Description
本発明は以下の1乃至18のような実施形態を含んでいる。
1.(A)湾曲され予備成形された部品を製造するために湾曲されたパスで予備成形構造を通って多プライ熱可塑性積層ブランクを供給し、
(B)湾曲され予備成形された部品を湾曲されたパスでプレス機を通って供給し、
(C)プライを圧縮し、特徴を部品に与えるため予備成形された部品を加圧するステップを含んでいる熱可塑性積層部品を連続的なプロセスで製造する方法。
2.(D)非均一な厚さを有する熱可塑性材料の多プライスタック形成し、
(E)湾曲されたブランクを前記ステップ(D)で形成されたスタックから切断するステップをさらに含んでいる上記1記載の方法。
3.前記ステップ(D)はプライが相互に固定された関係で保持される仮留めされたスタックを成形するためにスタックのプライを共に仮留めするステップを含んでいる上記2記載の方法。
4.仮留めはスタックのプライの対向部分を溶融することによって行われる上記8記載の方法。
5.前記ステップ(A)はブランクが湾曲されたパスを通って移動されている間に湾曲されたブランクの少なくとも一部を変形する処理を含んでいる上記1記載の方法。
6.(D)ツーリングをブランクに対して配置し、
(E)湾曲されたパスで湾曲されたブランクと共に予備成形構造を通ってツーリングを供給するステップをさらに含んでいる上記1記載の方法。
7.(F)湾曲されたパスで予備成形された部品と共にプレス機を通ってツーリングを供給するステップをさらに含んでいる上記6記載の方法。

湾曲されたツールを予備成形された部品と接触させ、

10.前記ステップ(B)は予備成形された部品を湾曲されたパスにおいて段階的なステップでプレス機を通って移動する処理を含み、
前記ステップ(C)は予備成形された部品が前記段階的なステップの1つで動かされる毎に行われる上記1記載の方法。
11.上記1記載の方法を使用して製造された熱可塑性積層部品。
12.(A)湾曲された多プライ熱可塑性積層ブランクを形成し、
(B)ブランクの部分を変形することにより湾曲された予備成形された部品を生成し、
(C)湾曲されたツールを湾曲され予備成形された部品と接触させ、
(D)湾曲されたパスにおいて湾曲されたツールと共にプレス機を通して湾曲され予備成形された部品を供給し、
(E)積層プライを圧縮するために湾曲されたツールと湾曲され予備成形された部品を共に加圧するステップを含んでいる熱可塑性積層部品の製造方法。
13.(F)非均一な厚さを有する熱可塑性材料の多プライスタックを形成し、
(G)湾曲されたブランクを前記ステップ(F)で形成されたスタックから切断するステップをさらに含んでいる上記12記載の方法。
14.前記ステップ(F)はプライが相互に固定された関係で保持される仮留めされたスタックを形成するためにスタックのプライを共に仮留めするステップを含んでいる上記13記載の方法。
15.前記ステップ(B)は湾曲されたパスにおいて湾曲されたブランクを予備成形構造を通過させることにより行われる上記12記載の方法。
16.熱可塑性積層ブランクは自由流動温度を有するマトリックス樹脂コンポーネントを含んでおり、方法はさらに、

(B)ステップ(A)で形成された前記多層プライスタックから次工程に供給するブランクを所望の部品曲率に切り出し、
(C)所望の部品曲率に切断された前記ブランクを曲線状の搬送経路を持つ予備成形構造に供給し、予備成形された部品を製造し、
(D)前記予備成形された部品を曲線状の搬送経路を持つプレス機に供給し、
(E)前記予備成型された部品を圧縮するために予備成形された部品を加圧するステップを含んでいる熱可塑性積層部品の製造方法。 - 前記ステップ(A)は熱可塑性材料の層が相互に固定された関係で保持されている仮留めされた多層プライスタックを形成するために前記多層プライスタック中の熱可塑性材料の層を共に仮留めするステップを含んでいる請求項1記載の方法。
- 仮留めは前記多層プライスタックの熱可塑性材料の層の対向部分を溶融することにより行われる請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(C)は前記ブランクが前記曲線状の搬送経路を通って移動されている間に所望の部品曲率に切断された前記ブランクの少なくとも一部を変形する処理を含んでいる請求項1記載の方法。
- (F)前記ブランクを予備成形するための治具を前記ブランクに対して配置し、
(G)前記治具を、所望の部品曲率に切断された前記ブランクと共に、前記曲線状の搬送経路をもつ予備成形構造に供給するステップをさらに含んでいる請求項1記載の方法。 - (H)前記治具を、前記予備成形された部品と共に、前記曲線状の搬送経路をもつプレス機に供給するステップをさらに含んでいる請求項5記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性材料はマトリックス樹脂コンポーネントが粘性液体の粘度となる温度を有するマトリックス樹脂コンポーネントを含み、方法はさらに、
(F)前記ステップ(E)が行われる前に前記予備成形された部品を少なくとも熱可塑性材料のマトリックス樹脂コンポーネントの温度をマトリックス樹脂コンポーネントが粘性液体の粘度となる前記温度まで加熱するステップを含んでいる請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記ステップ(E)は、
曲線状の構造を持つ治具を前記予備成形された部品と接触させ、
前記治具の形状的特徴を前記予備成形された部品に与えるために、曲線状の構造を持つ前記治具を前記予備成形された部品に対して加圧するステップを含んでいる請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記ステップ(B)乃至(E)は連続したプロセスで行われる請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(D)は前記予備成形された部品を前記曲線状の搬送経路において段階的なステップでプレス機を通して移動する処理を含み、
前記ステップ(E)は前記予備成形された部品が段階的ステップの1つで動かされる毎に行われる請求項1記載の方法。
