Description

c 前記重油を分解するために0.1〜5秒の滞留時間で、かつ、990°F〜1300°Fの温
度で維持される下降流反応器における反応ゾーンを介して触媒及び重油混合物を通過させるステップと、
d 使用済の触媒から未反応の試料、ガソリン、軽質オレフィンを含む反応生成物流を分割するステップと、
e 反応生成物流を回復するステップと、
f 下降流反応器から分割され、再生用のFCCユニットから得られた使用済みの触媒を含む再生容器に使用済みの触媒が通過し、FCCユニット及び下降流反応器で再利用するステップと、を含んでいる。
690特許の下降流反応器において、再生成された触媒は、反応ゾーンにおける二つの位置で導入され、再生成された触媒は、その第1の部分が反応ゾーン入口で導入され、重油と混合される一方で、再生成された触媒の第2の部分が、反応ゾーンの入口及び出口の間の少なくとも一つの中間位置で導入される。

Claims (17)
- 原油蒸留ユニットから移送された原料流を、エチレン、プロピレン、ブチレン及びガソリンからなる軽質炭化水素反応生成物流に転換することを促進する転換促進方法であって、
a 重油原料流を、FCCユニットに付随的な下降流反応器に導き、前記下降流反応器は、前記下降流反応器と共通の触媒再生器を介して接続されるFCCユニットで使用される触媒と同じ組成である新しい又は再生された熱含有触媒を含んでいる、ステップと、
b 一定の混合物を得るために、前記下降流反応器の混合ゾーンの内部に前記重油を複数の導入ノズルを介して導入し、前記熱含有触媒の制御された流れに前記導入された重油を接触させるステップと、
c 前記下降流反応器の反応ゾーンにおいて、原料流の滞留時間を0.1秒〜5秒、操作温度を805.37K〜977.59K、原料流に対する触媒の比率を重量で20〜50として、重油原料流を分解して軽質炭化水素反応生成物を生成する、前記下降流反応器を操作するステップと、
d 前記反応ゾーンの下流に位置する急速セパレータにおいて、前記下降流反応器分解プロセスにおいて生成された軽質炭化水素反応生成物流を、使用済み触媒から分離するステップと、
e 前記軽質炭化水素反応生成物流を回収するステップと、を有する転換促進方法。 - 前記FCCユニットからの使用済みの触媒と前記下降流反応器からの前記使用済みの触媒を前記共通の触媒再生器内で混合して組み合せ、前記FCCユニット及び前記下降流反応器内で再利用するために前記組み合わせた使用済みの触媒を再生するステップを含む請求項1に記載の転換促進方法。
- 前記下降流反応器は、0.2秒〜2秒の範囲内で原料流の滞留時間を操作することを含む請求項1に記載の転換促進方法。
- 前記原料流に対する前記触媒の比率は、重量で20〜40である請求項1に記載の転換
促進方法。 - 前記下降流反応器から供給された前記回収された軽質炭化水素反応生成物流は、精留処理される請求項1に記載の転換促進方法。
- 前記下降流反応器からの前記回収された軽質炭化水素反応生成物流は、精留のため前記FCCユニットから排出流に混合される請求項1に記載の転換促進方法。
- 前記下降流反応器は連続的に操作される請求項2に記載の転換促進方法。
- 前記分離するステップにおいて分離される前記軽質炭化水素反応生成物流は、サイクロンセパレータプロセスによって前記使用済みの触媒から分離される請求項1に記載の転換促進方法。
- 前記反応ゾーンよりも下流における前記反応生成物及び触媒に対して冷却用の液体を供給する請求項1に記載の転換促進方法。
- 前記反応ゾーンの下流の位置において、前記使用済みの触媒を軽質炭化水素反応生成物とストリップすることを含む請求項1に記載の転換促進方法。
- 所定の組成の触媒を含む流動化触媒分解(FCC)ユニット内の石油原料の処理に関連したガソリンならびに、プロピレン、ブチレンおよびエチレンである軽質オレフィンを主成分とする反応生成物流を生産する生産方法であって、前記触媒は、使用済みの触媒から再生され、前記FCCユニット内で使用されるものであり、
a 重油原料流を共通の触媒再生器を介して前記FCCユニットに接続される下降流反応器の上部に導入するステップと、
b 重油原料流に対する触媒の比率を重量で20〜50とした混合比率で前記触媒と一定の混合とするために、複数のノズルを介して前記下降流反応器の混合ゾーンに導入された前記重油原料とともに、前記FCCユニットにおいて使用される同種類の熱含有再生触媒の制御された流れを、前記混合ゾーンに導入するステップと、
c 滞留時間が0.1〜5秒で、温度範囲が805.37K〜977.59Kに維持される前記下降流反応器の内部の反応ゾーンに前記触媒と重油の混合物を通過させるステップと、
d 前記反応ゾーンの下流にある前記下降流反応器の急速セパレータにおいて、使用済みの触媒からガソリン及び軽質オレフィンの最終的な反応生成物流を分離するステップと、
e 前記反応生成物流を回収するステップと、
f 前記下降流反応器から、再生用の前記FCCユニットからの使用済みの触媒を含んでいる共通の分割再生容器に、前記使用済みの触媒を通過させる、ステップと、を有する生成物流を生産する生産方法。 - 前記下降流反応器における前記反応ゾーンは、0.2秒〜2秒の範囲の原料滞留時間で運転される請求項11に記載の生成物流を生産する生産方法。
- 原料流に対する触媒の比率は、重量で20〜40である請求項11に記載の生成物流を生産する生産方法。
- 前記下降流反応器から導入される前記回収された反応生成物流は、精留のために前記FCCユニットからの流出物と混合される請求項11に記載の生成物流を生産する生産方法。
- 前記下降流反応器の前記回収された反応生成物流は、精留される請求項11に記載の生成物流を生産する生産方法。
- 前記下降流反応器の前記混合ゾーン内の前記熱含有触媒の流量は、前記反応ゾーンの温度を制御するために調節されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の転換促進方法。
- 前記下降流反応器の前記混合ゾーン内の前記熱含有触媒の流量は、前記反応ゾーンの温度を制御するために調節されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の生成物流を生産する生産方法。
