Claims (12)
1. Способ получения среднего дистиллята и низших олефинов, который включает:
проведение каталитического крекинга газойлевого сырья в зоне лифт-реактора в условиях, подходящих для проведения каталитического крекинга до получения среднего дистиллята в упомянутой зоне лифт-реактора при контактировании упомянутого газойлевого сырья с селективным катализатором крекинга, который содержит аморфный диоксид кремния-оксид алюминия и цеолит, с получением продукта лифт-реактора, содержащего продукт крекинга газойля и отработанный катализатор крекинга;
регенерацию упомянутого отработанного катализатора крекинга с получением регенерированного катализатора крекинга, содержащего, по меньшей мере, часть упомянутого регенерированного катализатора крекинга и оставшуюся часть упомянутого регенерированного катализатора;
контактирование в зоне реактора с плотным слоем катализатора в подходящих очень жестких условиях проведения крекинга бензинового сырья с упомянутой, по меньшей мере, частью упомянутого регенерированного катализатора крекинга с получением продукта крекинга бензина и использованного регенерированного катализатора крекинга; и
применение упомянутой оставшейся части упомянутого регенерированного катализатора и упомянутого использованного регенерированного катализатора крекинга в качестве упомянутого селективного катализатора получения среднего дистиллята.
2. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий:
разделение упомянутого продукта лифт-реактора на упомянутый продукт крекинга газойля и упомянутый отработанный катализатор крекинга.
3. Способ по п.п.1 или 2, дополнительно включающий:
добавление к упомянутому регенерированному катализатору крекинга добавки ZSM-5.
4. Способ по п.п.1 или 2, дополнительно включающий:
введение в упомянутую зону реактора с плотным слоем катализатора водяного пара.
5. Способ по п.п.1 или 2, где упомянутые подходящие условия проведения каталитического крекинга являются такими, которые обеспечивают достижение степени превращения упомянутого газойлевого исходного сырья в диапазоне от 40 до 85 массовых процентов от совокупного газойлевого исходного сырья.
6. Способ по п.п.1 или 2, где упомянутый использованный регенерированный катализатор крекинга содержит небольшую концентрацию углерода.
7. Способ, включающий:
контактирование в зоне лифт-реактора в условиях, подходящих для проведения каталитического крекинга газойлевого сырья с катализатором крекинга и получение продукта лифт-реактора, содержащего продукт крекинга газойля и отработанный катализатор крекинга;
разделение упомянутого продукта лифт-реактора на упомянутый продукт крекинга газойля и упомянутый отработанный катализатор крекинга;
регенерацию упомянутого отработанного катализатора крекинга с получением регенерированного катализатора крекинга;
разделение упомянутого регенерированного катализатора крекинга на, по меньшей мере, часть упомянутого регенерированного катализатора крекинга и оставшуюся часть упомянутого регенерированного катализатора крекинга;
направление упомянутой, по меньшей мере, части упомянутого отработанного катализатора крекинга в зону реактора с плотным слоем катализатора, где упомянутую, по меньшей мере, часть упомянутого отработанного катализатора крекинга в очень жестких условиях проведения крекинга вводят в контакт с бензиновым сырьем с получением продукта крекинга бензина и использованного регенерированного катализатора крекинга; и
применение упомянутой оставшейся части упомянутого регенерированного катализатора крекинга и упомянутого использованного регенерированного катализатора крекинга в качестве упомянутого катализатора крекинга.
8. Способ по п.7, дополнительно включающий:
примешивание к упомянутой, по меньшей мере, части упомянутого отработанного катализатора крекинга добавки ZSM-5.
9. Способ по п.7 или 8, дополнительно включающий:
введение в упомянутую зону реактора с плотным слоем катализатора водяного пара.
10. Способ по п.7 или 8, дополнительно включающий:
отделение продукта в виде рециклового газойля от упомянутого продукта крекинга газойля.
11. Способ по п.7 или 8, дополнительно включающий:
введение упомянутого продукта в виде рециклового газойля в упомянутую зону лифт-реактора.
12. Устройство, включающее:
лифт-реактор, предназначенный для приведения газойлевого сырья в контакт с катализатором каталитического крекинга в условиях проведения каталитического крекинга с получением продукта лифт-реактора, содержащего продукт крекинга газойля и отработанный катализатор крекинга;
сепаратор, предназначенный для разделения упомянутого продукта лифт-реактора на упомянутый продукт крекинга газойля и упомянутый отработанный катализатор крекинга;
регенератор, предназначенный для регенерации упомянутого отработанного катализатора крекинга с получением регенерированного катализатора;
реактор с плотным слоем катализатора, предназначенный для приведения бензинового сырья в контакт с упомянутым регенерированным катализатором в очень жестких условиях с получением продукта крекинга бензина и использованного регенерированного катализатора; и
средства, предназначенные для применения упомянутого использованного регенерированного катализатора в качестве упомянутого катализатора каталитического крекинга.
