Abstract
1. Перевязочное приспособление для раны или разреза, содержащее ! наружное средство воздействия на пациента, содержащее наружный компонент переноса жидкости, предназначенный для переноса жидкости из раны или разреза, и верхнюю салфетку, расположенную поверх указанного наружного компонента в контакте с окружающей поверхностью кожи, ! причем указанный компонент переноса жидкости содержит пористую центральную часть, поверхность которой взаимодействует со слоем впитывающего материала. ! 2. Перевязочное приспособление по п.1, в котором верхняя салфетка имеет отверстие, сообщающееся с указанным компонентом переноса жидкости и образующее выпускной канал для выпуска жидкости из указанного перевязочного приспособления. ! 3. Перевязочное приспособление по п.2, которое содержит внутренний компонент переноса жидкости, расположенный в указанной ране или разрезе с обеспечением проточного сообщения с наружным компонентом переноса жидкости. ! 4. Перевязочное приспособление по п.3, в котором внутренний компонент переноса жидкости содержит дренажную полосу с внутренней частью, расположенной в пределах указанной раны или разреза, и наружной частью, расположенной снаружи раны или разреза. ! 5. Перевязочное приспособление по п.4, которое содержит несколько указанных дренажных полос, каждая из которых содержит плоский гибкий материал и наружная часть каждой из которых выполнена с перегибом поверх поверхности кожи, смежной с указанной раной или разрезом. ! 6. Перевязочное приспособление по п.2, в котором указанная центральная часть имеет проксимальную и дистальную поверхности и расположенный по периметру край, проходящий межд
Claims (19)
1. Перевязочное приспособление для раны или разреза, содержащее
наружное средство воздействия на пациента, содержащее наружный компонент переноса жидкости, предназначенный для переноса жидкости из раны или разреза, и верхнюю салфетку, расположенную поверх указанного наружного компонента в контакте с окружающей поверхностью кожи,
причем указанный компонент переноса жидкости содержит пористую центральную часть, поверхность которой взаимодействует со слоем впитывающего материала.
2. Перевязочное приспособление по п.1, в котором верхняя салфетка имеет отверстие, сообщающееся с указанным компонентом переноса жидкости и образующее выпускной канал для выпуска жидкости из указанного перевязочного приспособления.
3. Перевязочное приспособление по п.2, которое содержит внутренний компонент переноса жидкости, расположенный в указанной ране или разрезе с обеспечением проточного сообщения с наружным компонентом переноса жидкости.
4. Перевязочное приспособление по п.3, в котором внутренний компонент переноса жидкости содержит дренажную полосу с внутренней частью, расположенной в пределах указанной раны или разреза, и наружной частью, расположенной снаружи раны или разреза.
5. Перевязочное приспособление по п.4, которое содержит несколько указанных дренажных полос, каждая из которых содержит плоский гибкий материал и наружная часть каждой из которых выполнена с перегибом поверх поверхности кожи, смежной с указанной раной или разрезом.
6. Перевязочное приспособление по п.2, в котором указанная центральная часть имеет проксимальную и дистальную поверхности и расположенный по периметру край, проходящий между этими поверхностями, а указанный слой впитывающего материала содержит проксимальный слой впитывающего материала, находящийся во взаимодействии с проксимальной поверхностью центральной части и предназначенный для покрытия указанной раны или разреза, и дистальный слой впитывающего материала, находящийся во взаимодействии с дистальной поверхностью центральной части и указанной верхней салфеткой.
7. Перевязочное приспособление по п.2, в котором указанная центральная часть содержит сетчатый сжимаемый вспененный материал, выбранный из группы, содержащей полиуретан-эфир (ПУЭ) и поливинилацетат (ПВА).
8. Перевязочное приспособление по п.2, в котором указанный впитывающий материал содержит вискозу.
9. Перевязочное приспособление по п.1, которое содержит источник давления, присоединенный к указанному компоненту переноса жидкости.
10. Перевязочное приспособление по п.9, которое содержит канал для жидкости, расположенный на указанной верхней салфетке и присоединенный к источнику давления.
11. Перевязочное приспособление по п.9, в котором указанный источник давления содержит устройство вакуумного типа с ручным приводом.
12. Перевязочное приспособление по п.1, которое содержит покрытие из впитывающего материала, окружающее указанную центральную часть, содержащее указанный слой впитывающего материала и имеющее расположенный по периметру край, причем указанный компонент переноса жидкости может находиться в сжатом и несжатом состояниях, и при нахождении компонента переноса жидкости в сжатом состоянии указанный край впитывающего материала выгибается и образует выступающую вбок кромку.
13. Перевязочное приспособление по п.2, в котором указанная центральная часть при приложении к ней отрицательного давления образует внутреннюю зону захвата воздуха, при этом указанная центральная часть на своей наружной поверхности смежно с указанным покрытием из впитывающего материала образует зону переноса жидкости, предназначенную для направления жидкости из раны или разреза к указанному выпускному каналу.
14. Перевязочное приспособление по п.9, которое содержит датчик, присоединенный к указанному компоненту переноса жидкости и предназначенный для восприятия его характеристики и создания выходного сигнала, соответствующего указанной характеристике, контроллер, присоединенный к указанному датчику, принимающий от него входные сигналы и создающий выходной сигнал к указанному источнику давления, и контур обратной связи, присоединенный к выходу контроллера и к контроллеру для обеспечения сигнала обратной связи, соответствующего указанному выходному сигналу контроллера, и введения этого сигнала в контроллер.
15. Перевязочное приспособление для раны или разреза, содержащее
наружное средство воздействия на пациента, содержащее наружный компонент переноса жидкости, предназначенный для переноса жидкости из раны или разреза, и верхнюю салфетку, расположенную поверх указанного компонента переноса жидкости в контакте с окружающей поверхностью кожи, причем указанный компонент переноса жидкости содержит пористую центральную часть с поверхностью, а указанная верхняя салфетка имеет отверстие, сообщающееся с указанным компонентом переноса жидкости и образующее выпускной канал для выпуска жидкости из указанного перевязочного приспособления,
внутренний компонент переноса жидкости, расположенный в указанной ране или разрезе с обеспечением проточного сообщения с наружным компонентом переноса жидкости и содержащий дренажные полосы, каждая из которых содержит плоский гибкий материал и имеет внутреннюю часть, расположенную в пределах указанной раны или разреза, и наружную часть, расположенную снаружи раны или разреза, причем наружная часть каждой дренажной полосы выполнена с перегибом поверх поверхности кожи, смежной с указанной раной или разрезом,
источник давления, присоединенный к указанному компоненту переноса жидкости,
покрытие из впитывающего материала, окружающее указанную центральную часть и имеющее расположенный по периметру край,
причем указанный компонент переноса жидкости может находиться в сжатом и несжатом состояниях, и при нахождении компонента переноса жидкости в сжатом состоянии указанный край впитывающего материала выгибается и образует выступающую вбок кромку,
при этом указанная центральная часть образует внутреннюю зону захвата воздуха при приложении к ней отрицательного давления и на своей наружной поверхности смежно с указанным покрытием из впитывающего материала образует зону переноса жидкости, предназначенную для направления жидкости из раны или разреза к указанному выпускному каналу,
при этом перевязочное приспособление дополнительно содержит датчик, присоединенный к указанному компоненту переноса жидкости и предназначенный для восприятия его характеристики и создания выходного сигнала, соответствующего указанной характеристике, контроллер, присоединенный к указанному датчику, принимающий от него входные сигналы и создающий выходной сигнал к указанному источнику давления, и контур обратной связи, присоединенный к выходу контроллера и к контроллеру для обеспечения сигнала обратной связи, соответствующего указанному выходному сигналу контроллера, и введения этого сигнала в контроллер.
16. Способ наружного лечения раны или разреза, включающий
использование наружного средства воздействия на пациента, содержащего наружный компонент переноса жидкости,
размещение указанного наружного средства воздействия поверх раны или разреза пациента,
использование верхней салфетки и размещение ее поверх указанного компонента переноса жидкости в контакте с окружающей поверхностью кожи,
снабжение указанного компонента переноса жидкости пористой центральной частью, поверхность которой взаимодействует со слоем впитывающего материала, и
перемещение жидкости из раны или разреза к компоненту переноса жидкости.
17. Гемостат, содержащий наружное средство воздействия на пациента, содержащее наружный компонент переноса, имеющий пористую центральную часть с поверхностью, и верхнюю салфетку, помещенную поверх указанного компонента переноса в контакте с окружающей поверхностью кожи и имеющую канал, и источник давления, присоединенный к указанному компоненту переноса посредством указанного канала.
18. Гемостат по п.16, содержащий датчик, присоединенный к указанному компоненту переноса и предназначенный для восприятия его характеристики и создания выходного сигнала, соответствующего указанной характеристике, контроллер, присоединенный к указанному датчику, принимающий от него входные сигналы и создающий выходной сигнал к указанному источнику давления, и контур обратной связи, присоединенный к выходу контроллера и к контроллеру для обеспечения сигнала обратной связи, соответствующего указанному выходному сигналу контроллера, и введения этого сигнала в контроллер.
19. Способ гемостаза, включающий
использование наружного средства воздействия на пациента, которое содержит наружный компонент переноса,
наложение указанного компонента переноса на пациента,
использование вместе с наружным средством воздействия на пациента верхней салфетки и помещение ее поверх указанного компонента переноса в контакте с окружающей поверхностью кожи,
обеспечение канала в указанной верхней салфетке,
снабжение указанного компонента переноса пористой центральной частью, имеющей поверхность,
использование источника давления,
присоединение источника давления к компоненту переноса жидкости через указанный канал и
приложение давления гемостатического средства к подкожному слою пациента через указанное средство воздействия на пациента.
