Claims (1)
- 权 禾 iJ 要 求 书1.一种生产隔热防护部件 w型翻边的组合模具, 包括阶梯成型模具和弯折成型模具,其中, 阶梯成型模具包括上模(D10)、上模刃口部分(Dll、 D15)、上模的阶梯形内边(D12、 D13、 D14、 D16、 D17、 D18)、 下模 (D20)、 下模刃口部分 (D21、 D25) 和下模的阶梯形内边 (D22、 D23、 D24、 D26、 D27、 D28), 上模刃口部分 (Dll、 D15) 与下模刃口部分 (D21、 D25 ) 在模具闭合时具有一定的 间隙, 模具闭合时上模内边与对应的下模内边之间具有大于料厚的间隙;弯折成型模具包括上模(D30)和下模(D40), 其中上模(D30)包括垂直于上模底面(D35) 的上模侧面 (D32、 D34) 以及与上模侧面相接的上模弧面 (D31、 D33 ), 其中上模弧面为向模具外侧延伸的弧面。2.—种根据权利要求 1所述的组合模具生产隔热防护部件 w型翻边的方法, 包括:将各层材料按外形尺寸及各层次的要求放料, 通过工装固定在一起形成复合基板,将复合基板置入阶梯成型模具冲压成型阶梯状复合基板,将成型的阶梯状复合基板置于弯折成型模具的下模(D40)上,使弯折成型模具的上模(D30)向下模(D40) 移动, 弯折成型模具上模(D30) 的上模弧面(D31、 D33 ) 向阶梯状复合基板的边缘施加侧向压力, 使阶 梯状复合基板的边缘向其内侧弯曲, 上模 (D30)继续向下模 (D40) 移动, 弯折成型模具的上模 (D30) 的底面 (D35) 向阶梯状复合基板的边缘施加垂直压力, 使阶梯状复合基板的阶梯部分冲压成 w型翻边结 构。3.权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 金属隔热防护部件包括上层金属基板、 下层金属基板和中间绝热 材料。
