Description
触媒添加剤を用いる、あるいは添加剤を未使用である典型的なFCCの触媒は、当該処理の改善で使用するのに適している。
a. 分離されたパラフィン系ナフサ原料流を提供するとともにFCCユニットに隣接する下方流反応器の上部にそれを導き、;
b. 触媒の原料流に対する比率が重量で10から80の範囲でパラフィン系ナフサ原料流と混合させるために、下方流反応器にFCCユニットで用いられたものと同一性を有する再生された触媒を導入し、;
c. ナフサを分解させるために、触媒およびパラフィン系ナフサ混合物を、滞留時間0.1秒から5秒で、温度が900°Fから1200°Fの範囲に維持された下方流反応器における反応帯域を通過させ、;
d. 軽質オレフィンおよびガソリンを含む反応生成物流から使用済みの触媒を分離し、:
e. 反応生成物流を回収し、;および
f. 使用済みの触媒を、下方流反応器から、再生させてFCCユニットおよび下方流反応器へ再循環させるために、FCCユニットからの使用済みの触媒も含む分離された再生器に移動させる。
)を介して、反応器の低部における急速分離部(35)に迅速に流れる。反応帯域における混合物の滞留時間は、当該技術分野で公知の装置と方法に従って制御される。
Claims (18)
- 原油蒸留ユニットに由来するパラフィン系ナフサ原料流の、エチレン、プロピレン、ブチレンおよびガソリンからなる軽質の炭化水素反応生成物流への変換を促進する方法であって、
a. パラフィン系ナフサ原料流を、未使用の熱含有触媒(hot catalyst)、または共通の触媒再生器を介して接続されるFCCユニットで使用された触媒と同じ組成である再生された熱含有触媒を含む、下方流反応器に導き、
b. 前記パラフィン系ナフサ原料流を、複数の投入ノズルを介して前記下方流反応器における混合帯域に導入し、均一な混合物を提供するために、前記熱含有触媒の制御された流れと接触させ、
c. 前記パラフィン系ナフサ原料流の分解により軽質の炭化水素反応生成物を生産するために、作用温度が755.35Kから922.05Kである前記下方流反応器の反応帯域における原料流の滞留時間が0.1秒から5秒であり、前記触媒の原料流に対する比率が重量で20:1から80:1となるように前記下方流反応器を運用し、
d. 前記下方流反応器での分解処理において生産された軽質の炭化水素反応生成物流を前記反応帯域の下流に位置する急速分離部において使用済み触媒と分離し、
e. 前記軽質の炭化水素反応生成物流を回収する、方法。 - 前記下方流反応器を、原料流滞留時間が0.2秒から2秒の範囲となるように運用する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒の原料流に対する比率が重量で20:1から50:1である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記下方流反応器からの、前記回収された軽質の炭化水素反応生成物流は、分留(fractionation)に供される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記下方流反応器からの、前記回収された軽質の炭化水素反応生成物流は、分留のために、前記FCCユニットからの流出物流と組み合わされる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記下方流反応器からの使用済みの触媒を前記FCCユニットからの使用済みの触媒と前記共通の触媒再生器において組み合わせて混合し、前記FCCユニットおよび前記下方流反応器における再使用のために、前記組み合わせた使用済みの触媒を再生させることを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 連続的に行われる請求項6に記載の方法。
- 炭化水素反応生成物流は、サイクロンセパレータ処理により使用済みの触媒と分離される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記反応帯域の下方の前記反応生成物および触媒を急冷することを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記反応帯域の使用済み触媒の下方流を軽質の炭化水素反応生成物と分離する(stripping)ことを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記下方流反応器の前記混合帯域への前記熱含有触媒流は、前記反応帯域における温度を制御するために調節される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記使用済み触媒は前記分離部から回収され、再生器に個別に戻されて、前記FCCユニットからの前記触媒と混合される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 所定の組成である触媒を含む流動接触分解(FCC)ユニットにおける原油原料の処理を用いた、主としてエチレン、プロピレンおよびブチレンである軽質のオレフィンおよびガソリンからなる生成物流の生産方法であって、前記FCC触媒原料は使用済みの触媒から再生され、
a. 共通の触媒再生器を介しFCCユニットと接続される下方流反応器の上部にパラフィン系ナフサ原料流を導入し、;
b. 触媒の前記パラフィン系ナフサ原料流に対する比率が重量で20:1から80:1の範囲で前記触媒と混合させるために、前記下方流反応器の混合帯域に、複数のノズルを介して前記混合帯域に投入された前記パラフィン系ナフサ原料流とともに、前記FCCユニットで用いられたものと同一性を有する再生された熱含有触媒を導入し、;
c. 前記触媒および前記パラフィン系ナフサ原料流の混合物を、滞留時間0.1秒から5秒で、温度が755.35Kから922.05Kの範囲に維持された前記下方流反応器における反応帯域を通過させ、;
d. 生じた軽質のオレフィンおよびガソリンの反応生成物流を前記反応帯域の下流に位置する急速分離部において使用済みの触媒と分離し、;
e. エチレン、プロピレンおよびブチレンである軽質のオレフィン、およびガソリンである前記反応生成物流を回収し、;および
f. 再生のために、前記使用済みの触媒を、前記下方流反応器から、前記FCCユニットからの使用済みの触媒も含む前記共通の触媒再生器に移動させる方法。 - 前記下方流反応器は、原料流滞留時間が0.2秒から2秒の範囲となるように運用される請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒の原料流に対する比率が重量で20:1から50:1である請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記下方流反応器からの前記回収された反応生成物流は、分留のために、前記FCCユニットからの流出物流と組み合わされる請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記下方流反応器からの、前記回収された反応生成物流は、分留に供される請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記下方流反応器の前記混合帯域への前記熱含有触媒流は、前記反応帯域における温度を制御するために調節される請求項13に記載の方法。
