Abstract
【解決手段】中間留分生成物及び低級オレフィンの製造法を開示する。この方法は、ガス油供給原料を立上り管反応帯中、好適な接触分解条件下で非晶質シリカアルミナ及びゼオライトを含む中間留分選択性分解触媒と接触させて分解ガス油生成物及び使用済み分解触媒を含む立上り管反応生成物を得る工程を含む。使用済み分解触媒は再生して再生分解触媒とする。ガソリン供給原料を濃厚床反応帯中、好適な高苛酷性分解条件下で再生分解触媒と接触させて分解ガソリン生成物及び使用済み再生分解触媒を得る。使用済み再生分解触媒は中間留分選択性分解触媒として使用する。

Description
本発明は、炭化水素供給原料から中間留分生成物及び低級オレフィンを製造する方法及び装置に関する。
本発明は、重質炭化水素供給原料を処理して、選択的に中間留分沸点範囲の生成物及び低級オレフィンを製造する方法及び装置である。従来のFCC法又はユニットの触媒再生器と立上り管反応器との間に濃厚相反応器又は固定流動床反応器を使用すると、中間留分の収率が向上すると共に、低級オレフィン製造への選択性が高まることが発見された。本発明方法は、好ましくはガソリンの沸点範囲の沸点を有するガソリン供給原料を分解して低級オレフィンを得ると共に、立上り管反応器中でFCC供給原料の分解に使用する際、反応条件が中間留分生成物の製造に一層好適になるよう触媒を状態調節するため、濃厚相反応器を利用する。
立上り管反応器内のプロセス条件を制御すると共に、所望の生成物混合物を得る他の方法は、濃厚相反応帯にZSM−5添加剤の添加による方法である。ZSM−5添加剤は、中間細孔サイズの結晶性アルミのシリケート又はゼオライトの系列から選ばれたモレキュラーシーブ添加剤である。
USP 4,368,114には、本発明方法で好適なZSM−5添加剤であり得るゼオライト群について詳細に記載されている(この特許はここに援用する)。
以上の開示及び添付特許請求の範囲の範囲内で本発明の範囲を逸脱することなく合理的な変形、改変及び改造を行うことができる。

Claims (12)
- ガス油供給原料を立上り管反応帯中、好適な接触分解条件下で非晶質シリカアルミナ及びゼオライトを含む中間留分選択性分解触媒と接触させて、分解ガス油生成物及び使用済み分解触媒を含む立上り管反応生成物を得る工程、
該使用済み分解触媒を再生して、再生分解触媒を得る工程、
ガソリン供給原料を濃厚床反応帯中、好適な高苛酷性分解条件下で該再生分解触媒と接触させて、分解ガソリン生成物及び使用済み再生分解触媒を得る工程、及び
該使用済み再生分解触媒を中間留分選択性分解触媒として使用する工程、
を含む中間留分及び低級オレフィンの製造方法。 - 前記立上り管反応生成物を前記分解ガス油生成物及び使用済み分解触媒に分離する工程を更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記再生分解触媒にZSM−5添加剤を添加する工程を更に含む請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記濃厚床反応帯中に水蒸気を導入する工程を更に含む請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記好適な接触分解条件は、前記ガス油供給原料の転化率が全ガス油供給原料に対し40〜85重量%の範囲となるような条件である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記使用済み再生分解触媒が低濃度の炭素を含有する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ガス油供給原料を立上り管反応帯中、好適な接触分解条件下で分解触媒と接触させて、分解ガス油生成物及び使用済み分解触媒を含む立上り管反応生成物を得る工程、
該使用済み分解触媒を再生して、再生分解触媒を得る工程、
該再生分解触媒を該再生分解触媒の少なくとも一部と該再生分解触媒の残部とに分割する工程、
該再生分解触媒の少なくとも一部を濃厚床反応帯に通し、ここで好適な高苛酷性分解条件下でガソリン供給原料と接触させて、分解ガソリン生成物及び使用済み再生分解触媒を得る工程、及び
該再生分解触媒の残部及び使用済み再生分解触媒を分解触媒として使用する工程、
を含む方法。 - 前記使用済み分解触媒の少なくとも一部をZSM−5添加剤と混合する工程を更に含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記濃厚床反応帯中に水蒸気を導入する工程を更に含む請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- 前記分解ガス油生成物からスラリー生成物を分離する工程を更に含む請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記スラリー生成物を立上り管反応帯に導入する工程を更に含む請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ガス油供給原料を接触分解条件下で接触分解触媒と接触させて、分解ガス油生成物及び使用済み分解触媒を含む立上り管反応生成物を得るための立上り管反応手段;
該立上り管反応生成物を分解ガス油生成物及び使用済み分解触媒に分離するための分離手段;
該使用済み分解触媒を再生して、再生触媒を得るための再生手段;
ガソリン供給原料を高苛酷性分解条件下で該再生触媒と接触させて、分解ガソリン生成物及び使用済み再生触媒を得るための濃厚床反応手段;及び
該使用済み再生触媒を接触分解触媒として使用に供するための手段;
を備えた装置。
