Abstract
1. Способ нанесения на подложку покрытия, содержащего фторполимер, указанный способ содержит следующие последовательные стадии:а) получение твердой смеси, содержащей один или более фторполимеров и один или более термопластичных полимеров, термически стойких при температурах выше 400°C;b) смешение в расплаве и экструдирование указанной твердой смеси при температуре от примерно 250 до примерно 400°C для достижением гомогенности;с) обработка экструдата механическим способом с получением порошка со средним размером частиц до примерно 100 мкм;d) нанесение указанного порошка на указанную подложку; ие) нагревание указанной подложки до температуры, достаточной для того, чтобы заставить указанный порошок стать достаточно текучим, чтобы покрыть указанную подложку.2. Способ по п.1, в котором указанные фторполимеры выбраны из группы, состоящей из ПТФЭ (PTFE)(политетрафторэтилена), сополимеров ТФЭ (тетрафторэтилена) (TFE) с такими сомономерами, как ПМВЭ (PMVE) (перфторметилвиниловый эфир), ППВЭ (PPVE) (перфторпропилвиниловый эфир), ГФП (HFP) (гексафторпропилен), этилен, ХТФЭ (CTFE) (хлортрифторэтилен) и комбинации вышеуказанных сомономеров.3. Способ по п.1, в котором указанные термопластичные полимеры выбраны из группы, состоящей из полиэфирсульфонов ((PES)(ПЭС)), полиарилсульфонов ((PAS) (ПАС)), полифенилсульфида ((PPS)(ПФС)), полиэфирэфиркетонов ((РЕЕК)(ПЭЭК)), полиимидов ((PI)(ПИ)) и полиамидимидов ((PAI)(ПАИ)).4. Способ по п.1, в котором количество фторполимера в указанной твердой смеси составляет от примерно 5 до примерно 50 мас.%.5 Способ по п.1, в котором количество термопластичного полимера в указанной твердой смеси составляет от примерно 50 до примерно 95 мас.%.
Claims (16)
1. Способ нанесения на подложку покрытия, содержащего фторполимер, указанный способ содержит следующие последовательные стадии:
а) получение твердой смеси, содержащей один или более фторполимеров и один или более термопластичных полимеров, термически стойких при температурах выше 400°C;
b) смешение в расплаве и экструдирование указанной твердой смеси при температуре от примерно 250 до примерно 400°C для достижением гомогенности;
с) обработка экструдата механическим способом с получением порошка со средним размером частиц до примерно 100 мкм;
d) нанесение указанного порошка на указанную подложку; и
е) нагревание указанной подложки до температуры, достаточной для того, чтобы заставить указанный порошок стать достаточно текучим, чтобы покрыть указанную подложку.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором указанные фторполимеры выбраны из группы, состоящей из ПТФЭ (PTFE)(политетрафторэтилена), сополимеров ТФЭ (тетрафторэтилена) (TFE) с такими сомономерами, как ПМВЭ (PMVE) (перфторметилвиниловый эфир), ППВЭ (PPVE) (перфторпропилвиниловый эфир), ГФП (HFP) (гексафторпропилен), этилен, ХТФЭ (CTFE) (хлортрифторэтилен) и комбинации вышеуказанных сомономеров.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором указанные термопластичные полимеры выбраны из группы, состоящей из полиэфирсульфонов ((PES)(ПЭС)), полиарилсульфонов ((PAS) (ПАС)), полифенилсульфида ((PPS)(ПФС)), полиэфирэфиркетонов ((РЕЕК)(ПЭЭК)), полиимидов ((PI)(ПИ)) и полиамидимидов ((PAI)(ПАИ)).
4. Способ по п.1, в котором количество фторполимера в указанной твердой смеси составляет от примерно 5 до примерно 50 мас.%.
5 Способ по п.1, в котором количество термопластичного полимера в указанной твердой смеси составляет от примерно 50 до примерно 95 мас.%.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором указанная твердая смесь смешивается и экструдируется двухшнековым экструдером.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором экструдат формуется в стренгу, которая режется на гранулы, которые измельчаются в порошок со средним размером частиц примерно 10-80 мкм.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором порошок наносится электростатически слоем 20-60 мкм на металлическую подложку, которая нагревается от примерно 370 до примерно 415°C, заставляя указанный порошок становиться текучим.
9. Способ по п.1, в котором порошок смешивается холодным смешением с до 10% дополнительных фторполимеров (PFA, FEP, MFA) c достижением более высоких антипригарных свойств.
10. Способ по п.9, в котором указанные дополнительные фторполимеры выбраны из группы, состоящей из полимеров перфторалкокси, фторированного этилпропилена и сополимера тетра-фторэтилена, перфторпропилвинилового эфира и перфторметилвинилового эфира.
11. Способ по п.1, в котором порошок соединяется или смешивается холодным смешением с алюминиевыми чешуйками с достижением светлых окрасок и/или металлических эффектов.
12. Способ по п.1, в котором добавка, улучшающая текучесть, вводится в твердую смесь на уровнях от примерно 1 до примерно 10 мас.% от массы всей рецептуры.
13. Способ по п.1, в котором в твердую смесь вводится твердый наполнитель, выбранный из группы, состоящей из керамических материалов и оксидов металлов.
14. Способ по п.13, в котором указанный твердый наполнитель содержит карбид кремния или оксид алюминия.
15. Способ по п.13, в котором указанный твердый наполнитель содержит частицы, имеющие размеры менее примерно 10 мкм, и указанный наполнитель вводится в твердую смесь после стадии b).
16. Способ по п.13, в котором указанный твердый наполнитель содержит частицы, имеющие размеры равно или более примерно 10 мкм, и указанные твердые частицы смешиваются сухим смешением с твердой смесью до стадии b).
