Abstract

Un sistema de reactor configurado para eliminar eficazmente los contaminantes (CCR, níquel, vanadio, nitrógeno, sodio, hierro, calcio, cloro, etc.) de una porción pesada del petróleo crudo. Los productos se dirigen a una sección de fraccionamiento principal común. La alimentación pesada con menos contaminantes puede luego procesarse en una unidad de craqueo catalítico fluido (FCC), el concepto general emplea una plataforma de reacción catalítica fluida con enfoque de rechazo del carbono. También se divulga un sistema de reactor para procesar eficientemente el petróleo crudo en una unidad de craqueo catalítico fluido con un sistema de doble reactor y doble catalizador para maximizar los bloques de construcción petroquímicos tales como el etileno, el propileno, los butilenos, la nafta rica en BTX (benceno, tolueno y xileno) a partir de una variedad de petróleos crudos.
