Abstract
1. Многослойная пленка, содержащая: ! первый наружный слой полукристаллического фторсодержащего полимера с модулем упругости на уровне менее чем 689 МПа (100000 psi); ! промежуточный слой полиэфира, который имеет коэффициент усадки на уровне менее чем 1% при измерении при температуре 150°С при выдержке в течение 15 мин способом согласно ASTM 2305-02; и ! второй наружный слой олефинового полимера, причем первый наружный слой и второй наружный слои присоединены к противоположным сторонам промежуточного слоя, ! при этом промежуточный слой находится в соприкосновении с первым наружным слоем и вторым наружным слоем или он факультативно соприкасается с одним или обоими внешними слоями с помощью связующего вещества. ! 2. Многослойная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что первый наружный слой содержит сополимеризованные блоки тетрафторэтилена, гексафторпропилена и винилиденфторида. ! 3. Многослойная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что первый наружный слой содержит сополимеризованные блоки тетрафторэтилена и этилена. ! 4. первый наружный слой полукристаллического фторсодержащего полимера с модулем упругости на уровне менее чем 689 МПа (100000 psi);

при этом промежуточный слой находится в соприкосновении с первым наружным слоем и вторым наружным слоем или он факультативно соприкасается с одним или обоими внешними слоями с помощью связующего вещества.
2. Многослойная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что первый наружный слой содержит сополимеризованные блоки тетрафторэтилена, гексафторпропилена и винилиденфторида.
3. Многослойная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что первый наружный слой содержит сополимеризованные блоки тетрафторэтилена и этилена.
4. Многослойная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно нанесен связующий слой между первым слоем и промежуточным слоем, вторым слоем и промежуточным слоем, или в обоих случаях.
5. Многослойная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что промежуточный слой представляет собой полиэтилентерефталат.
6. Многослойная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что второй наружный слой содержит сополимеризованные блоки этилен-винилацетата.
7. Многослойная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что толщина второго наружного слоя составляет величину, которая превышает или примерно в два раза превышает суммарную толщину первого наружного слоя и промежуточного слоя.
8. Многослойная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что толщина многослойной пленки составляет более чем 15 мил.
9. Многослойная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что фторполимер имеет модуль упругости на уровне менее чем 552 МПа (80000 psi).
10. Многослойная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что коэффициент усадки многослойной пленки составляет менее чем 1% при 150°С при выдержке в течение 15 мин и при измерении способом, описанным в ASTM 2305-02.
11. Процесс получения многослойной пленки, который включает:
а) получение первого промежуточного слоя полиэфира, имеющего первую и вторую поверхность, причем первый слой имеет коэффициент усадки на уровне менее чем примерно 1% при 150°С при выдержке в течение примерно 15 мин и при измерении способом, описанным в ASTM 2305-02;
б) нанесение первого наружного слоя полукристаллического фторсодержащего полимера, причем первый наружный слой способен приклеиваться на первую поверхность промежуточного слоя и имеет модуль упругости на уровне менее чем 689 МПа (100000 psi);
в) нанесение второго наружного слоя олефинового полимера на вторую поверхность, причем этот олефиновый полимер способен связываться со второй поверхностью промежуточного слоя; и
г) скрепление этих слоев с образованием многослойной пленки в результате применения энергии, механических сил или обоих этих факторов.
12. Способ по п.11, отличающийся тем, что первый наружный слой содержит сополимеризованные блоки тетрафторэтилена, гексафторпропилена и винилиденфторида.
13. Способ по п.11, отличающийся тем, что первый наружный слой содержит сополимеризованные блоки тетрафторэтилена и этилена.
14. Способ по п.11, отличающийся тем, что промежуточный слой представляет собой полиэтилентерефталат.
15. Способ по п.11, отличающийся тем, что второй наружный слой содержит сополимеризованные блоки этиленвинилацетата.
16. Способ по п.11, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно наносится связующий слой между первым слоем и промежуточным слоем, вторым слоем и промежуточным слоем, или в обоих случаях.
17. Способ по п.11, отличающийся тем, что первый наружный слой и второй наружный слой наносятся способом экструзии.
18. Изделие, содержащее многослойную пленку по п.1, нанесенную на субстрат.
19. Изделие по п.18, отличающееся тем, что субстрат представляет собой солнечный элемент.
