Abstract
【解決手段】軽油および軽質オレフィン接触分解ゾーンと熱分解的分解ゾーンとを、色々な供給材料流れおよび再循環流れを適切な分解ゾーン(1つまたは複数)へと、例えばエタン/プロパンを水蒸気熱分解ゾーンへと、そしてC4−C6オレフィンを軽質オレフィン分解ゾーンへとそのルートを定めるように平行統合する。この統合によって最大のエチレンおよび/またはプロピレンを有する総合生成物流れの製造を可能にする。この統合は、最低の価値の供給材料流れを用いながらでも統合された装置によってもたらされる物質バランスの価値を高め、かくして石油化学供給原料の効率的な製造を最大限に増加させる。

Claims (9)
- オレフィン法であって、次の:
エタン、プロパンまたはそれらの組み合わせを含む軽質アルカンの流れを水蒸気熱分解ゾーンに通して通過させ、そしてその熱分解ゾーンからの流出物を急冷してエチレン、プロピレンまたはそれらの組み合わせに富んだ熱分解流出物を形成し;
少なくとも4個の炭素原子を有するオレフィンを含む軽質炭化水素の流れを第一FCCゾーン中で分解してエチレン、プロピレンまたはそれらの組み合わせに富んだ第一FCC流出物を形成し;
軽油、全域軽油、残油またはそれらの組み合わせを含む精油所流れを第二FCCゾーン中で分解してエチレン、プロピレンまたはそれらの組み合わせに富んだ第二FCC流出物を形成し;
第一および第二FCC流出物を一緒に分留して重質ナフサ、軽質サイクル油、スラリー油またはそれらの組み合わせを除去し、そして組み合わされたオレフィン含有FCC留分を回収し;
上記熱分解流出物を上記の組み合わせFCC留分と一緒にオキシジェネート類、酸ガス、水またはそれらの組み合わせを除去するように状態調節して状態調節された流れを形成し;
上記状態調節流れを、少なくともテールガス流れ、エチレン製品流れ、プロピレン製品流れ、エタン、プロパンまたはそれらの組み合わせを含む軽質流れ、C4〜C6オレフィンを含む中間流れ、およびC7以上の炭化水素を含む重質流れに分離し;
上記軽質流れを上記水蒸気熱分解ゾーンに再循環させ;そして
上記中間流れを第一FCCゾーンに再循環させる
工程を含む上記のオレフィン法。 - 重質流れを第一FCCゾーンに再循環させることをさらに含む、請求項1記載のオレフィン法。
- 重質流れを水素化精製処理して水素化精製された流れを得;
上記水素化精製流れからベンゼン、トルエン、キシレン類またはそれらの混合物を含む製品の流れを抽出して芳香族化合物が稀薄な抽残液の流れを得;そして
上記抽残液流れを水蒸気熱分解ゾーンに再循環させる
工程をさらに含む、請求項1記載のオレフィン法。 - 水蒸気熱分解ゾーンを通過した軽質アルカン流れがナフサをさらに含む、請求項1記載のオレフィン法。
- 水蒸気熱分解ゾーンを通過した軽質アルカン流れがLPGをさらに含む、請求項1記載のオレフィン法。
- 第一FCCゾーン中で分解された軽質炭化水素流れがFCCナフサを含む、請求項1に記載のオレフィン法。
- 第一FCCゾーン中で分解された軽質炭化水素流れが軽質接触分解ナフサを含む、請求項1記載のオレフィン法。
- 第二FCCゾーン中で分解された精油所流れが蝋質軽油を含む、請求項1記載のオレフィン法。
- オレフィン法装置であって、次の:
エチレンおよびプロピレンを含む組み合わせ流出物を生成させるための、水蒸気熱分解、軽質オレフィンFCCおよび軽油−残油FCCの各平行ゾーン;
上記組み合わせ流出物をオキシジェネート類、酸ガスおよび水を除去するように状態調節して状態調節された流れを形成する手段;
上記状態調節流れを少なくともテールガス流れ、エチレン製品流れ、プロピレン製品流れ、エタン、プロパンまたはそれらの組み合わせを含む軽質流れ、C4〜C6オレフィンを含む中間流れ、およびC7以上の炭化水素を含む重質流れに分離する手段;
上記軽質流れを上記水蒸気熱分解ゾーンに再循環させる手段;および
上記中間流れを第一FCCゾーンに再循環させる手段
を含む上記のオレフィン法装置。
