Claims (16)
1. Сополимер, построенный из мономеров, включающих М1, М2 и М3, причем М1, М2 и М3 имеют следующие общие формулы
где R1 означает Н или С1-C40-гидрокарбил;
R2, R3, R4 и R5 одинаковы или различны и означают Н, С1-C40-гидрокарбил, -COOR14 или -OCOR14, причем R14 означает С1-C40-гидрокарбил и причем, по меньшей мере, один из остатков R2, R3, R4 и R5 означают -COOR14 или -OCOR14;
R6, R7 и R8 одинаковы или различны и означают Н или С1-С4-алкил и R9 означает COOR10,
причем R10 означает группу формулы
где А означает С2-C4-алкилен,
R11 означает C1-C10-алкил или 3- до 16-членное карбо- или гетероциклическое, насыщенное, один или несколько раз ненасыщенное кольцо или соответствующую конденсированную кольцевую систему и
n означает число от 1 до 20.
2. Сополимер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что мономеры М1, М2 и М3 содержатся в сополимере в следующих молярных долях:
М1: от 0,7 до 0,95
М2: от 0,008 до 0,22
М3: от 0, 01 до 0,15.
3. Сополимер по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что мономер М1 выбран из группы, включающей этилен, пропилен и 1-бутен.
5. Сополимер по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что М3 выбран из группы, включающей сложные виниловые эфиры С1-C20-карбоновой кислоты или С1-C20-гидрокарбил(мет)акрилаты.
6. Сополимер по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что сополимер выбран из группы, включающей сополимеры этилена/сложного 2-(2-этоксиэтокси)-этилового эфира акриловой кислоты/винилацетата.
7. Применение сополимера по одному из пп.1-6 в качестве присадки к топливным маслам.
8. Применение по п.7, отличающееся тем, что сополимер применяют в качестве улучшающей низкотемпературные текучие свойства присадки.
9. Применение по п.8, отличающееся тем, что сополимер применяют в комбинации с, по меньшей мере, еще одной обычной присадкой к топливным маслам.
10. Состав топливного масла, содержащий большую весовую долю кипящего в диапазоне 120-500°С топливного среднего дистиллята и малую весовую долю, по меньшей мере, одного сополимера по одному из пп.1-6 в качестве присадки для улучшения низкотемпературных текучих свойств.
11. Состав топливного масла по п.10, отличающийся тем, что компоненты топлива включают биодизельное топливо (из животных или растительных продуктов) в доле 0-30 вес.%.
12. Состав топливного масла по п.10, выбранного из группы, включающей дизельное топливо, керосин или мазут (котельное топливо).
13. Состав топливного масла по п.12, отличающийся тем, что дизельное топливо получают нефтепереработкой, газификацией угля или сжижением газа или оно представляет собой смесь таких продуктов и, в случае необходимости, смешано с регенеративными видами топлива.
14. Состав топливного масла по одному из пп.10-13, отличающийся тем, что содержание серы в смеси составляет максимально 500 млн. ч..
15. Состав топливного масла по одному из пп.10-13, отличающийся тем, что оно дополнительно содержит, по меньшей мере, одну обычную присадку для улучшения низкотемпературных текучих свойств и/или, по меньшей мере, еще одну присадку к топливным маслам.
16. Аддитивный (присадочный) пакет, включающий сополимер по одному из пп.1-6 в комбинации с, по меньшей мере, еще одной обычной присадкой к топливным маслам.
