Abstract

Produksjon av lette hydrokarboner bestående av etylen, propylen, butylener og gasolin er forbedret ved å introdusere en uberørt parafinsk nafta matestrøm med opphav i en ekstern kilde inn i en tilleggsnedstrømsreaktor som bruker den samme katalysatorsammensetningen som en tilgrensende FCC-enhet, for krakking av tungolje og fjerning av den ønskede lettere hydrokarbonreaksjonsproduktstrømmen fra nedstrømsreaktoren, og regenerering av katalysatoren i den samme regenereringsbeholderen som brukes for å regenerere den brukte katalysatoren fra FCC-enheten.
