Claims (41)
1. Пленка, содержащая поглощающую жидкость, по меньшей мере, частично поглощенную в ней, в которой жидкость нанесена на поверхность пленки, причем до нанесения жидкости на поверхность, указанная поверхность подвергается поверхностной обработке для активации с возможностью получения на ней поверхностной энергии, по меньшей мере, порядка 50 дин.
2. Пленка по п.1, в которой поверхностная обработка для активации выбрана из группы, включающую плазменную обработку, пламенную обработку, обработку коронным разрядом, ультрафиолетовую радиацию, электроннолучевую радиацию или гамма радиацию.
3. Пленка по п.1, в которой поверхностная обработка для активации осуществляется коронным разрядом.
4. Пленка по п.3, в которой коронный разряд осуществляется на уровне мощности от 50 до 1000 Вт-М/м2.
5. Пленка по п.4, в которой уровень мощности составляет приблизительно от 100 до 600 Вт-М/м2.
6. Пленка по п.1, в которой жидкость наносится на поверхность в количестве приблизительном от 0,4 до 10 мг/см2.
7. Пленка по п.1 в виде пленки для упаковки пищевых продуктов, поверхность которой находится в контакте с пищевым продуктом.
8. Пленка по п.1, в которой пленка включает слой полиамида, а жидкость, по меньшей мере, частично поглощена в указанном слое.
9. Пленка по п.8, в которой полиамид содержит полиамид и сшитый поливинилпирролидон.
10. Пленка по п.8 в виде мономолекулярного слоя полиамида.
11. Пленка по п.8 имеющая, по меньшей мере, два слоя, первый слой, содержащий полиамид и второй слой, содержащий слой полиолефина, благодаря чему при использовании слой полиамида - внутренний слой, а полиолефин - внешний слой указанной пленки.
12. Пленка по п.7 в виде трубчатой оболочки.
13. Пленка по п.7, в которой жидкость состоит, в основном, из воды.
14. Пленка по п.7, в которой жидкость представляет собой состав, содержащий, по меньшей мере, одну добавку для ее передачи упакованному пищевому продукту.
15. Пленка по п.14, в которой добавка выбрана из группы, состоящей из красителя, ароматизатора и красящего и вкусового агента.
16. Пленка по п.15, в которой добавка содержит реактив Майларда.
17. Пленка по п.7, в которой жидкость включает агент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из антимикробного агента, фунгицида или антивирусного агента.
18. Способ изготовления пленки, имеющей жидкость, по меньшей мере, частично поглощенную пленкой, включающий поверхностную обработку для поверхностной активации с возможностью получения на ней поверхностной энергии, по меньшей мере, порядка 50 дин, и нанесение жидкости на поверхность пленки, в результате чего жидкость, по меньшей мере, частично поглощается пленкой.
19. Способ по п.18, в котором поверхностная обработка для активации пленки осуществляется коронным разрядом.
20. Способ по п.18, в котором коронный разряд применяется на уровне мощности приблизительно от 50 до 1000 Вт-М/м2.
21. Способ по п.19, в котором уровень мощности выбран порядка 100-600 Вт-М/м2.
22. Способ по п.18, в котором пленка представляет собой пленку для упаковки пищевых продуктов, где поверхность упаковки является внутренней поверхностью пленки.
23. Способ по п.22, в котором пленка включает слой полиамида, и жидкость, по меньшей мере, частично поглощена в указанном слое.
24. Способ по п.23, в котором полиамид содержит полиамид и поливинилпирролидон.
25. Способ по п.24, в котором пленка представляет собой мономолекулярный слой.
26. Способ по п.23, в котором имеются, по меньшей мере, два слоя, первый слой, содержащий полиамид, и второй слой, содержащий слой полиолефин, благодаря чему при использовании пленки, полиамидный слой представляет собой внутренний слой, а полиолефин - наружный слой этой пленки.
27. Способ по п.22, в котором пленка выполнена в виде трубчатой оболочки.
28. Способ по п.27, в котором после нанесения жидкости на поверхность оболочка гофрируется.
29. Способ по п.22 в котором, жидкость состоит, в основном, из воды.
30. Способ по п.22, в котором жидкость представляет собой состав, содержащий, по меньшей мере, одну добавку для ее передачи к пищевому продукту, упакованному вышеописанным образом.
31. Способ по п.29, в котором добавка выбрана из группы, состоящей из красителя или ароматизатора.
32. Способ по п.30, в котором добавка содержит реактив Майларда.
33. Способ по п.18, в котором после нанесения на поверхность пленка пропускается между парой нажимных роликов, и зазор между прижимными роликами установлен на величину меньше толщины пленки.
34. Способ обработки пищевых продуктов, указанный способ, включающий упаковку пищевого продукта в пленку по п.13.
35. Способ обработки пищевых продуктов, указанный способ, включающий упаковку пищевого продукта в пленку по п.15.
36. Способ по п.34, который дополнительно включает приготовление пищевого продукта.
37. Способ по п.36, который включает удаление пленки от пищевого продукта.
38. Способ по п.35, который дополнительно включает приготовление продукта.
39. Способ по п.38, который включает удаление пленки от пищевого продукта.
40. Пищевой продукт, обработанный способом по п.36.
41. Пищевой продукт, обработанный способом по п.38.
