деталью пропускают по криволинейной траектории через пресс. ! 7. Способ по п.1, в котором термопластичный материал содержит смоляной компонент матрицы, имеющий температуру свободнотекучего состояния, причем перед выполнением стадии (д) предварительно отформованную деталь нагревают п
Claims (11)
1. Способ изготовления слоистой детали из термопластичного материала, включающий:
а) формирование из нескольких слоев термопластичного материала пакета, имеющего непостоянную толщину,
б) отрезание от пакета, сформированного на стадии (а), изогнутой заготовки,
в) пропускание изогнутой заготовки по криволинейной траектории через устройство предварительного формования с получением предварительно отформованной детали,
г) пропускание предварительно отформованной детали по криволинейной траектории через пресс, и
д) прессование предварительно отформованной детали для уплотнения слоев.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором при формировании пакета слои в пакете скрепляют с получением скрепленного пакета, в котором слои удерживаются в зафиксированном положении относительно друг друга.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором скрепление слоев осуществляют сплавлением противолежащих частей слоев в пакете.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором на стадии (в) деформируют по меньшей мере части изогнутой заготовки при перемещении изогнутой заготовки по криволинейной траектории.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором к изогнутой заготовке дополнительно прикладывают оснастку и пропускают оснастку вместе с изогнутой заготовкой по криволинейной траектории через устройство предварительного формования.
6. Способ по п.5, в котором оснастку вместе с предварительно отформованной деталью пропускают по криволинейной траектории через пресс.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором термопластичный материал содержит смоляной компонент матрицы, имеющий температуру свободнотекучего состояния, причем перед выполнением стадии (д) предварительно отформованную деталь нагревают по меньшей мере до температуры свободнотекучего состояния смоляного компонента матрицы термопластичного материала.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором на стадии (д) к предварительно отформованной детали прикладывают криволинейную оснастку и криволинейную оснастку прижимают к предварительно отформованной детали для придания ей геометрических характеристик оснастки.
9. Способ по п.1, в котором стадии (б)-(д) осуществляют в непрерывном режиме.
10. Способ по п.1, в котором на стадии (г) предварительно отформованную деталь пропускают по криволинейной траектории через пресс пошаговым перемещением, а стадию (д) осуществляют каждый раз после одного из пошаговых перемещений предварительно отформованной детали.
11. Слоистая деталь из термопластичного материала, изготовленная способом по п.1.
