Abstract

PRODUÇÃO DE OLEFINAS LEVES A PARTIR DE PETRÓLEO BRUTO ATRAVÉS DE PROCESSO E APARELHO DE CRAQUEAMENTO CATALÍTICO FLUIDO. Trata-se de um sistema de reator configurado para remover eficientemente contaminantes (CCR, níquel, vanádio, nitrogênio, sódio, ferro, cálcio, cloro etc.) a partir de uma porção pesada do petróleo bruto. Os produtos são encaminhados a uma seção de fracionamento principal comum. A carga pesada com contaminantes inferiores pode, então, ser processada em uma unidade de craqueamento catalítico fluido (FCC), o conceito geral empregando uma plataforma de reação catalítica fluida com uma abordagem de rejeição de carbono. Revela-se, também, um sistema de reator para processar eficientemente petróleo bruto em uma unidade de craqueamento catalítico fluido com um sistema de reator duplo e catalisador duplo para maximizar os blocos de construção petroquímica tal como nafta rica em etileno, propileno, butilenos, BTX (benzeno, tolueno e xileno) a partir de uma variedade de petróleos brutos.
