a)少なくとも1種の植物油エステル又は動物油エステルをそのままの形態又は部分的に水素添加した形態で含むか、
b)少なくとも1種の植物油エステル又は動物油エステルをそのままの形態又は部分的に水素添加した形態の混合物に、前記ステアリン酸エステルが純粋状態で添加されているか、または、
c)1種又は複数種の植物油エステル及び/又は動物油エステルをそのままの形態又は部分的に水素添加した形態の混合物を含む
飽和及び不飽和エステルの混合物であって、
植物油又は動物油のエステル中に存在する不飽和脂肪酸エステルの総含有量に対するステアリン酸エステルの含有量の質量比(ステアリン酸エステルの含有量/不飽和脂肪酸エステルの総含有量)が5〜9.6質量%の範囲にある組成物に関する。
−蒸留により得られた、沸点が180〜350℃の範囲にある少なくとも1種の炭化水素と、
−炭素数16以上の少なくとも1種の飽和脂肪酸のエステル、好ましくは、少なくとも1種のステアリン酸エステルを含む組成物であって、
・a)純粋状態の前記飽和脂肪酸のエステルと、少なくとも1種の炭素数16以上の直鎖不飽和脂肪酸との混合物であるか、
・b)少なくとも1種の植物油エステル又は動物油エステルをそのままの形態又は部分的に水素添加した形態で含むか、
・c)少なくとも1種の植物油エステル又は動物油エステルをそのままの形態又は部分的に水素添加した形態の混合物に、前記飽和脂肪酸のエステルが純粋状態で添加されているか、または、
・d)1種又は複数種の植物油エステル及び/又は動物油エステルをそのままの形態又は部分的に水素添加した形態の混合物を含む
飽和及び不飽和脂肪酸のエステルの混合物であって、
植物油又は動物油のエステル中に存在する不飽和脂肪酸エステルの総質量に対するステアリン酸エステルの含有量の質量比が5〜9.6質量%の範囲にある組成物の少なくとも1種と
を含み、
燃料中のステアリン酸エステルの含有量が少なくとも0.5質量%であるディーゼル燃料に関する。
本実施例は、菜種油のメチルエステル(EMC)、大豆油のメチルエステル(EMS)、及びパーム油のメチルエステル(EMP)から選択された性質の異なる2種類の植物油エステルの混合物を配合することの実現可能性を示すことを目的としている。これらの混合物を異なる濃度でEN590型のディーゼル油(GO1)及び灯油(FOD)中に配合した。その特性を以下の表1中に示す。
本実施例では、EN590型のディーゼル油混合物のセタン価及び低温目詰まり性(濾過性)に加え、EN14214に従って測定したヨウ素価(IN)により、混合物の酸化に対する安定性を評価した。組成の説明は以下のとおりである(質量%)。ここで、ESはステアリン酸エステルである。

D=70EMC+30EMP
E=8ES+92(EMC+EMS+EMP)

Claims (8)
- 少なくとも1種のステアリン酸エステルを含む、ディーゼル燃料のセタン価を向上させる組成物であって、
植物油エステル及び/又は動物油エステルをそのままの形態又は部分的に水素添加した形態の混合物を含む飽和及び不飽和エステルの混合物であって、
植物油又は動物油のエステル中に存在する不飽和脂肪酸エステルの総含有量に対するステアリン酸エステルの含有量の質量比(ステアリン酸エステルの含有量/不飽和脂肪酸エステルの総含有量)が5〜9.6質量%の範囲にあることを特徴とするディーゼル燃料のセタン価を向上させる組成物。 - 不飽和脂肪酸エステルが、炭素数18、20又は22の不飽和脂肪酸のエステルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ステアリン酸エステル又は不飽和脂肪酸エステルが、植物油及び/又は動物油に含有されるトリグリセリドのトランスエステル化により得られたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 植物油エステルが、菜種油、パーム油、松根油、大豆油、ヒマワリ油、獣脂油、サフラワー油、綿実油、コリアンダー油、カラシ油のメチルまたはエチルエステルから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 蒸留により得られた、沸点が180〜350℃の範囲にある少なくとも1種の炭化水素と、
炭素数16以上の少なくとも1種の飽和脂肪酸のエステルを含む組成物であって、
エステル中に存在する不飽和エステルの総含有量に対するステアリン酸エステルの含有量の質量比が5〜9.6質量%の範囲にあり、
燃料中のステアリン酸エステルの含有量が少なくとも0.5質量%であることを特徴とするディーゼル燃料。 - ステアリン酸エステルの含有量が0.5〜2.4質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の燃料。
- 炭素数16及び18の飽和脂肪酸のエステルを合計で10質量%超含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の燃料。
- 少なくとも1種の低温流動性向上剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の燃料。
