Abstract

Composant améliorant de cétane pour les carburants diesels caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un ester de l'acide stéarique choisi parmi les esters de mono alcools linéaires ou ramifiés contenant 1 à 6 atomes de carbone : a) à l'état pur additionné à un mélange d'au moins un ester d'huile végétale ou animale sous forme brute ou partiellement hydrogénée b) ou bien compris dans un mélange d'esters d'une ou plusieurs huiles végétales et/ou animales sous forme brute ou partiellement hydrogénée, les mélanges d'esters saturés et insaturés étant tels que le rapport en masse de la teneur en ester(s) stéarique(s) sur la somme totale des teneurs en esters insaturés présents dans les esters d'huiles végétales s ou animales varie de 1 à 12 %, et les esters d'acide gras insaturés étant des esters d'acides mono ou poly insaturés contenant au moins 18 atomes de carbone, et de monoalcools.
