- 第一外層がテトラフルオロエチレン及びエチレンの共重合体単位を含む、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 第一層と中間層の間、第二層と中間層の間、又はその両方に結合層を適用することを含む、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 中間層がポリエチレンテレフタレートである、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 第二外層がエチレンビニルアセテートの共重合単位を含む、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 第二外層の厚さが、第一外層と中間層を合わせた厚さの約2倍又はそれを超える厚さである、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 多層フィルムの厚さが15milsを超える厚さである、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- フルオロポリマーの引っ張り係数が80,000psi未満である、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- ASTM2305−02に従って測定された、15分間保持されたときの150℃における多層フィルムの収縮率が1%未満である、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 多層フィルムを製造する方法であって、
a)ASTM2305−02に従って測定された、15分間保持されたときの150℃における第一層の収縮率が1%未満である、第一及び第二表面を有する、ポリエステルの第一中間層を提供する工程、
b)中間層の第一表面と接合でき、かつ引っ張り係数が100,000psi未満である、半結晶性フルオロポリマーの第一外層を適用する工程、
c)中間層の第二表面に接合できるオレフィン性ポリマーの第二外層を第二表面に適用する工程、及び
d)エネルギー、機械力又はその両方を適用することで、層を接合し、多層フィルムを形成する工程、を含む方法。 - 第一外層がテトラフルオロエチレン、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン及びフッ化ビニリデンの共重合単位を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 第一外層がテトラフルオロエチレン及びエチレンの共重合単位を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 中間層がポリエチレンテレフタレートである、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 第二外層がエチレンビニルアセテートの共重合体単位を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 結合層を、第一層及び中間層間、第二層及び中間層間、又はその両方に適用する工程をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 第一外層及び第二外層に押出成形が適用される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の多層フィルムを基材に適用することを含む物品。
- 基材が太陽電池である、請求項18に記載の物品。
