Claims (4)
1. Применение соединения для получения фармацевтической композиции для стимуляция ангиогенеза, причем фармацевтическая композиция в качестве активного ингредиента содержит по меньшей мере одно соединение, выбранное из группы, состоящей из соединения пиперидина, представленного общей формулой (1), или его солей
где R представляет собой бензоильную группу, которая может содержать в качестве заместителей в фенильном кольце от 1 до 3 групп, выбранных из группы, состоящей из аминогруппы, которая может содержать низшую алканоильную группу, и низшей алкильной группы; R1 представляет собой атом водорода или низшую алкильную группу; и R2 представляет группу фенил-низший алкил.
2. Применение по п.1, где соединение пиперидина представляет собой 4-[N-метил-N-(2-фенилэтил)амино]-1-(3,5-диметил-4-пропиониламинобензоил)пиперидин.
3. Применение по п.1 или 2, где фармацевтическая композиция для стимуляции ангиогенеза является профилактическим или лечебным лекарственным средством при заболеваниях с недостаточным развитием и регенерацией кровеносных сосудов и различных заболеваниях, вызванных ишемией.
4. Применение по п.3, где заболевания с недостаточным развитием и регенерацией кровеносных сосудов и различные заболевания, вызванные ишемией, представляют собой инфаркт миокарда, стенокардию, инфаркт головного мозга, сенильную деменцию и повреждения различных органов, сопровождаемые сахарным диабетом.
