第1比較例として、燃料原油供給物流を600℃および31の触媒対オイル比にて接触分解した。
原料を低沸点画分および高沸点画分へ分画する本明細書に開示の方法を用いて、原油原料を300℃の切点にて分画した。各画分を、二重ダウナー配置の別箇のダウナーへ両方のダウナーにおいて600℃の分解温度にて触媒分解するために送った。各ダウナーを31の触媒対オイル比で操作した。ガソリン収率は、重質画分について45.8重量%および軽質画分について54.2重量%であった。
第2比較例として、燃料原油供給物流を600℃および20の触媒対オイル比にて接触分解した。
原料を低沸点画分および高沸点画分へ分画する本明細書に開示の方法を用いて、原油原料を300℃の切点にて分画した。各画分を、二重ダウナー配置の別箇のダウナーへ両方のダウナーにおいて600℃の分解温度にて触媒分解するために送った。各ダウナーを20の触媒対オイル比で操作した。比較操作および新規操作のいずれについても生成物収率を表2に示すが、二重ダウナー配置における生成物を再結合した。
原料を低沸点画分および高沸点画分へ分画する本明細書に開示の方法を用いて、原油原料を300℃の切点にて分画した。各画分を、二重ダウナー配置の別箇のダウナーへ触媒分解するために送った。重質画分のためのダウナーを600℃の分解温度および31の触媒対オイル比で操作し、および軽質画分のためのダウナーを640℃の分解温度および32の触媒対オイル比にて操作した。比較操作(比較例1)および新規操作のいずれについても生成物収率を表3に示すが、二重ダウナー配置における生成物は再結合した。
Claims (11)
- 5ppm未満の全金属(Ni+V)含有量および5重量%未満のコンラドソン炭素残留物を有する原油原料の処理方法であって、
原料を低沸騰性画分および高沸騰性画分へ分画する工程、ここで、10重量%未満コンラドソン炭素および10ppm未満全金属を有する高沸騰性画分を製造するのを促進する温度の範囲において分画を行う;
低沸騰性画分を、流動接触分解ユニットの第1下降流反応ゾーンにおいて所定量の触媒の存在下で分解して第1分解生成物流および使用済み触媒を製造する工程;
高沸騰性画分を、前記流動接触分解ユニットの第2下降流反応ゾーンにおいて所定量の触媒の存在下で分解して第2分解生成物流および使用済み触媒を製造する工程;
を含み、
第1と第2下降流反応ゾーンのそれぞれは、混合ゾーン、分離ゾーンおよび触媒ストリッピングゾーンを含み、
および
第1および第2下降流反応ゾーンからの使用済み触媒を共通再生成ゾーンにおいて再生成し、および再生成触媒を第1および第2下降流反応ゾーンへ再生する工程;および
第1および第2分解生成物流を回収する工程、
高沸騰性画分反応ゾーンからの増加したコークス形成を有する触媒粒子上に形成されたコークスの燃焼により形成された熱は、低沸騰性画分反応ゾーンからの触媒粒子上の低減したコークス形成と関連した制限を解消する、方法。 - 第1下降流反応ゾーンにおける触媒−オイル比は20:1〜60:1の範囲である、請求項1に記載の方法。
