Claims (29)

(B)ブランクの部分を変形することにより湾曲された予備成形された部品を生成し、
(C)湾曲されたツールを湾曲され予備成形された部品と接触させ、
(D)湾曲されたパスにおいて湾曲されたツールと共にプレス機を通して湾曲され予備成形された部品を供給し、
(E)積層プライを圧縮するために湾曲されたツールと湾曲され予備成形された部品を共に加圧するステップを含んでいる熱可塑性積層部品の製造方法。 - (F)非均一な厚さを有する熱可塑性材料の多プライスタックを形成し、
(G)湾曲されたブランクを前記ステップ(F)で形成されたスタックから切断するステップをさらに含んでいる請求項23記載の方法。 - 前記ステップ(F)はプライが相互に固定された関係で保持される仮留めされたスタックを形成するためにスタックのプライを共に仮留めするステップを含んでいる請求項24記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(B)は湾曲されたパスにおいて湾曲されたブランクを予備成形構造を通過させることにより行われる請求項23記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性積層ブランクは自由流動温度を有するマトリックス樹脂コンポーネントを含んでおり、方法はさらに、
(F)前記ステップ(E)が行われる前に予備成形された部品を熱可塑性積層ブランクのマトリックス樹脂コンポーネントの少なくとも自由流動温度まで加熱するステップを含んでいる請求項23記載の方法。 - 前記ステップ(D)は予備成形された部品を湾曲されたパスにおいて段階的なステップでプレス機を通って移動させる処理を含み、
前記ステップ(E)は予備成形された部品が前記段階的なステップの1つで動かされる毎に行われる請求項23記載の方法。 - 請求項23記載の方法を使用して製造された熱可塑性積層部品。
