Claims (10)
1. Способ изготовления керамических частиц, предусматривающий наличие изложницы, содержащей множество или как минимум одно отверстие или углубление для частиц; введение расплава как минимум в часть вышеупомянутых отверстий или углублений для частиц; по меньшей мере частичное охлаждение расплава как минимум в одном из отверстий или углублений для частиц с целью получения керамических частиц, содержащих стекло; и термообработку керамических частиц с целью превращения по меньшей мере части стекла в стеклокерамические частицы при средней твердости стеклокерамики не менее 13 ГПа.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что расплав состоит из
(a) Al2O3 в количестве как минимум 35 процентов от общего веса стекла, и одного оксида металла, отличного от Al2О3, причем совокупное содержание As2О3, В2О3, GeO2, Р2O5, SiO2, TeO2, и V2O5 составляет не более 10 процентов от общего веса расплава; или
(b) Al2О3 в количестве как минимум 35 процентов от общего веса стекла, одного оксида металла, отличного от Al2О3, и другого оксида металла, отличного от Al2O3, причем совокупное содержание Al2О3, первого оксида металла и второго оксида металла составляет не менее 80 процентов от общего веса стекла, а совокупное содержание As2O3, В2O3, GeO2, P2O5, SiO2, ТеО2, и V2О5 не превышает 20 процентов от общего веса расплава; или
(c) Al2O3 и по меньшей мере одного REO или Y2О3, причем совокупное содержание Al2О3, как минимум одного REO или Y2O3 составляет не менее 80 процентов от общего веса расплава; или
(d) Al2O3 и по меньшей мере одного REO или Y2О3, а также ZrO2 или HfO2, либо и того, и другого оксида, причем совокупное содержание Al2O3 и как минимум одного REO или Y2O3, а также ZrO2 или HfO2, либо и того, и другого оксида составляет не менее 80 процентов от общего веса расплава; или

(f) Al2O3 и по меньшей мере одного REO или Y2О3, а также ZrO2 или HfO2, либо и того, и другого оксида, причем совокупное содержание Al2О3 и как минимум одного REO или Y2О3, а также ZrO2 или HfO2, либо и того, и другого оксида составляет не менее 60 процентов от общего веса стекла, содержание SiO2 не превышает 20 процентов и содержание В2О3 не превышает 20 процентов от общего веса расплава; или
(g) Al2О3 и по меньшей мере одного REO или Y2O3, причем совокупное содержание Al2О3 и как минимум одного REO или Y2O3 составляет не менее 60 процентов, а совокупное содержание SiO2, B2O3 и P2O5 не превышает 40 процентов от общего веса расплава; или
(h) Al2О3 и по меньшей мере одного REO или Y2O3, а также ZrO2 или HfO2, либо и того, и другого оксида, причем совокупное содержание Al2О3 и как минимум одного REO или Y2О3, а также ZrO2 или HfO2, либо и того, и другого оксида составляет не менее 60 процентов от общего веса стекла, а совокупное содержание SiO2, B2O3 и Р2O5 не превышает 40 процентов от общего веса расплава; а керамические частицы, содержащие стекло, содержат стекло, состоящее из
(a) Al2О3 в количестве как минимум 35 процентов от общего веса стекла, и одного оксида металла, отличного от Al2О3, причем совокупное содержание As2О3, В2О3, GeO2, P2O5, SiO2, TeO2, и V2O5 составляет не более 10 процентов от общего веса стекла; или
(b) Al2О3 в количестве как минимум 35 процентов от общего веса стекла, одного оксида металла, отличного от Al2О3, и другого оксида металла, отличного от Al2O3, причем совокупное содержание Al2О3, первого оксида металла и второго оксида металла составляет не менее 80 процентов от общего веса стекла, а совокупное содержание As2О3, В2О3, GeO2, P2O5, SiO2, TeO2, и V2O5 не превышает 20 процентов от общего веса стекла; или
(c) Al2О3 и по меньшей мере одного REO или Y2O3, причем совокупное содержание Al2O3, как минимум одного REO или Y2О3 составляет не менее 80 процентов от общего веса стекла; или
(d) Al2О3 и по меньшей мере одного REO или Y2О3, а также ZrO2 или HfO2, либо и того, и другого оксида, причем совокупное содержание Al2O3 и как минимум одного REO или Y2О3, а также ZrO2 или HfO2, либо и того, и другого оксида составляет не менее 80 процентов от общего веса стекла; или
(e) Al2O3 и по меньшей мере одного REO или Y2О3, причем совокупное содержание Al2O3 и как минимум одного REO или Y2О3 составляет не менее 60 процентов, содержание SiO2 не превышает 20 процентов и содержание В2О3 не превышает 20 процентов от общего веса стекла; или
(f) Al2O3 и по меньшей мере одного REO или Y2O3, а также ZrO2 или HfO2, либо и того, и другого оксида, причем совокупное содержание Al2О3 и как минимум одного REO или Y2O3, а также ZrO2 или HfO2, либо и того, и другого оксида составляет не менее 60 процентов от общего веса стекла, содержание SiO2 не превышает 20 процентов и содержание B2O3 не превышает 20 процентов от общего веса стекла; или
(g) Al2O3 и по меньшей мере одного REO или Y2O3, причем совокупное содержание Al2О3 и как минимум одного REO или Y2О3 составляет не менее 60 процентов, а совокупное содержание SiO2, B2O3 и Р2О5 не превышает 40 процентов от общего веса стекла; или
(h) Al2O3 и по меньшей мере одного REO или Y2О3, а также ZrO2 или HfO2, либо и того, и другого оксида, причем совокупное содержание Al2О3 и как минимум одного REO или Y2O3, а также ZrO2 или HfO2, либо и того, и другого оксида составляет не менее 60 процентов от общего веса стекла, а совокупное содержание SiO2, B2O3 и Р2O5 не превышает 40 процентов от общего веса стекла.
3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что расплав содержит третий оксид металла, отличный от Al2О3, и первый из двух вышеупомянутых оксидов металлов, отличных от Al2O3; при этом керамические частицы, содержащие стекло, содержат стекло, содержащее третий оксид металла, отличный от Al2О3, и первый из двух вышеупомянутых оксидов металлов, отличных от Al2О3.
4. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что расплав содержит Al2О3 и по меньшей мере один REO или Y2О3, причем совокупное содержание Al2О3 и как минимум одного REO или Y2O3 составляет не менее 80 процентов от общего веса расплава; при этом керамические частицы, содержащие стекло, содержат стекло, содержащее Al2О3 и по меньшей мере один REO или Y2О3, причем совокупное содержание Al2O3 и как минимум одного REO или Y2O3 составляет не менее 80 процентов от общего веса стекла.
5. Способ по пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что изложница вращается вокруг оси.
6. Способ по пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что изложница представляет собой бесконечную ленту.
7. Способ по пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере часть керамических частиц представляет собой стеклянные частицы.
8. Способ по пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что изложница содержит валец, содержащий множество отверстий или углублений для частиц, при этом валец имеет внутреннюю основную поверхность и внешнюю основную поверхность, и при этом отверстия или углубления для частиц расположены между внешней основной поверхностью и внутренней основной поверхностью.
9. Способ по пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере часть керамических частиц представляет собой стеклокерамические абразивные частицы.
10. Способ по п.9, отличающийся тем, что стеклокерамические абразивные частицы имеют среднюю твердость не менее 13 ГПа.
